Lisa's is not your average restruant. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and the smell of freshly fried chicken is incredible. The restruant is usually pretty busy but we don't have to wait to long for our order. We ordered a ten piece chicken meal with okra and fries. The chicken was crispy and juicy and very flavorful. The okra was little bites of goodness. Our expectations was exceeded. We are planning to have Lisa's regularly for family meals. Don’t let appearances fool you—the decor may be simple, but the chicken is fantastic. This place is perfect for groups or family night meals

I knew it had to be good as I drove past and saw cars lining up, I made a u-turn and went back but I had been on my way to another eatery. This was my first time there and the food was awesome. You get plenty of food for the amount that you spend it's not very expensive and it is fresh. I did have to wait just a few minutes for my shrimp fried rice well worth it. Overall fast service. Actually I ordered fish then saw on the menu shrimp fried rice so made a turn back thru drive thru! LOL Now as a catfish lover Omg there catfish was delicious!! The chicken is affordable I spent $22 dollars for twenty pieces of chicken and five peppers. The inside of the restaurant is set up where you can buy chicken, candy, snacks, etc. A very good place to go to when you want to feed a family with affordable prices and the taste of the chicken is amazing so check it out and believe me you will come back. Lisa's Chicken is forth it and forth the travel. Chicken has gotten expensive but Lisa's is reasonable and can feed a crowd when your budget is low.

Lisa's chicken never disappoints. It is one of the few fadt food places that you can still get your money's worth price wise. Their chicken gizzard are always great. As well as the fried shrimp. Their fried rice is also good plus great portions.

The store is a combination restaurant and convenience store. It was bright and clean. We were greeted very pleasantly on arrival by the cashier, Ti. She took our order of a 10 piece dark chicken and 12 piece gizzards. There was a 10 minute wait on the gizzards. Everything was fresh, hot and nicely seasoned.

Truly a language barrier. Almost drove off but I checked my order and I had no condiments, so I had to get out of my truck and walked in because the line does fill back up very fast. But it was worth it because I love their fish.

Very quick turnaround and food comes great every time. I come regularly for my livers and gizzards fix. The staff is friendly and courteous and I come frequently enough that they knew I always come for the livers lol. I wish them the best and thank them for helping me with my cravings.

Best chicken place in town and affordable too. The chicken tenders are not that great but the fried chicken is tasty. Been going there for 3 years and they only recently got my order wrong. Ordered fried pickles and got mini corn dogs. I ain't mad though cause they were good!...just not pickles. The people at the window are usually pretty friendly. Their catfish is pretty good too. Nothing special about it, just good fried catfish. Their egg rolls are legit and you get a ton of fried liver if that's your thing. Wish they could give more gravy with them, but that's okay. I get their sweet tea and gallon tea as well. Never old tasting, usually pretty fresh. Love me some Lisa's! I can't speak on any other location as I have only been to this one.

They were busy busy on a Friday night. The drive thru line was around the building. We grabbed our face mask and went in to order the floor was marked for social distance. The staff had mask on too. The food is always good and hot/fresh! It's a good price for the amount of food. The only complaint is that when you order a family side of corn nuggets, they give you a SMALL container!!

Love this place . The new location on 303 is close to my home , and i love me some Lisa`s chicken. The only thing is I had to wait 27 min for my family order of tenders. But being a new location and i am a semi patient man so 4 starts for you. Keep up the good work.

Their chicken was good. To be honest I didn't expect it to be this good. The staff is helpful and friendly. I got a chicken leg that didn't taste particularly well and asked for a replacement they offer me two legs for that. I think their legs need more deep frying. Their white meat is really good though. The restaurant is clean. From a marketing point of view I did not like the fact they are called Lisa's chicken but they have stuff you see at a convenience store

This place is great! Delicious chicken and/or fish, what ever you want along with fries or the best okra you've ever tasted. Maybe other things too. I don't know because my eyes and taste buds are locked onto these things and I don't want anything else....Also they have the largest selection of beer and soft drinks that I have ever seen other than a supermarket.

Love this place I only live 5 mins away and when I need good food and a Cigarillo,, there no other place I rather go, plus you can buy beer there too. The hot wing has an amazing flavor, the reason I gave them 4 start and not 5 is because, No home made tarter sauce, or cocktail sauce, I really recommended there fried pickles

You can't beat Lisa's for value. Really good fried chicken and tenders. The Green beans are a family favourite. We eat here 2-4 times a month. This is the place you want if you need to feed folks and you don't have time to cook. A live saver for our family.

I bought chicken and fish with fries and corn nuggets.. The flavor of the fish, nuggets, and fries was excellent. The chicken didn't taste as good as Lisa's usually does.....Just one of those days.. I will still go back and get food. The staff members are really nice!

This was actually my second time eating from here. The first time was my first night living in Texas and I ordered through Grubhub and the food was AWFUL. I actually got my money back. (To be fair it was close to close but I didn’t know that and I still expect people to take pride in their product). I told some locals about my experience and they said it was odd because the food is typically good. I gave it another try and the food was actually fresh and tasted pretty good. I’d go there again.

They don't listen. I ordered #6 which is a combo and then orferrd shrimp. He asked what two sides for the shrimp I said shrimp only... I get to window he say 8 dollars, I say what about my sides for the fish . He only ordered the fish and shrimp only...no sides... I am suddenly tired. This was an easy order.

