Cuando llegué a vivir a Arandas y conocí Vitafood dije “esto es lo más bonito que tiene Arandas” me encantó su concepto solo que me quedaba lejos y en ese entonces no tenían servicio a domicilio propio pero siempre era mi mejor opción en días feriados porque siempre está abierto y todo el día! Todo está riquísimos pero mis favoritos son los bowls y los chilaquiles.

Le daría 5 estrellas pero quité una por los siguientes motivos: usan jarabe para endulzar bebidas que deberían ser más saludables. A veces el personal es muy reseco para atender. De ahí en más: Amo sus ensaladas; para mi están perfectas. Lo mismo los chilaquiles ya que sus salsas son deliciosas y además son horneados. Les recomiendo mucho el waffle de huevo Los bowls y los smothies me encantan pero de verdad no le pongan endulzantes dañinos para la salud. Y además el plus es que tiene tienda donde encuentras algunos productos saludables también.

The food is very good, I have no complaints about that, but the delivery service is terrible, the last few times I've ordered it takes more than an hour, and they also charge you $30 to bring it (if the service was good it would be fine) but the truth is that it is terrible, you give information about the place so they arrive faster and they never take it into account, the delivery person calls you after an hour and a half to tell you that they cannot find your address.

Pedí un baguette y la carne estaba cruda, antes daban un aderezo ranch y ya no dan, igual no cortaron bien a la mitad el baguette solo cortaron el pan de la tapa y considero que el envío esta algo caro porque hija tardan mucho en enviar el pedido y me llegó con el pan casi remojado

I visited Arandas and their branch a few days ago. We ordered chilaquiles and a salad. The sauce was so thin that it wasn't even enough for half of them to soak. The sauce, with its overcooked peanuts, tasted musty. The salad was very good, and the arrachera was delicious. I hope to return next year and find the quality they started with.

The service at the General Arteaga branch is very bad. All the staff were extremely distracted, talking to each other rudely in front of the customer. They took my order very reluctantly, without even telling me how long it would take, or even a "thank you." The owners should be more attentive to their situation, as this could cause them to lose customers. It's nothing like the Santa Barbara branch, where everyone is extremely attentive and their service is excellent.
