Had the best BJ Experience in a long time. The food was absolutely perfect that day. Ribs very juice, fries crisp and the Monkey bread Pizookie the best I ever had. Don't get me wrong, the food is always good, but this time it was better then ever.

We came here for a friend’s birthday, as one of the only places in the area showing the Spurs game on Prime. Food was delicious and service was amazing by Mat. Conveniently located off of Mopac and next to many shops and the Domain.

This is a wonderful location and much better than I was expecting. This is a bit of a pricier sit-down restaurant compared to an Applebee’s or a Chili’s, but the atmosphere and overall laid-back, classier vibe makes it well worth it. Our server, Victor, was very attentive and on top of our every need.

Derwin was a great server who knows the menu well. The food was amazing and fast. They have great options for kids. The deep dish pizzas are great!!! We will be making this place a regular destination so we can try all the great looking dishes as the menu is extensive. The drink options are endless with a full bar and many different brews and ciders.

We love coming to BJs and sitting at the bar for some drinks and dinner. They always have a great beer selection and solid food options. TVs are always on the relevant sports events at the time and service is always on par. Would recommend for a laid back date night or just an after work hang out with coworkers.

BJ’s is one of my fave restaurants! I love that they have so many different types of food in the menu. Their avocado egg rolls and mozzarella sticks are always cooked to perfection and their ribeye is always so tender and juicy! And if you’re wanting dessert the Poozokies are so good!!! Just had dinner at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse (Arbor Walk) and it was fantastic — their Bone-In Wings tossed in the Tatonka® Stout Buffalo sauce were crispy and packed with flavor, and the Fryckle Fries with sriracha aioli were a fun and addictive side. I also loved the Garlic Shrimp with Parmesan Toast, perfect for sharing as a starter. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the casual yet lively atmosphere made it a great spot to hang out. Bonus: their craft beer selection and deep-dish pizza offerings give plenty of reason to return for round two.

Makayla was the sweetest! She made my first visit to BJ’s such a great one — super friendly, checked in often, and just had great energy overall. The food was amazing, and if everyone here is as awesome as Makayla, I’ll be a regular for sure.

We had BJ's cater an event that we put on. Tiffany and Dante graciously met with us beforehand to pick out the food that we would serve and all the options were amazing. The day of the event, they were right on time with the food and set it all up quickly and efficiently. Everyone that attended raved about how great everything tasted. Tiffany and Dante were so amazing and professional, I can't thank them enough. If you need catering, please consider them.

A great place for casual lunch, dinner or simply for "happy hour". I got that "this is just another sports bar" feeling as soon as I walked-in, so I was genuinely surprised by how many house brewed beers they have and how extensive their menu is. Their staff is very friendly, but also the restaurant wasn't busy at all when I went so I couldn't say if their service is good when it's busy. The food very is good. I would go back.

This is my fiancés and I favorite go to dinner date. The food is always 10/10, service with a smile and seasonal beer “Grand Cru” is unmatched. Our server/ bartender Mat tonight knew the assignment! Also who is in charge of the music? This place is ALWAYS the vibe.

I come here every bi weekly for a networking group. Tasha, always takes care of us and she is wonderful. I love their chicken dumplings with the chilli sauce. Their lunch meals are great with the strawberry fields salad or their burgers or wings or mediterranean bowl.

Great lunch with a friend at BJ’s in the Arbor Walk. Food and atmosphere were awesome and our server, Makayla (sp?) was outstanding! My first time there but not my last.

Had a delicious dinner with friends. For an appetizer we had the chicken nachos. I had the bacon jalapeño guacamole burger. Friends had brisket burger and mandarin calamari. For dessert, we had the three mini pizookie set. The server DeMonte was good and brought back drinks in a timely fashion.