I love their fried rice. It is one of the best!!! but, I wish they hadn't placed the hot food, which was fresh out of a hot pan, into a foam to-go-box!! It melted the foam into the food!!!! I could see the evidence after finishing my food. The shinning surface of the container became dull and irregularly rough!! Please use something more heat-resistant containers . Thanks!!!!!!

Tried this place for the first time, the fish was decent, the chicken could have been a little fresher (like William's Chicken😉), but the corn on cob tasted as if it was pulled from the garbage! It tasted spoiled and didn't smell good either! Please look over, taste, or smell your corn on the cob before leaving the location! I had to toss mine where it belonged...the trash!!

I used the drive thru, got some hot wings, I was going to get some groceries, and I hate getting groceries hungry. I'll spend twice as much money if I went hungry. So, Lisa, assuming that was the name of the person at the drive thru took my money & was back in no time with my order. I love hot wings and I always assumed that they will always be the new York style, dripping in hot sauce, delicious but these were not rolled around in hot sauce. These were dry fried wings. No sauce, bit disappointed but I was hungry and out of 12 wings I ate 10 of them. They weren't what I like but I being hungry I did eat em and they were ok. Nothing to brag about , just ok. I'm sure I'll return and try some other meals there, they have quite a menu with lots of chicken dishes. I'm so positive I'll return and order food from there again because I have a good looking gal I'm seeing that lives a block from her home.

Food was made to order and served fresh. The fries and hot wings both taste like jalapeño juice. Hot wings did not have a distinguishing seasoning or flavor.

I want to start by saying that the service was amazing and it didn't take too long for me to get my food. The food was hot, but the green beans tasted canned. I got some fried chicken, fried fish and pork chops. The batter didn't really stick to the pork chops and the taste was bland. All of the meat was that way except the chicken. The chicken wasn't too flavourful, but the batter stuck. Overall it was okay but it's not something I feel like I need to try again. The price point is really good though.

Been a regular customer for years and feel lulled into submission. Food presented in our drive through visit this time was simply aweful. Very, very disappointed in Lisa's this time. Ordered our Lenton catfish dinner on Friday and it was substandard in most ways. Very small portions, fish was really small and seemed Old. Fish was obviously under a Heat Lamp and not fresh cooked. DONE FOR NOW! MANY OTHERS offer specials during this highly religious time. Forced to find better.

Chicken ok but fish is too gritty due too the breading

Lisa chicken is good. But the order takers need to tell the customer what is a meal or combo. I bought a 3 pc. Dinner fish meal, called it in. As to say time picking up order through the drive thru. It was the worst mistake l made, it took another 30 minutes plus for me to get my food. Then the food came with out any drink. I drove off to realize they got the drink, now went back inside since the casher said l have to pay .54c extra. Ok so why can't anyone of them let me know when l was ordering the food that drink did not come with almost $9.00 food. I advised that some training be done to educate the cashier's to let the customers know that their meals don't come with drink. Then when l got inside and try to pay for the drink since they said via the drive thru window that l needed .54c, it took me another 20 minutes to Wait because the cashier who took my order was closing and she picked up her back and headed to the door with out telling the other cashiers to sell me the drink at the above price. Is there a manager at that branch on Pioneer before Collins in Arlington?

The customer service sucks ! In drive thru placed order $27 , gave my money to the guy who gave me my change with coins on top money falls ! He closed the Window and walks off ! The food was horrible ! 3 orders with fries were fine , but my fish combo was horrible how can fish be crunchy hard on the ends but UNDER COOKED IN THE MIDDLE ! The fries were greasy and had been cooked twice ! And super hard !! NEVER AGAIN !!

My first time trying this place because of the chicken sandwich craze happening with Popeyes I was desperate to have a tasty fried chicken sandwiches. I ordered the fish nuggets fries and the chicken sandwich all to get home and bite into my undercooked sandwich. I was so disappointed and my fries tasted like they’d been fried in the same oil that all the seafood products are fried in. The fish nuggets were okay but when compared to the fish served at Williams chicken, Lisa’s doesn’t stand a chance. I could easily buy those nuggets from Kroger’s frozen food aisle and fry em myself it’d be the same exact thing. Super disappointed due to the fact that a lot of people are always saying how tasty and cheap this place is.

Very dissatisfied with the combination fried rice that was not described on the menu but had overcooked chopped chicken 🐔 flavorless shrimp and chopped hotdogs or sausage (tasted like hot dogs) honestly it was my mistake going there thinking it was Lucy’s. Way better rice for the same price . With all the ingredients in the rice it shouldn’t just taste like eggs and hotdogs

I normally go through the drive through but my friend and I decided to go inside today and eat. The food was great but the service that we received from the young lady working the register was absolutely terrible.

I changed my rating and comment after Saturday, my husband ordered me a fish sandwhich and I find a bug on my lettuce. DO NOT EAT HERE IT'S NOT CLEAN!!!!!

I called to order 1 portion of shrimp fried rice, but the young lady didn't pay attention and made 3 portions of fried rice. Then I went to complain and it seemed like she didn't pay attention to my words and I had to pay 30 dollars when I only needed a portion.

After 10+ years of coming to this location we had to go through bad customer service. Lady takes or order we pay lady gives no reciept . We head home halfway we count our chicken. We had to drive back to location due to our order was not right. Drove back had to go into the store to have our order corrected and they asked for more money. Supervisor/manager was kindly enough to return our money When we decided to just have our money return. It going to be a while till we come back till the put good customer service members in the drive through like the used to.
