Sweet and pleasant ambience. Busy but still peaceful. Nice tasty canneles. The kitchen is well suited with proper gear and Elektra espresso machine pulls the coffee so perfectly! Rich taste In All the drinks I tried
A lovely tea place in Arcadia Mall. There are so many people! We had a lot of good tea and boba. Soft serve was very nice too. They use fresh and real ingredients and I love that sugar can be adjusted to zero, unlike many places that just used mixed powder.
A really nice boba shop that has lots of different options and even has ice cream. Unfortunately though once they run out of ice cream they clean the machine and no longer serve it. The drinks were very good though and tasted great. Go with 50% sugar, it will still be sweet enough. Staff are very friendly and interior is aesthetic. They also have merch for sale.
First time trying Cha redefine ever! Cute place, friendly and patient staff! I tried Mango Mango (8/10), seasonal Cha Cha Peachy (9.5/10). I thought i chose the sweet level but it was still extremely sweet! I got hyper 🤣 The store located outside of the mall on the first floor in the Pomegranate area! Park at Nordstrom, then head to the escalator you will see the Din Tai Fung. Then go outside. Check video if needed! Will cross from Meat Fresh! It’s my first time at the mall so was hard to find!
Loved my visit to CHA REDEFINE! I tried the Mango Mango, which was super refreshing and fruity, and the Sri Lanka Ceylon Latte with its rich, bold tea flavor. The highlight for me was the Blueberry Oat Milk Matcha Latte—a must-try for matcha lovers! The blend of blueberry sweetness and matcha. I also tried the Matcha Tornado, an ice-blended matcha with fresh taro paste. It was smooth, earthy, and delicious—perfect for taro fans! I highly recommend getting The Matcha and Sri Lanka Milk Tea Soft Serve Swirl if you're not feeling like getting a drink.
The mango mango and coconut strawberry are so good. Filled with tons of fresh fruit and agar boba :) I will be back!
They always have great flavor and quality stuffs, but pricy
One of my favorite tea cafes! Extensive and varied menu with high quality taste. Can have a small wait if going at a popular time, but the staff is hardworking and usually keeps things moving at a decent pace. Recent favorite is the Mochi Taro. Soooo good and haven’t had anything like it before.
Finally got to visit the newly open boba spot in the mall. We got the Black sesame matcha and Coco avocado. Both were really good. The black sesame had strong sesame and matcha flavors. It seems to be a seasonal flavor, so we had to try before it went away. The Coco avocado was also really good. Avocado smoothie with strawberries and coconut. Not too sweet at regular sugar levek for both. Would definitely come back and try other flavors!
I have always been curious about this boba shop, and finally decided to give it a try! First off, I love the interior, a bright room with neutral tones paired with olive trees that add a relaxing feel to the space. They have a large selection of menu items, and also offer a variety of seasonal menu items as well. For those who would like a pastry to pair with their afternoon tea, they also have some croissants and pastries you can choose from. I decided to try their seasonal menu item, the cha cha peachy and it was so good! Super refreshing, and perfect for the summer. It comes with or without Jasmine green tea in case you don't want any caffeine. Will definitely be back to try the mochi series, that mango mochi definitely got my attention!

The new Sesame drinks are delicious. The Sesame Mochi is probably my favorite. Unlike other places offering mochi in their drinks, the mochi here is very drinkable and enjoyable. The sesame flavor is also prominent and on point.