Try the $10 weekday lunch specials if you have a chance!! We were in Austin for a trade show and we met my sister-in-law at BJ's for a long dinner and conversation. We had a great server. The beer and Margaritas were really good! I watched the last Cowboy game on one of the many screens. My wife and I had the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken and the Sante Fe Salad (see attached photos). We could have easily split the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken. It was that big! After a few more drinks we decided to split a dessert between the 3 of us. We decided on the Salted Caramel Pizookie. First time eating here and it was a surprise!! Food was pretty darn tootin good. One of the best BJ’s I’ve ever experienced. I took my friend here for his mom and dad’s anniversary! Emilee was our waitress and was amazing! Thank you again for a nice evening out with great food ❤️

We are at the Domain weekly. First time stopping in here. The food was good. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and personalable... the best! Also, John is an awesome leader here! Our experience was delightful because of the extra care he provided within every detail of our experience. More restaurants should be managed by gentlemen with his professionalism and sincere hospitality.

The part that made this experience great was the follow up from the GM. He called me the following day about my concern and like 2 grown men the issue was resolved without any lingering frustrations. He listened and showed empathy and corrected the issue. With leadership like that this place will definitely be a hot spot in Arbor Walk once again.

Zeb at the bar is always the best. I frequent here once a week, he knowse by name and knows my drink of choice. Always great to stop in because I know he makes sure my experience is top notch. Thanks always Zeb, see ya next week!

I’ve been to BJ’s plenty of times. My kids love it waaay more than I do. I feel like I’m a food snob so BJ’s isn’t ever my first choice. I do have to admit though - the last couple of times (including today) have been spectacular. I got the skinny margarita today - really good and balanced. My wings were fried to perfection and the dry rub and sauce were really good. The best part of the meal is always the pizookie - it’s a warm cookie in a tin pan with a huge glob of ice cream. These things never disappoint! My hubby got BJ’s Brewhouse Bowl looked healthy & really good. It was loaded! My kids always order their usual Kraft Mac and cheese. It’s your typical kids-meal meal but it makes them so happy and satisfied. Can’t wait to come back! Our server was Latasha- she was working 5 tables and didn’t skip a beat! Really great service.

(Flatbread) Expensive but so is everything else. Should had 1 topping instead of 3. They charge alot for black olives, pineapple, & pepperoni. 12.99 turned into 19.96. But if you want a big variety of dishes, bj's is great!

Trust me ,you will not be disappointed visiting this beautiful restaurant. I had a dinner night with my family on Xmas eve which is tonight and it was the best food we had . The place is nice, we had a big corner booth since we are a family of 6 . The staff is very welcoming and nice. We end up ordering lot of food which we cannot finish, so they provided us with some containers to take home. Don't forget to order COUSCOUS MAC/CHEESE BALLS & SHRIMP GARLIC PARMESAN appetizers, and their CHOWDER LOAF + avocado egg rolls .

Incredible meal tonight at the BJ's. Great ambience as soon as we walked in and a very friendly staff. The $13 Pizookie Meal Deal was an unbeatable deal - a cesar salad, deep dish veggie pizza and personal pizookie, all for $13. And the food was excellent. My bestie had the pomegranate margarita - she said it was the best in the city - and the chicken parm. Divine! Our server, Mat, treated us to a pumpkin spice milkshake - and some silly one liners. Will certainly be back here for my next special occasion. Would recommend to anyone visiting looking for Austin's finest cuisine, or any local looking for a new favorite spot.

BJ’s is a classic American restaurant with their own brewed beer, and Craft sodas as well, there are a lot of options here. The menu is not as big as a cheesecake factory, but it’s getting there. My favorite thing here is actually the cherry soda, but the food items are good and the happy hour they have is excellent if you’re just looking for a small snack like potstickers or sliders. Plus, it is open late until midnight so it is a good place to grab something if there is not a whole lot of options. They have several TVs, all of them are tuned into various sports so it’s a nice place to watch a game, but they don’t have the sound on the TV is on.

Ms. Sage was super attentive and really made my husbands birthday special. She checked in on us often and made sure that we werte satisfied, and she even gave us a small candle for our little dessert. Stopped in with a group of people today. We had a brief wait to be seated as we had a party of twelve... Otherwise, the service was very prompt, attentive, and brought everything in a timely and correct fashion! Even an avalanche of individual checks! These folks offer a very wide choice of beers, including some of their own, as well as cocktails and a large menu. You can select from being seated at the bar or at a table, and the ambiance is casual with several TV'S for sports fans. I enjoyed their wedge and tips salad, ( a steak salad,) and other folks at my table had tacos, wontons, and a thin crust flatbread pizza. All were hot, fresh and tasty. Our soft drinks were topped off in a timely manner, as well. Friends at other tables enjoyed some wine and mixed drinks... Overall I would recommend this place for a casual dining experience with a wide variety and reasonable prices.

