I've never been to this restaurant during night time, only morning... not sure how relevant that is. Each time I've gone here for breakfast I was actually met with some of the best service in this industry within MA. The staff are friendly and take good care of you, and the food quality is always awesome. I wouldn't doubt they maintain the same standard through the night.
Awesome experience and appreciate the employees. Amazing food, service, and atmosphere the customers here are fantastic with each other.

You'd think it's just a typical wendys, but no, artifical intelligence called Fresh AI takes your order at the drive through. It asked me if I wanted a medium or large but not my partners consecutive order, so humans are still better. I was relieved to see a human at the pick up window who confirmed i had napkins, sauce and straw in the bag. Didn't go inside so can't speak to the interior.
Service was great but the food tasted less than.
If you been to 1 wendys , you been to All.. This particular location, I encountered very polite staff at the drive thru. No real complaints. But if I had to say 1, I would say the staff should be aware if the location is hiring or not. And what age they start taking applications. But others then that, I'll give them a thumbs up for their swift approach to my order and having me in and out the line in no time..Thank you!!. One last thing, we the People love the New drive thru intercoms.. way to go Wendys!!.. its only a matter of time before ALL drive thru follow your lead
The food was good but the place was dirty. We are at around 2 and it was fairly busy but the drink machine was out, the drive through wasn't working and when we went inside, the place was dirty. The inside line moved pretty slow but the staff tried to be helpful. This is an easy to access location right on a main road. Our food was excellent.
Gave me my take out order but missing the bottom bun for my burger and didn’t let me know? Not life ending, and such a slight inconvenience, but huh??????
The AI ordering experience at the drive thru was surprisingly good. Unfortunately the kitchen messed up my order so I had to go inside anyway. They remade my sandwich but forgot the mods, including the bacon that I paid $1.70 for. Another customer had the same issue. They don’t give receipts or put tags on the bags so it’s obvious why they’re getting orders mixed up.
Absolutely worst service and attention to take orders correctly Just left there 5 mins ago they got the entire order wrong and its ran by AI now Just absolutely ridiculous, wont answer their phones, now i got to waste more gas to turn around and probably still wont get anything resolved to be continued Absolutely infuriating
The service at this Wendy’s drive-through is consistently horrible. Every time I go through, I feel like I’m bothering the staff just by placing an order. The lady who appears to be the GM always sounds miserable and annoyed when speaking to customers. On top of that, the food is often cold—even during the lunch rush around 12–1 PM. How is it possible to get cold food at the busiest time of the day? Definitely disappointing and not the level of service you’d expect.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service at the Auburn Wendy’s. My coworker was picking up multiple mobile orders for us, healthcare workers on shift, and was met with extreme aggression and rudeness at the drive through by an employee wearing a manager shirt, which is worse. There were no cars in line, yet she was told it would be a 25 minute wait, even though the final order was placed over 10 minutes earlier and the location is only 12 minutes from my hospital. That is more than enough time. There is no logical difference between fulfilling five mobile orders versus serving five cars in the drive through or five customers walking into the store at the same time, especially when the line is empty. Instead of being professional, the employee who handed her the food told us to never place group orders again, which was completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, half of the order was wrong or missing items. This happened today around 1 pm. The way this situation was handled was rude, dismissive, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone and will not be giving them any money or business.
Absolute AWFUL service… the manager was extremely rude. Went and picked up a few mobile orders for my healthcare coworkers and I. Gave them 15 minutes before even going through the drive through to pick it up. Once I told them I was here, the manager told me I needed to go park and give them TWENTY FIVE MINUTES to bring out the food. Once the food was brought to me, they told me to “not do that again” in the rudest tone???? No worries. I will NEVER be going to this Wendy’s again. And neither will my 5 nurses I work with. Worst service ever. AND THE FOOD SUCKED
This wendys switched to an AI auto order in the drive thru and its awful. The human service was great when we got to the window, but our order was incorrect and had extra items added. Going to find one that hasn't put this ordering system in and avoid this place at all costs.
Worst customer service!! Mangers are rude not only to customers, but also the staff and they wonder why no one last long as an employee. Food is never made correctly and getting it to be made how you ordered it is not even worth it.
They'll have you pull ahead out of the drive thru to bump manipulate their wait times but they'll have you sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes waiting for your "fast" food.
Where to start. This Wendy's is pretty lousy. Im hoping someone sees this review and does something about their staff. Lets start by saying there is nothing open at 1130 in this area so wendys is the spot for a quick bite. But when the fries are as cold as your drink it makes you wonder why anyone ordering fries doesnt deserve fresh and hot ones. The chicken nuggets must have sat a little closer to the heat lamp, and its a good thing the burger had a custom element or else it prolly would have been pre-made. Or and lets not forget the no sauces for the nugs. Im wondering how many other customers get screwed at this place while the workers Dont seem to care.
My partner went here on a lunch break during a busy shift at work, and after getting frustrated with the automated drive thru, the manager came over the intercom and called her trashy and disgusting, and told her to leave. I've personally never had good service here, but after hearing about this today, I'm not coming back here again.
The night staff here was extremely unprofessional. I never review places but after our experience there the evening of July 4, 2025 I am 100% not returning. I know you see July 4th and think it must have been busy however, we were the only car in the drive through and they now have an AI answering service. The AI service was taking our order and one of the members using a drive through headset cut us off and told us we were done even after we said we had a few more things. Full picture: two people spoke at once and the AI picked up both at one time so a few people in the car laughed and that’s what set this person off, although again we weren’t even being taken care of by a person so it was very confusing when they got on and told us we were done. I’ve never experienced the level of rudeness this person displayed before and I have worked at several fast food restaurants in the past. All this to say I understand fast food is a stressful job but to be so rude to people who you weren’t even helping when you’re very clearly not busy is insane and I personally will never come back.
Girl up front, I said hello, nothing. No smile, miserable. Rang up wrong item, had to get lady in back to correct. She was just as rude, grim look, no smile. I swiped my card and the girl had left. Might want to have a meeting on attitude, and how to greet customers. Why would anyone come into a place where the staff is miserable. Luckily other places exist that value us as customers.
The disappointment in getting the nastiest junior bacon cheese burger imaginable. I realize stuff happens run it back in and they make it the same way from a burger that was in the heater or what ever they use for an astronomical amount of time. (2) burgers the same way, how do you mess up a burger that is from a chain so bad. They have so many processes in place to try and prevent that expect a bad employee.
Me and my brother stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Dave’s double meal and a 6 piece regular nugget. They forgot to give me the nuggets and my food was waiting on the counter and the lady told me it was ready, I said no it’s not I’m waiting on the nuggets. So she went over and grabbed me a 4 piece and I said “oh I asked for 6” but she rang up only 4… I sit down with my brother and he got a baked potato that wasn’t good, and he had ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain and she rang up a big bacon cheddar cheeseburger… he didn’t order that because he won’t eat onions and it comes with onions. I tried it, it was awful. Dry as hell and the fried onions were soggy. I ate my nuggets last only to find out she gave me spicy nuggets. Wtf… also we didn’t get receipts as she walked away the second we finished ordering. She was nice but I felt like everything that went wrong could have.
