The shakes are made from Blue Bell so they are THE BEST shakes in town! I had the appetizer sampler the other day and was shocked at the quality. Didn't have that moist inside that frozen does.

Burgers are cooked fresh and delicious. The chili cheese dogs are great too. The delicious Blue Bell malts and shakes they serve go great with the food.

We come to Arlington for dr appts so we stopped in for a quick bite. It was amazing! I highly recommend. Food was fresh and hot. I got the foot long chili cheese dog amd was very fulfilling. The husband got a double meat and jal poppers. Everything was delicious 😋 sorry I didn't get any pictures

This is one of my favorite go to burger places. Staff is super friendly, prices great, fries are always hot and fresh. Drive thru is normally fast (a couple times not so much but that's pretty rare). The coke tastes really good here. Prices are low.

Food was very good. i got a steak sandwich on this visit which was one of the best I've had. The place is great for sitting down with friends and not at all busy. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu. It has been here for a very long time I know

Went here with we loved it. The workers were very friendly and nice. I got a burger with chili fries (not a huge fan of cheese, so I didn't get it on my burger or fries), and they were delicious! My wife, who gets heartburn just by thinking about food (lol), stole some of my fries. She got the steak finger basket, and it was delicious as well! The gravy was a little too watery for us. Another thing that made this place awesome was the fact that they did not care one but that our service dog was with us. Last thing to say was that the banana split was awesome!!!

I hadn't been to a burger box in years. I worked there when I was a teenager many, many, moons ago. I knew it was a different owner so I was unsure whether it would be good. That burger was off the charts, it was so good. The service was quick, everything was right. On top of that I love their crinkle cut french fries.

Another honest review so me and my boyfriend have been living here for about 2 or 3 years the first time we went here the prices was just too much we always say income tax high lol because the prices is a little much however we finally decided to try it out because we passed by it all the time the prices didn't look as high but it's still high I'm not going to lie but the burger was really good my boyfriend ordered it sorry I didn't take a picture because when I look back he was done almost while I waited for my footlong LOL however I was able to capture the pictures of the footlong and I am so funny about chili but I have to admit their chili on there footlong was amazing and this is not like Sonic this footlong is actually a footlong heavy and wait and they show love on the chili and cheese hands down I will be back probably not as much but I will definitely be back great job and the lady at the window had purple hair she was amazing and have a great attitude

I ordered the Thunder Burger and it was awesome. Served fast, hot, and fresh. I did ask for no pickles, but I guess the cook missed that. I just took them off. Decent size burger, good price, and lots of toppings on it.

Pretty good. My first time going. The burger was a decent size and the customer service was great. I got an Oreo cookie shake, and it was good as well. Not too far from my job so I most definitely will be going back.

I went through the drive thru and purchased a mushroom burger combo (my fave burger) and some fried pickles. Everything was good especially the pickles. They're just a touch spicy. And even though everything was cooked to order, I really didn't have to wait that long for my food.

Wonderful in a long time when fries are hot and crispy. The bun was warm hamburger patties seasoned. The onions, lettuce, and tomatoes are delicious. Son had spicy chicken sandwich and crispy bacon.

Love their cheesesteaks here. Very friendly people and food is consistently fresh. Reason for 4 stars is, twice, I have ordered mushrooms on my Philly, and they have forgotten to add them, but still was charged the extra $1.08. This visit wasn't as good as usual. The young lady at the counter couldn't stay focused on customers and kept talking to other employees while taking orders. The fish sandwich either wasn't cooked all the way or it had an odd chunk in the middle of it. The fries were hot and fresh.

This place was clean and pretty empty. One guy was enjoying his meal when I walked in. They offer ice cream, shakes, and other frozen items. I got a cheeseburger combo with chilli, cheese, and onions on them. The food was good. I spent about $9.25 for this combo. They do have a drive through also. Looks to be family owned from how comfortable everybody was behind the counter.

Visiting my dad in Arlington, he told me about this place. We stopped in and ordered a chili dog with tots and it was AMAZING! Im not a huge hotdog fan, but I'd go back for seconds!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, a chicken Philly cheesesteak and a cherry limeade. That cherry limeade was so good, I could probably drink a gallon of it. That burger is what I have been craving for days, like a casual, good old-fashioned burger. Then when I tell you this Philly cheesesteak, I need a couple, like I warmed it the next day and it tastes so good. I’m not a fan of crinkle fries at all, on top of that, it tasted as though they refried it, which I don’t like. Now the philly alone cost $10 but I would say everything else is reasonably priced

Burger box gave ma a small restaurant vibe. I think I barely scratched the surface with this place. They have milk shakes, banana splits, ice cream, chicken wings, and more. I must say. The burger was pretty good, tho I think the patty could be a bit more... that's just my opinion.