Really good food and the service has gotten so much better since last time we came. I’ve never had such a delicious and crispy Caesar salad. The place is clean and welcoming with good music, bar area and TVs. Also a nice view of Mopac.

Experience was ok this time around.. truly a hit or miss these days.. Dirty Martinis ordered weren't dirty, but still were good.. ahi poke was not good at all.. it's not traditionally made.. the pizookie saved the night.. our waitress/bartender was kind enough to make it to our liking.. we really appreciated that!

The gluten-free pizza we chose had a nicely baked crust, fresh vegetables, a tasty sausage. Not a slice remained. The mini deep-dish extreme pepperoni pizza was off the charts with pepperoni spiciness.  Typical round slices, small chunks, and "strings"  cover this tiny pizza. The mozzarella sticks arrive in plenty,  but did not have a good flavor to us. The crunch was not there and there was something off about the taste. Our server was very pleasant, did not hover, and engaged us in great conversation.

The food was delicious and had large servings with great deals. We got the unlimited soup/salad and the deep dish pizza with the pizookies, everything was excellent. Drinks were a tad expensive but quite strong. The service was great and the host was very nice and on top of things. Will be going back!

Service was great, place is comfortable and well-designed. Food was decent. The smash burger didn't have much flavor or any crust. Salads were OK. Fries were good. Dessert cookie with ice cream was good but a sugar bomb so take it easy.

We went to BJ’s to celebrate my niece’s graduation. The vibe was nice, the service from our waiter was good, and the food tasted great. However, the wait time for the food was way too long. We were a large group, so we stayed patient, but it definitely took much longer than expected. Because of that, I’m giving it four stars. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I wouldn’t say I loved it either.

We had a great dining experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse at Arbor Walk. The Hickory Brisket with Bacon was flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the Classic Burger with Onion Rings hit the spot—juicy, well-seasoned, and paired with crispy, delicious onion rings. The only minor hiccup was with our salad appetizer, which arrived much later than expected—just two minutes before our main dishes—so we had to cancel it. However, the service overall was excellent, and Jason was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had a great time. Would definitely come back for the food and service!

I went to BJ's to celebrate my friend's birthday, and it was my first time visiting BJ's Brewhouse. It was a rough start: service was slow; the prices are $2-$3 higher than some of the places I go to; and someone lost a credit card. But our server, Marlee, made a good impression. She brought us fresh, hot, delicious food, and gave us terrific customer service! And someone turned in the lost credit card; great job Marlee!

Honestly, this a place that implies a much greater potential than it's current state. You walk in at 10pm on a Saturday and it's almost empty. The brewed in-house beers are quite good, although there is a bit of a homogenization across the spectrum of styles which implies a lack of diverse pallats being applied to tasting the final brew. The primary area of concern is the menu, be careful what you order here, classic pub fare, wings/burgers, are quite adequate. Anything considered to be a "speciality entree" or "chef's special" should not be trusted. Finally, the wait staff was extraordinarily cheerful and attentive. I will continue to return because of the quality brews and the wait staff, but coming here for dinner, I do not recommend.

While the food was good and restaurant was clean the server clearly did Not want to be there. Ella was very dismissive and hardly attended to us. We asked for a condiment and she slammed it down and walked away. After that we didn’t bother asking for anything else.

Our food was just okay this time. The poke lacked flavor and the Cod was a little over cooked. But still love the atmosphere and I will be back. It wasn’t that busy for a early Saturday dinner but our waiter did not check in to see if our food was satisfactory.

Nice place, very chill. Food was absolutely disappointing. I couldn’t even swallow my food and I was starving! Took 3 bites waiting for the food to get better but it just didn’t. I was so shocked on how the food tasted I actually felt horrible about taking it back, but I took it back anyways well because I was hungry. Ordered another plate “to go” just because I felt bad. Huge mistake. I should’ve just left! But cool place to hang out!

