First and last time I visit a QuePollo branch. Terrible service. They don't know what chicken giblets are. Everything is frozen, and they don't have any fresh food.

Super bad experience. The cashier has no tact when it comes to dealing with customers. I went to buy something around 5:40, and they already had everything stored. I asked for something and they told me they only had "natural milk," which is obviously a lie. They should update their hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to avoid bothering their staff trying to buy something. Terrible experience. I won't be back. I tried to file a complaint, but no one answers, neither by phone nor by WhatsApp. They leave a lot to be desired. When they have low sales, they should focus on customer service as a key factor.

They always take forever to serve you, and you can never find everything you're looking for. You ask for one thing and they don't have it, then another and they don't have it either... and sometimes the product arrives (from the truck) and they refuse to give you what you need from there, saying they've already done the inventory count and that merchandise is for the next day... it's always frustrating... the people in charge of administration really need to pay more attention.

The managers act like they own the place, and if you complain to the company's phone numbers, nothing gets resolved. They usually just say "we don't have it" 🤣. The service is terrible; they need more training because they're given long hours and end up fed up. That's my humble opinion.

This place is only for picking up raw chicken and chicken parts, and they often have shortages. I don't recommend it; look for another option with a wider selection.

I don't know if the locals agree on what chicken, but this one and the one in Santa Rosa have terrible service. The chicken is good, but the attitude with which they serve you is really bad. If you don't want to work, don't go. They serve you with a sour face and are lazy. Besides, they never have a market and you almost never find what you're looking for. Terrible, terrible service.

I arrived 20 minutes before 6:00 pm and they rudely refused to sell me anything. The employee told me there was nothing left, and right next to me were bags of chicken. Terrible service. They should put up a sign saying they close at 5:30 pm because they have to weigh everything they have left before 6:00 pm. I won't be back.
