Aspen Mental Health offers much needed relief in a time where we can all use care, compassion, and support. It is not just a patient based support system, but also supports their families and the community. I have experienced this support for almost 3 years and without it our whole family would have be broken into pieces. Aspen works to make sure you get seen in the office, and also follows up by checking in on you when you aren’t in the office. My experience with our own counselor Mark, has put me in the position to face impossible choices with good judgment, hope, and a support system that has enabled me to navigate even the toughest heartbreaks and violations. I am so thankful for this support family facility.

I cannot begin to describe the wonderful care and therapy I have received from Mark at Aspen Mental Health. In February I will have been a patient for 2 years, and I will continue to be one as long as he’ll let me! A little bit about my therapy journey: I had been going through a very difficult time in my life and things finally came crashing down around me to the point where I knew I needed to seek immediate help. I called Aspen and the receptionist was very kind. She got me into an emergency appointment with Mark, and the rest is history. We have worked through tough issues together and I feel like a refreshed, rebalanced, and reinvigorated person. I continue to go because it’s nice to have a listening ear who will ask you questions to guide you to your own best conclusion. Mark is kind, realistic, and patient. He walked beside be every step of my long and sad journey, and l am better person because of it. It is sad to see an abusive person has the opportunity to become a mental health counselor. I don’t know how a person like that can live with themselves, anyone considering seeking help from this organization should be aware that a particular staff member has a history of crookedness. Mark, my words, the abuse I regretfully put up with, from this person, nearly undid years of legitimate therapy.