Came in tonight for dinner. The Strawberry Fields Salad left a lot to be desired. There wasn't enough bleu cheese crumbles and the chicken was dry and lacked seasoning. It tasted more boiled than roasted. Dubai Chocolate Espresso Martini was absolutely delectable. Although the top was separating by the time it reached my table the flavor was well balanced. Usual decor and cleanliness as in any other BJs. Plenty of seating throughout the restaurant, with seating at the full bar, table tops and sizable booths. Service was super friendly and attentive, checking in on us throughout our meal appropriately. Plenty of parking and dedicated to-go spots. I'd give it another chance, if only for another martini and dessert.

The food was okay...but when my father ordered the pizookie, he asked for the strawberry shortcake and chocolate chunk with vanilla ice cream for take out. When we came back home to eat it, they only gave us whipped cream and strawberries. I had high expectations, and overall it was okay.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was slow, the food arrived cold, and the whole place felt disorganized. What bothered me most was the lack of basic hygiene. My server kept rubbing his beard and touching his hands before handling food, which was completely unacceptable. It made me question the cleanliness of the entire kitchen. Nothing about this visit was worth the time or money. I would strongly suggest choosing a different restaurant.

Didn’t hate the food, just the service. 2 servers were singing at the top of their lungs for 3-5 minutes straight while “checking on” tables. Wildly unprofessional. People are spending money on food and service, not to hear 2 tone deaf dudes fail at Mariah Carey. If you want BJ’s, drive to the round rock location because this one ain’t it.

The waitress was a nice lady, BUT we got seated right away and didn’t have anyone come to our table for 25-30 minutes and finally got our orders. After getting only the salad and one entree we found mold on the top of the bread bowl. We were offered another dish but no one acknowledged the fact there was mold on the bread. We didn’t get any silverware until much later and no refills on any drinks including water. We saw the waitress a total of 4 times with 30 minute intervals between each. There was nobody else even in the area of the restaurant that we were in and when we looked around there was not a single server out in the restaurant at all and the one at the front podium was on her phone the whole time. The waitress was bringing our check but then left saying she had to fix something on the bill to compensate us for the moldy bread (25% off and our pozuki’s were free- for mold on our food) and disappeared for another 20 minutes. We went to ask the lady at the podium for the check and she had to go looking for our waitress for 5 minutes before she came out and handed the check to us. Not a single other waitress or employee in the entire restaurant serving anybody. The food tasted great but considering that was even moldy the whole experience was high key just terrible.

Not sure we're to start. my prime rib was so tough that the knife had trouble, lots of fat and was barely even warm. The garlic vegetables, were dry and no garlic. The Duck bowl, showed three alcohols and not one was tasted. I honestly believe he forgot or he thought it was to be no alcohol. I noticed he had to look at the how to mix a drink for all his orders, outside of a beer. I left half on the table. Lastly, the military discount should just be zero, because on an $87 bill, it was reduced by approx $2.50. We both are military. I always pay my discounts forward, to the table attendant, but she was just mediocre. Not rude, just did not appear as though she really wanted to be there today. She ask how was the food and drinks, and I said not very good, and she just walked away. Not paying attention to what I said. No team members were smiling. By the way, I ask for medium rare. I won't return.

The spooky pizookie was amazing! So yummy! The pasta was so awful though. First, it was barely warm. second, tasted like milk and noodles. Third, it needed salt it was flavourless At least The California chicken club was decent and enjoyable

After being sat quickly by host I was greeted a lil late by our server who gave us a little tone. I understand long days get us all but it wasn’t truly late for restaurant hours and maybe 10 tables were sat out of the whole restaurant. Our server gave us the time to order but did not truly connect with us on ordering while I was waiting for the food. I had to wait a good minute again I understand restaurants, but shouldn’t a guest be checked on from time to time? After getting our food my beverage was not refilled for about 10 mins. while our server was occupied with another table and didn't turned his head to look at us then when our food was done that is when I had gotten my refill but it was not needed because I was drinking the melted ice water in my cup after we had placed in dessert our server was no where to be found it was like he was avoiding or didn’t like our “aura” but since being sat me and my S/O both showed respect while we were given scripted responses and low tone energy back overall not the worse experience it’s just something noted hopefully our server (don’t know his name) is well I would love to give BJs another chance but with a different display of service.

