my pizza and breadsticks were bomb. my bf and i devoured them so quick. placed the order through the app and picked them up 15 min later. they were hot and exactly what we ordered

I ate pizza after a long time, and overall it was a good experience at Pizza Hut. The pizza was fresh, hot, and tasty, and it really hit the spot. One small thing was that napkins and ketchup were not given without asking, but once requested, it was fine. Overall, a satisfying visit and I would still come back again.

I called the store because my pizza wasn’t correct. They were giant pieces of ham when I had selected bacon so I called the store and I had left the manager now along with that. The pizza wasn’t cut at all and then when telling her she wanted to say that she made the pizza And I asked her if she could remake it because it wasn’t cut, and there were giant pieces of ham she had another pizza made, and sent back out to my house since I did delivery however she made the pizza exactly the same way and barely cut it again the second time Thank God the delivery guy was pretty cool. The delivery guy was chill about the entire situation, but I guess I shouldn’t of asked the manager to make my food, right

Got the Cinnamon Sticks and wasn't told they were out of the icing for them. The icing is what makes them taste so good! Called after getting my order to let them know I didn't get the icing and was then told, they were out of the icing and didn't know when they would get more in! I wouldn't have wasted almost $10 on them.

These people are rude. My DoorDash driver was told to leave and don’t come back because they didn’t believe her when she said that I also had a 2 liter drink. The poor lady was so scared she had to get her husband involved. Her husband called me so I can witness everything. The Pizza Hut employees were yelling at the door dash driver and getting very aggressive with her husband when he told them to not treat women and their customers badly. I will never order from these people again and will be calling cooperate to complain first thing tomorrow morning.

The Big New York pizza is a BIG disappointment. Crust is to thin. My paper plate was thicker than the crust. It was also hard and over cooked. Next time I'll buy a frozen pizza.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut. The order took far longer than the estimated time, and when it finally arrived, the pizza was barely warm and looked like it had been thrown together in a rush and it looked like the pizza was from yesterday the flavor was disgusting the sauce taste rotten. The crust was chewy instead of crisp, the toppings were sparse, and the cheese wasn’t even fully melted. To make matters worse, the customer service didn’t help much—when I called to ask about the delay, I was put on hold for several minutes and given a very vague response. For the price, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this visit just didn’t live up to what I thought Pizza Hut stood for. I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

It smelled horrible in there in was very unsanitary. Me and my family disinfected the seats and it was black. The customer service was horrible. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and smelled disgusting.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I waited for over two hours for my order, and after all that time, it was completely wrong. I understand that things can get busy, but that’s no excuse for what happened. I was incredibly patient—I didn’t make a scene, I didn’t demand updates every five minutes. I asked very politely, just once, when my order might be ready, and was met with completely unnecessary rudeness from the man with the bald head. He was extremely disrespectful and dismissive, even though I approached him calmly and respectfully. There was absolutely no reason for me to be treated that way, especially after waiting so long. It’s frustrating to feel ignored and then insulted after trying to be understanding.

DONT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT This place is the most depressing restaurant i have ever been to. When you arrive you can see how this restaurant stinks, the cashier looked like he was falling asleep. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and 16 buffalo wings, i asked for a diet coke and he said they didnt have any, then i looked at the fridge and saw pepsi colas, why didnt you sugest me the damn pepsi colas? Well everything was horrible, how worse could it get? After 20 minutes the food was ready. The pizza was so oily that it was dripping from it and the crust is the worst i had in my whole life. The wings were ok, comparing to the rest, the buffalo sauce was absolutely horrible, thank god they didnt mix the wings very well and everything was at the bottom of the container. The wings were acceptable removing the sauce part. The seats and tables were sticky like they hadnt been cleaned since they opened this restaurant at like the 70’s. The bathroom smelled like someone died in there. This place is depressing, nasty and the food is disgusting, please never come here, just go to the 7’11 in front of it. I had the worst food of my life.

This review is based on the one employee and the company for only having one person scheduled on March 26th. I walked in and stood at the counter for 12 minutes without a greeting or hello. After 10 minutes I started looking up deals from papa John’s and dominoes. I left of their deal. Was willing to pay extra but the service here wasn’t trash, it was just non existent.

The manager doesn't like to give out condiments. He states one napkin per order. He also says ketchup does not belong on pizza so he refuses to give it out. He constantly argues with every customer. I had to wait on a pizza that I ordered online. I waited waited and when I asked my order hadn't been taken, only taken from my account. He told me life happens, so just order another people. While I was waiting for my NEW order, I constantly observed him arguing with several customers about napkins in such things and he was the expeditor and the cashier, he never changed his gloves from doing both jobs. A customer asked him about it, and he stated he was to busy to change his gloves evertime. I would not recommend this place to pizza who have kids, as his attitude was negative and hurtful.

They are literally stealing your money worth for there benefits, there pizzas crus are almost 3 inches thick I literally tuck 3 bites and the rest is all bread, the sheece sticks extremely dry, but pls take a look at there big old danm crust.

Pizza was awful. Ordered extra sauce and cheese and this is what we got. Dry and very bland. Didn’t realize it till we got home or I wouldn’t have accepted this. Payed extra for something we wanted and didn’t receive it. Won’t be going back.