I liked the taste of the burger, but it was a very thin patty. I also ordered onion rings. They were just ok. They didn't offer any condiments for the onion rings. Wanted to charge .75. Nope 🤨

We love Burger Box. I ordered a pickup order because we are all under the weather. I paid more to order online so that it would be ready when I got there. Imagine my surprise when my order wasn't even started until I got to the register to tell them I was here. The food is always amazing, but this really bothered me, so we won't be back for awhile. Management, please remind your employees people ordering online are paying extra for a convenience, and their order should be put in the que immediately instead of waiting until the customer gets here.

My husband and I stopped by here on our way home from the laundromat. We love Burger Box but this was not our best experience. The wait was fairly long even though there was only one car in front of us. But that didn't really bother me because our food came out hot and fresh. The only real problem I had was that the food had absolutely no seasoning. Not even salt. I had never had this problem from them before so I just wrote it off as a bad day. I will give them another try and hopefully I can give them the five stars they deserve.

Overall great place. Great food. Unfortunately the service was horrible. Don’t know if this is family owned but the two teenage girl cashiers had absolute horrible attitudes and no customer service whatsoever.

The food was ok, we ordered hamburgers, fries, and ice cream. Food came out at a good time. They weren’t super busy. Had to stand at the counter and wait to be assisted as the staff was talking amongst themselves. Sitting inside was very hot, we had to move seats because in certain areas you could smell the stench of the bathroom. The ice cream was good though.

We utilized the drive through to grab some treats for the kids after a hot day at the zoo. While our kids got ice cream, I wanted to enjoy a slice of cheesecake. The cheesecake tasted good (4 out of 5 stars for taste), until I came across a quarter-sized piece of paper between the cheesecake and crust (probably a wrapper from an ingredient). Otherwise, prices were fair and the service was great.

Today was my first time there. I ordered the burger box which doesn’t come with cheese mind you even tho the picture on the menu has cheese just an fyi. I also purchased the kids meal chicken nuggets both with fries and sweet tea. I got the lemon meringue pie which was the downfall for me. It was frozen and tasted old and was freezer burnt. I’m assuming because of the packaging picture below. The burger patty was thin so if you need large patty wouldn’t recommend. The fries were the best thing I spent my money on. My total was just under $20. The sweet tea tasted like sugar water. Not sure what type of tea they use. The color of the crust on the pie gives its age. I left it in the fridge and it’s still frozen idk

Honestly I was not impressed. The building looks better outside than it does on the inside. The bacon burger was not all that good. The bun tasted stale, the meat was barely lukewarm. The chilli cheese dog was good as were the chicken nuggets.

Screwed up my order at the drive-thru. Had to turn around on this section of Cooper and go back. They corrected my order, but frankly they could have offered me a cookie for all the hassle I had to go through. The food was decent quality. They make a better burger than most fast food franchises, but they are not Smash burger.

The food and service was good, the restaurant was uncomfortably hot worth portable fans sitting around.

It was so hot, I asked the employee if yall ac went out. And she said no that the owner doesn't want it on. How you allow your employee work in an evormiment like that. Here is some advice while you trying to save money. While you don't turn on the ac, your refrigerator and cooling boxes have to work harder to keep up. And Adventually will go out which will cost more money. by you not turning on the ac for your employees and customers it is ashame. Trying to save a buck.

Service was fair, Burgers got soggy quick. They messed up my order. The fried pickles are horrible and way overpriced for no more than you get and taste like grease, not pickles. For what I spent on two burgers and an order of fried pickles. There are several other burger places. For the price, go to Whataburger down the street

Not consistent. Went to get a steak sandwich and the first couple of bites were ok but the further I ate it started tasting old. I opened it up and the lettuce was old and wilted. I wasn't able to take it back immediately but when I did the manager said she couldn't do anything about it because it was half eaten. Didn't even try to make it right. They will never ever have me as a customer ever again. Very disappointed. Manager needs to be trained to handle customers complaints.

We walked in and the place smelled like a gas station bathroom. Maybe they had plumbing issues I’m not sure. The burgers were mediocre with slimy lettuce and the fries were unseasoned. On top of it all, it was overpriced. I also had to pay for ranch that was just hidden valley ranch (I personally don’t like this brand of ranch, but I still don’t think you should pay for a store bought ranch). Honestly, you’d get the same food and atmosphere at a McDonalds or Braum’s for cheaper.

If you need a mediocre burger and don't care about service or time, here's your place. Went through drive through and spent 20 minutes with no one ahead of me. Servers don't seem to care about actually doing their jobs or being nice about it. Actually watched 2 of them lean on counters and talk for almost 10 minutes while holding my empty shake cup and then start to make it. Food is overpriced and only a couple steps above a Burger King or Jack In The Box burger. Don't waste your time or money.