Inhale the aroma, exhale the stress. It’s tea time. Let’s begin this boba tea review. Cha Redefine is a tea shop praised for using high quality, fresh ingredients as well as real fruits which sets them apart from other tea places in Southern Californian. This location is at The Shops in Arcadia. Its menu was vast with a top ten popular drinks. I was completely boggled. I decided to get the most popular drink (no.1) and ordered the Mango Mango with 50% level of sweetness. And it was AMAZINGG! It was rich in flavor, smooth and made of real mango fruit purée. Moreover, the pearl boba were chewy and sweet. I can’t believe I have never been to this tea shop; can’t wait to taste other drinks. :D Staff were competent and affable. Service was fantastic. Ambiance has positive vibe. Prices reflected the high quality of their drinks. Parking lot is massive. Overall, I am unequivocally elated with my Mango tea drink. And it was bloody great!! I highly recommend you visit.
Cha Redefine at the Promenade in the Santa Anita Mall always has long line and people just love their teas. The teas are popular and refreshing, and they offer a great variety of bobas to choose from. Their pastries are tasty and nicely presented. The place is clean and nicely decorated with a Thanksgiving theme during our visit. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. A great spot to have a drink and relax while shopping.
Highly recommend to order online if you’re coming at a busy hour. I ordered in person and waited approximately 27 minutes. I noticed a lot of people going to the front to check the menu. The words are too small for clients to see. So I’d have you look at the menu online first if you want to order online. They call out the numbers too softly so everyone is cramped near the counter which can get very cramped near the tables. I had to go up and check twice on what number they’re on. They need a number ringer on the wall. Interior- very cute but cramped with everyone hovering over the pickup area. Location: in promenade upstairs! Across from qin west noodle/ hodori bbq. Mango mango - very refreshing! There’s lots of textures inside so be aware! The straw is long enough so you can stir the drink if needed!
The drinks are pretty good but not a fan of the prices. The drinks are EXPENSIVE but understandable that it’s in a mall. The Osmanthus tea with avocado foam is a pretty refreshing drink. I came at a non busy day and The worker forgot my topping lol
I love the drinks here, especially the Refreshing Peach Oolong Cha! A decent workplace honestly as the Wi-Fi is quite good, I was even able to game and stream videos on it just fine. Employees are super nice and polite, they even watched over my stuff while I went to the restroom! The music is quite loud so if you do decide to do work here, bring headphones/earbuds. Another downside is the AC, it just turns on sooo often and it's still on COLD even in November, I get that employees can get hot too but man I am freezing whenever the AC automatically turns on. Will still come back though 9.5/10.
Came here for their grand opening since they had the BOGO deal. Luckily, the line wasn't too long when I came but the wait still took around 10-15 minutes to order. I got the Blueberry Matcha Oat Milk Latte large (6.50 + 0.75 large) and the Jasmine Jade Cream Foam Cha (5.25 + 0.75 large). For the foam cha, you can choose vanilla or avocado foam. I chose the avocado foam based on the employee's recommendation. Drinks took around 10 minutes to be ready. The blueberry matcha latte was pretty good but it tasted mostly of blueberry and no matcha. It is a very unique drink though, although it would have been better to have more matcha taste. The jasmine cream cha was pretty good with the avocado foam. I couldn't really taste the avocado though? Only in the beginning before it got mixed with the tea. However, the tea quality seemed good. It is a shame that the drinks are all pretty pricy for just a medium size because that price could get a large elsewhere. It is mostly a place to splurge on drinks and not as affordable compared to other places. They do have pretty unique drinks so that is nice. Their cups are also higher quality. That would probably be the only reason I go back for a drink. That or if I feel like spending $7 for a drink.

I was drawn to this boba shop because of the menu and pretty decorations compared to 3Cat which is just a few feet away. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. I was considering two different drinks and asked the employee at the ordering tablet for her opinion and she was so uncertain, soft-spoken, and obviously inexperienced that she was no help to me and I had to decide on my own. What’s worse was that there were 3 other employees directly behind her laughing obnoxiously and goofing off instead of actually working or supporting their inexperienced coworker. One of them even had her purse so she was definitely off the clock and just hanging out contributing to the lack of professionalism. After I ordered, the cashier forgot to give the cup with my order to the other employees to have them actually start to make the drink so I waited five minutes for nothing. Then the coworker she handed it to actually criticized her for writing it down instead of printing it out - as if he couldn’t have professionally and correctly taught and trained her how to do that. Once my drink was finally made, I was desperate and relieved to be leaving. One taste of the drink (a strawberry jasmine green tea) and it reaffirmed my resolve to never come back to this establishment as its quality didn’t hold up and didn’t have a decent tea flavor or fresh strawberry taste. There’s a million boba shops in 626 and this one will likely close soon like so many others that cannot manage a business correctly and stay robust and keep high quality drinks and service a basic necessity.

I bought a mango milk tea and found that the mango inside had gone bad — it tasted strange. They gave me a replacement, but didn’t refund me the price difference.
It’s my second time here, always black sesame mochi mountain . It’s so tasty until i found lots of bland paper with color…. It’s so nauseating….

Ordered two drinks -orange tea ice blended was fine. -Jasmin iced cha, they didn’t mention that they sweeten this by default or even ask us what sweetness level. The drink itself tasted waayyyy too bitter. Definitely over steeped. So both bitter and sweet. We asked if they could remake it without sugar or just dilute it and they said no.
