Came to Dallas from Houston and was looking for food places for my family and I to eat that also had Margaritas. Seen Fatburger and from the pictures on google and Instagram it seemed like the best choice. We went at about 8pm..The moment we walked in we were greeted. with this being our first time we took a while to look at the menu, we were not rushed or anything but instead encouraged to look at the menu, which was great. the manager there who was on the register her name was Kay. the most amazing person you ever want to meet, she was so nice, welcoming and helped us with what size burger to get. she was kind enough to have The guy that makes the burgers show us the bun sizes of each burger which was a huge help. Customer service from her and her staff was top tier. She had just mad the maragarita and it was soooooooo good! it was perfect! not too strong but definitely will have you tipsy enough to have a good time but tell remember everything lol. the burgers were huge!!!!!!! and worth every penny. If u think a original or large is probably small, trust me, ITs not! i got a XXL and had over half left. The burgers were so juicy but not sloppy.. the onion rings are huge and so crispy, the fries were perfect!!!!!All in all the atmosphere and service and food was next level and was amazing !!! we will be back. Thank you Kay and your amazing night staff

The service and food, both outstanding. Honey took our order and was so kind and accommodating. I had questions about the food and she was so kind to suggest a sauce for me. It turned out perfect! As soon as we walked in, everyone was so nice! First time here and she explained everything perfectly. The original burger was so good, and very ! Chilling cheese fries were amazing!

I am so happy that Texas has a Fatburger!!! It was so good. After living in L.A. and moving back to Texas, I have missed these burgers. I hope they bring one to Houston soon.

Was greeted by a friendly staff, and your food is brought to your table. The burgers were huge and well seasoned. Ww had the XL and my daughter had the impossible burger with Fat fries, and a kids burger with skinny fries. The lemonade was pretty good as well.

When I walk in the place is clean it's a little busy but the food comes out super great! The Patty's are big and juicy burger is just super good the fries are salted well and not over seasoned everything is just perfect!

This was a great place to eat. Nice atmosphere and the staff members were friendly and their customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

Service was nice, the workers there are super attentive and very nice. The place is clean, the only thing I would comment is that the burger itself is not as flavorful or big enough for the price. I paid $40 for 2 burger meals but the burger itself it not big.

The food is delicious the service is horrible. I mean the lack of common courtesy needs to be reviewed. Maybe I'm old school but I would like to be greeted and not have to wait for someone to acknowledge me

The burger was very well seasoned and the fries were crispy. The staff weren't super friendly, just doing their job. I wanted to write a good review, however, while my mom and I were outside eating on the nice outside patio, an employee that was in the back making food (green headband, pink zip up hoodie) came outside to talk on the phone, no biggie. However, she began with like this choking coughing sound. We were concerned, so we peered around the corner and she spit out a bunch of mucus stuff, to the point where I thought she was beginning to throw up. She spit it under the table where she sat. I looked away, and when I looked back she was spitting one more time. Then she continued her conversation on the phone. I literally lost my appetite and it ruined my experience. To think that she didn't think it was best to go around the corner to spit out whatever gunk was in her throat, made me concerned and question what was happening behind in the food prep area. It was very poor taste to spit where people will be sitting and where we were eating, and have total disregard that we saw her do it. Just gross. Definitely will NOT go back there again...

The staff was lovely! They were helpful & kind, but food was a solid 2. They over cooked the burgers & I like well done meats but this was a bit much. The prices are a bit high for what you get. It’s too bad cuz we like a good burger spot, but this wasn’t it. We didn’t complain cuz the ladies were so nice, but don’t make very good food. Not horrible but not too good either. Bummed.