The food here is not flavorful. At least not what I ordered, which was the box burger with cheese and cheese fries. The cheese fries I asked to be with queso instead of shredded cheese. There was no seasoning on the fries, I added salt and pepper as seen in my pictures. My burger had no seasoning, I asked for light mustard, no pickles. They messed up on my order the first time. When they brought it back, it still had a regular amount of mustard on it, which drowned out all the other parts of the burger. Let's not excuse the fact that the patty was as thin as the lettuce. It was not worth a $10 meal or returning. The dining room was clean. I didn't use the restroom. The staff was very courteous.

Used to eat here all the time, wont be back though. Its currently run by rude 16 year old children who don't know how to take an order correctly, then after driving all the way back not even a sorry. Oh and when I came back, the same girl still told the cook the wrong order for a second time. It literally took her 3 times to comprehend a number 8 only mushrooms and cheese. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my time. Word of advice from someone who worked in the food industry for 7 years, read back the order before placing it.

Ordered a combo meal and they didn’t give me fry’s and would not give them to me as I requested when ordering and made me pay separately for them. 1 jr burger and 2 drinks was already 18+ dollars then 3.02 more for a small fry’s. One of the cooks was chewing gum while preparing people's food! This is against Food Safety regulations, on all levels. Thus was my first time going there, and I will not go back. The cashier messed up my order, bad start, but easily corrected. But as I waited, I was watching the female cooks, and noticed one chewing, what I hope was gum, as I would think one would not be so gross as to eat while preparing food outside of one's house. Then, I get the burger, and find out the patty is super thin. Thinner than McDonald's kid's burger patties are. Their burgers are mostly bun, and not worth their prices. And their fries are soggy due to the oil temperature being too low and/or over crowded fryer.

Oh a whim, my buddy and I stopped here for dinner one night. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Within 6 hours, I had the worse case of food poison ever. Rushed to the ER and given fluids, I was dehydrated and that sick. Spent 7 days recovering. NEVER WILL I GO BACK.

This burger place is just okay. The fries are good but the chili burger was just okay, maybe it was the burger choice or thin patties, I don't know. I asked for a second patty with my burger order but didn't get it when I received my burger, had to go up and ask for my extra patty again to get it. Onion rings were decent but I had better ones. No refills on sodas either, not an issue but strange. The floors were sticky, hear my shoe stick to the floor with every move. The service was good though besides my missing patty issue, they were swift. One star was for service and the fries. I don't think I will be going back.

Since the new owner bought this location, the hamburger patties have shrunk and they're always overcooked and burnt. I've given the new staff three tries, and each time has been consistently BAD. Save your money and go to places that care about the quality of the product they sell.

Would give zero stars if I could. I bought a burger and said mayo and mustard all the way. I had to repeat my order three times. When I got home I noticed no vegetables were on the sandwich. I called the store and got an employee named Juan and advised my sandwich was wrong. Instead of trying to rectify the situation he tells me I was wrong and the order was repeated at the window. The young lady at the window never repeated the order to me. I mean who doesn’t understand all the way. Juan was very rude to me for no reason. I never once raised my voice with him but he raised his and tried to argue with me. I asked to speak to the manager and was advised she would be in later then all of a sudden she appeared. I asked to speak to her and was advised she was busy. I paid my hard earned money and deserved better service than what I received from Juan or Blanca. I will never eat at this place again. I asked for corporate phone number and was advised to call the same number back. Juan work on your customer service skills!!! Blanca quit allowing Juan to talk to customers rudely! Have been going to this burger box for three years. We go after football games basketball games baseball games and first day and last day of school. It usually a time I can sit down and talk with my kids and enjoy a nice burger. Today ended all of that. We went through the drive thru today. They serve two different types of rainbow ice cream. My son order the wrong type of flavored rainbow ice cream. He is 5 we went back in the store and request the right rainbow ice cream and was told by the manager it was not his problem. The ice cream was 3 dollars. What’s the right thing to do here? My son is 5 and today was his first day of kindergarten. The manager wouldn’t even give me my money back. I will never eat at this establishment ever again. They even have a sign on the drive through that says if there is something wrong with the order to let them know immediately so it can be corrected. To be told it’s my problem not his over 6 dollars. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. AND IF YOU HAVE SMALL KIDS YOU SHOULD NOT GO HERE EITHER!! Do not EAT HERE! Spent 60.00 on 5 meals. Fries were soggy and not cooked. Hamburgers had bad lettuce on them. Awful. I called and was told to drive back up again with all my bad food/fries. R u kidding me NO! Not at 8pm when I've been working all day and grabbed dinner on my way home to this. SAD so sad hard earned money 10.00 plus a meal and this is what I get. Maybe I should have taken a picture of everyone's food. Next times. They've re cooked theirs at home. I refuse after I pay for food.

Very disappointed. We come here all the time, took a long time to get our food, had to go to the counter to get our order and it was wrong, the owner made us wait longer to make our food. Waited 50 minutes to get our food and was still wrong. The waitress was nice and apologized, but it was on the owner who messed up.
