Yesterday, I went to lunch with my mother at noon, and from the moment we sat down at the table, a young blond man named Alejandro (I asked for his name before we left) served us. I'd like to thank him for all the attention he gave us and his professionalism; he was attentive at all times, very polite, and kind. From my point of view, he performs his job brilliantly and extraordinarily; he loves his job and serving people. I appreciate you having such a young and professional employee at your establishment. Spacious place with a terrace, children's play area, and parking. The food... We usually order the same things and it's fantastic! Black pudding and chorizo, chicken livers (delicious!), pork loin with garlic, and grilled steak. They serve a delicious partridge pâté to start. The prices are very good! With salad and several dishes, €58 for four people.

We ate there on a Saturday. They have a parking lot next door. We had a reservation. The place was very spacious. The service was quick. The beer was a bit pricey. The accompanying tapa was a little small. We had a traditional Alpujarran dish (not particularly noteworthy) and croquettes (very tasty).

We went to try it out on the recommendation of a friend. The service was fantastic. They don't have a limited selection of beers, although they do have a house beer that's not bad. You can't choose your own tapas, although they're homemade and of very good quality. The homemade sangria is a highlight, spectacular. Highly recommended. Edit: We loved the new renovation and the new menu. It's one of our favorite places in Huétor.

They took a while to serve us, but once we ordered, they were quick to serve us. Everything was very good, from the lomo con ajo (garlic pork loin) to the Alpujarra dish and the Iberian churrasco, as well as the children's plate. The waiters were very friendly.

This time we only had a beer, as we had planned to eat in the sunshine, but it's a shame that the terrace is so large and inviting that the awnings are all down, leaving no sunlight at all, so we left without eating. The food is good, it's served quickly, and they have ample parking for customers.

The staff was very friendly, and the food was also excellent, but we were actually a little disappointed due to the obvious lack of staff. It's a very pleasant place with a lovely terrace; it's a shame that the experience was marred by the staff's poor management.

Mi reseña a nivel de accesibilidad. Fui a comer con mi familia a la terraza, obviamente dentro no podría porque no había rampa. Ponen que los baños son accesibles e incluso llamé para cerciorarme pero cuando me acerqué había un escalón. Además de contar con unos baños pequeños y estrechos. La comida estaba muy bien, pero una pena tener que controlar lo que se bebe (agua) para no tentar la "suerte" de tener que entrar al baño. Para lo que a los demás es algo posible, como es poder ir a comer con la familia, para algunas personas es una ansiedad y pesadilla ver lo que te puedes encontrar.

It's been a while since I've been to Doña Juana, and tonight I was disappointed. It's usually a great place for tapas, but tonight's tapa was awful. The "four delicacies" rice was cold and not good at all; it tasted burnt, and the portion was only for two people, which I don't think is what they usually serve. I hope to come back another day and see what happens. I'm sorry for this review. It's a place I used to go to quite often.

Today, three people tried to eat, and it was impossible. We ordered a salad and three Alpujarra dishes. At first, they told us there were no poor potatoes, only one. They served us two mini portions of potatoes and one with fries. The loin was like it had remnants from the pan and was burnt, the ham was dry, and the fried egg was broken. In short, it was a mess. About 20 minutes later, we reminded them about the bread, and the waitress, who was the only one who could be saved by her kindness, tried to excuse the restaurant's poor service with her good work. I asked to speak to the manager, who came a little later. He explained that they made 15 loaves a day and details about the company's organization, which mattered little to nothing to me. We just wanted a good Alpujarra dish. Now I know where I won't go back. Although they didn't charge me for these three dishes. How could they be?
