I was skeptical of the concept, but I was pleasantly surprised! The potatoes were flavorful, balanced, and not at all dry. Truly expertly prepared. The appetizers were also very good. The service was attentive and courteous. I'll be back!

A warm, welcoming, wonderful little place. I come here a lot and enjoy it; the food is really, really good and the prices are fair. The potatoes are huge and tasty. The poke bowls are unique and delicious, and the guys and girls who work there are kind. Highly recommended: the pulled pork 🤤 and all the desserts!!
The dishes are delicious, fantastic in their simplicity. The prices are absolutely reasonable. The service is friendly, fast, and professional. If you find a line, don't panic, because in 10 minutes you'll have your legs under the table. We'll definitely be back. (I didn't have time to photograph the hummus; everyone else had already eaten it.)
Excellent service. The food was good. The main ingredient is potato, prepared in various ways. It could have used a bit more seasoning for my taste. Another positive aspect is the availability of good diaper-changing facilities. Worth a visit.
The food here is phenomenal. I got the vegan poke bowl and it’s very flavorful. I also got the Margarita potato and hummus. The hummus is a must try. Nice location right in the center, nice vibe and sitting area
Excellent options for vegetarians and vegans! While not a typical italian cuisine, the vegetarian potatoes and poke bowls are delicious. Good deserts, beer, and wine options too! Friendly waitresses even to us non-Italian speaking Americanos. Two of us each had a draft beer, meal, and desert for under €50.

Great location with a nice view, reasonable prices. Food was delicious (we ordered poke, one special and one vegan). We had to wait for a while to make the order but the food arrived very quickly.

It is quite an interesting place, in Asti! With a peculiar vintage touch. But what is so special about Pa.Pas is the menú, geared mostly on potatoes! Served in an extraordinary variety of preparations! So if you are a potato lover, can't miss this place!

Nice little place for something different. I really liked the idea of the stuffed potato. Very friendly staff and a lovely, welcoming place.
I would give them 5 stars because the food was truly delicious and the place was beautiful. However we had a horrible experience when paying the bill. Their card machine wasn’t working and we weren’t made aware of that beforehand. They tried blaming us but I tried 3 cards and my boyfriend tried 2. Our card was working fine before and after that. So the problem was their machine and they made us pay in cash, which we rarely carry. They need to take responsibility for their machine not working and let customers know beforehand. Because not everyone will have cash in their bag and it was wrong to make us feel like it was our fault.

A truly delightful and unusual, even courageous, idea. A wide variety of menus, high prices, but that's not necessarily the manager's fault (operating costs have become insane throughout Italy), a super central location, and a creatively decorated restaurant with a distinctive character. I ordered a carbonara but didn't find the pleasure of the famous dish. For my personal taste, the dish was too salty, and the carbocrema was very unbalanced and sticky. I also tried the braised potato, a nice idea, but again, too salty. But I emphasize: I can't call the dish salty; in all honesty, it's overkill for my personal tastes. Can I recommend this place? No. Read my review and try to decide whether you like balanced dishes or prefer robust flavors.