Ordered 2 pizookies via a delivery service. They were absolutely awful. They were both so burned that the entire room smelled like burned food when we opened them. Totally inedible. Ordered for my daughter as a treat while she was in the hospital and it was a huge disappointment. There’s no way whoever bagged them up didn’t notice that they were burnt to a crisp. Do better. It’s just not that difficult to get the basics right.

Today I visited that restaurant, and in my opinion, the waiter's service was very disappointing. He was rude, and when he brought the food to our table, he seemed to be throwing the plates down. Furthermore, when the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasteless. At first, I was very angry about the service, and then the food wasn't good either. They took forever to bring my food, and the restaurant was empty (now I understand why). I swear I will never go back to this place. I paid almost 200, but it wasn't worth it! They need to improve.

Update: management comped the 2 bad meals. So it looks like they do take customer complaints seriously. I’ll preface with this review is only for the Mopac location. I’ve been to other locations that were very good. We walked in - it was pretty cold and asked the hostess if she could seat us somewhere not directly under a fan. She said she didn’t know where the AC vents were. Proceeded to seat us at a booth with food and sticky stuff on the seat. When I told her the seat was sticky she brought me a wet rag. Not a great start. Then they were out of some menu items, still we ordered 3 meals. One meal arrived with old hard cold fries. I asked the server to bring some fresh fries and he brought back old hard but warmer fries. Not edible. The steakhouse salad was also served with cold over-cooked steak (we’d ordered rare). And there was something hard black and very crunchy in it. That’s when I asked for the bill. Which arrived in a beat up food-crumb wallet. The whole experience was just icky, 7 pm on a Monday night. The silverware was clean.. kudos to the dishwasher.

I tried to come tonight at 7:00(literally dinner hour and it was not packed). My cousin and I were at the host stand for 10 minutes,got passed by 3 servers not acknowledging us nor going to get the host. We left and when driving by we saw the other 2 people that went in on our way out were still waiting by the host stand and there was still no one to seat them either.Just ridiculous

Tell me how I order a 4 topping pizza and it’s $42 and a BJs special pizza that’s 7 toppings and the price is only $33. I’m a long time customer but this has to stop. There should be a cap or some sort or something. Manager did not do a thing. Corporate BS. All it is is money.

The food tasted reheated. The service was lacking. I asked for a new glass because it was dirty. They brought me one that was worse. The lights over the tables were flickering and so was the tv. The place has gone way down hill.

the service was honestly the best part of the experience. our server was super nice, the host was friendly, and everyone we interacted with seemed great. unfortunately, the food really missed the mark. my pizza had an obvious piece of green pepper on it, wasn’t even cut, and i had to struggle just to eat it. the fries were stale and tasted like freezer food which i probably should’ve expected, but still disappointing. the root beer and mojito were good, but it’s kind of hard to mess those up. overall, the staff was great, but the food itself was not. as a chain restaurant, it just doesn’t compare to the local spots we have in austin. i even threw up the next morning, which makes me really question the quality. i don’t think i’ll be back.🥲😭

My friend and I came in earlier today and our waitress was rude. Couldn’t even catch her name because she wanted nothing to do with us. Asked her for a different drink because ours tasted expired and in the middle of it she’s walking away. How are you walking away before I could even tell you what we wanted instead. Watched her give other tables great service but to us we couldn’t even get a smile. I’m not sure if it’s because we’re young and expected to not tip, now you’re not getting tipped at all.

Yesterday 07/20/25 my husband, sister, niece, brother in law and I went to this location for the first time. I had high expectations and the food mostly met them. My biggest issue was the server who was supposed to “take care” of us.He was very rude, rushing us to order quickly (even though they had like 5 servers and more than half the restaurant was empty) he didn’t even pay attention to us most of the time, he brought boxes to take our leftovers before asking if we wanted dessert even though BJS is famous for their Pizzookies. My husband thought maybe he had a bad day but he was nice and patient to other customers nearby… I don’t want to use strong words but why were we treated differently?
