Went late at night, and the cashier messed up our order twice. Charger the wrong burger, then when he corrected that, he messed up the rest of my order. Gave 2 stars because the manager came out, helped get everything sorted, and let us have 2 cookies for the inconvenience

Not a very good Wendy's. Poor soda choices, no senior soda cold. Truck Stop restroom not good. I would only recommend it to my ex wife.

Fries were warm but hard and stale. Did not receive the sandwich I ordered. Be careful when and how you order!

The app is pointless. I ordered yesterday, and my food was made 2 hrs before the time I scheduled pickup and was told the order was made once it is placed on the app. This morning, I ordered on the app again. When I showed up, my food was not made, and I was told that it's made once I showed up. What's the point ordering ahead of time! So which one is it? Make up your mind. Anthony Tx location

Went asked for 2 spicy and on original asked for the original to have extra pickles and cheese they charge 1.50 for the cheese did not give it to me and didn't do the extra pickles I'm pregnant so that was my cravings have been calling they don't answer but they charge for everything extra you get even ketchup.

Make sure to bring your ketchup bottles couse this place apparently never has ketchup. And saw all the staff on there phones

This is the second time we go here and they got the order wrong. I dont think the employees know what Plain and Dry hamburgers mean! It's not that hard!

It would be nice if Wendy would stop trying to force pork down everyone's throat. People want to eat that filth, so be it, that's their choice, but stop trying to force it on everyone

They had my order ready in about 75 seconds 😭 lol so of course the food was stale. The fries and nuggets slightly warm but oddly hard. The burger looked terrible because buns were wet like they had been wrapped in the foil all day.

Card that works everywhere else didn’t work here. Came back with cash just to wait 30 minutes on a baked potato, except they gave us chili instead of a baked potato and we had to wait another 10 for them to finally get a potato. They also tried to short me 10 dollars with the change. Actually shocked by how poorly they can do there job.

I can’t leave a proper review with the company because I wasn’t given my receipt. But I did go to the Wendy’s attached to the pilot in Anthony, Texas and the food was all premade. Nothing was hot nothing was fresh. The fries are cold and stiff. The employees are standing around talking and they’re not doing anything. It took five minutes for somebody to come take my order then I got told that there was absolutely no grilled chicken. They didn’t have any frozen nothing so I had to order nuggets and my nuggets were cold and old just like my fries. The only good thing about my meal is the fact of my soda was good.

They put half of the ingredients in the wrapper. Stuck their finger into the buns , and when I went to order they were too interested in talking to one another.
