Opiniones de Hungry Yeti Scratch Kitchen Austin
The store is organized, spaced out and just a great vibe to it. The staff is very friendly and professional. It can be a little pricey depending on what you buy, but the quality is worth it. I'll definitely be back for future purchases.
Visited the shop last night and didn’t find what we were looking for as it was an online-only drop, but huge shout out to 🫶🏽MELVIN🫶🏽 who was so very hospitable and helpful that it made the entire trip worth its. Protect Melvin at all costs!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Yeti! My 7-year-old Yeti camp chair had a screw and foot piece fail, and I thought I’d have to replace it since it was well past warranty. To my amazement, Yeti promptly sent a free replacement part along with clear, easy-to-follow installation instructions—no charge, no hassle. The chair itself is fantastic, incredibly durable, and comfortable, and this outstanding customer service just proves why Yeti is top-notch. They truly stand behind their products, and I’m beyond impressed. Highly recommend this chair and Yeti’s unbelievable support!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at the YETI flagship store in Austin. The staff are super friendly and always ready to give helpful advice. Two things really stood out: 1. Free parking for one hour right next door — very convenient. 2. Customization available on some items with engraving machines — such a cool feature! Overall, a fantastic place to shop and enjoy the YETI experience.
Love this store. So many options and they always have the brand new colors available compared to the Domain location that sells out pretty quickly. Check out their social pages for upcoming events as they’re always collabing with other brands. The photos are from a Mush x Yeti event we went to with free drinks, ice plunges, photo ops, and a limited color.
Amazing flagship store with nearly every item of inventory avalible. Custom Engravings are avalible almost all drink wear and large amounts of accessories for the coolers. Shirt sizes up to 3XL have been seen so keep a key eye out! The outdoor bar has a great view looking out to South Congress and a 5 minute walk to the Bat Viewing Point.
The Yeti Austin store is a must-visit! This place isn't just a store; it's an experience. The merchandise selection is incredible – they have every Yeti product you could possibly want, from the iconic coolers 🧊 and drinkware 🥤 to their awesome bags 🎒 and even dog bowls 🐾! Plus, they offer cool perks like customization to make your Yeti gear truly your own. What really sets this location apart is the full bar inside! 🍻 Imagine browsing for your next adventure companion and then grabbing a local brew or a tasty cocktail. 🍹 Outside, they've even got cooler-turned-furniture! How cool (again, pun intended 😉) is that? It's the perfect spot to chill and soak up the Austin atmosphere. 😎 Beyond the awesome products and the unique bar setup, I was also impressed with the ♿ accessibility of the store. 👍 Ramps and wide aisles made navigating with a mobility device easy, and the staff were super helpful and accommodating to everyone. 😊 It's great to see a place that prioritizes making their space welcoming and accessible to all. Whether you're a die-hard Yeti fan or just looking for a unique Austin spot to grab a drink, this flagship store is definitely worth checking out! Highly recommend! ✨

Overall, the flagship Yeti store in Austin delivers on every front, making it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking adventure gear with a personalized touch.
Well stocked camping, traveling supplies store. Barr on patio has soft drinks, snacks, and interesting selection of liquor and cocktails with seating in sun or shade; water dish for pets & jar of free dog bone snacks by cashier. Free water cooler for 2 legged upright critters. Public restrooms in rear of sales room
I’ve been a big fan of Yeti coolers for years. Getting to see their flagship store was a great short stop during my time in Austin. The Gear Garage was an interesting and unique customization center inside the store. The store was clean and well maintained. All the cups and coolers were neatly stacked and organized by color and size. New color options were presented at the front. The Yeti staff were all very nice and helpful. Highly recommend stopping in to grab some cool gear or to just see the store.
I got to go to the flagship yeti store today. Definitely a cool spot. If you’re looking to pick up some yeti gear it’s also fun to be able to see all of their stuff in person not just online it gives you a really good feel for what you would like to purchase or what you’re really looking for. They also do customize stuff there. You can also stop by and have a drink or two from their bar which is super cool. Definitely recommend this place.
The location of the Austin YETI store was great — easy to access and I was able to find parking on a nearby street. The store itself was well-organized and fun to browse. However, many of the items I was hoping to buy were out of stock, which was disappointing. It’s a cool place to visit, but don’t expect to find everything in stock.
A good selection of items for sale but I was hoping for a few special edition items that you could only get here. The service was great and I bought a few items but my favourite thing to do was sit and have a beer out front, watching the world go by and seeing everyone bring in their dogs. Such a cool spot to hang out.
If you are looking for YETI products then yes obviously this is the place to go. Staff was of course knowledgeable and very helpful. And the store seemingly stock every item they sell (and bonus points for having the ice packs pre-chilled if you are in need of such). It But, surprisingly, if you are looking for a chill place to sit at a bar, sip some drinks, and enjoy the weather this is also a good place to go. They even had a TV to watch the games. Convenient spot for a meet up on the way to other destinations.
Need a cooler? Need a sophisticated drink cup? Need a t-shirt? Need a cold storage back? Go here. Overrated bar. ...Good idea to customize that thermos cup you buy since it was an expensive purchase. For example, its $25.00 for a Yeti tumbler insulated cup marketed as a "wine tumbler", but you can put any liquid, ice cream, or cupcake in it. Great taxidermy on the bear. Do not get up on the mini-stage....for a close up of the nice neon art. Fad or sound investment?.
Terrible customer service considering how expensive the products are. Ordered a 130$ gallon jug, filled it and it is leaking. It has a spot on the side that shows it was probably dropped and bent so it’s not sealing to the lid . The loop holes they have put me through to get a replacement are ridiculous. I have emailed, called several times and was told I have to put in a warranty claim and hope they give me my money back. The product is BRAND NEW! They should have just sent me a replacement and had me send the defective one back like every other company that ships products.
Great products, disappointed in recall handling. I had a hopper m30 that I was happy with, once I heard of the recall I sent back my old cooler and selected replacement product in lieu of a gift card since I just wanted my same version I was happy with. Unfortunately I received a flip top 18 and a gift card. I reached out to customer support only to be told that once selected there’s nothing that can be done to remedy the situation. I offered to return all that I was shipped just to get the same cooler that I sent back, it was denied. I understand that when the recall first happened, this would be an acceptable option, but since there is a new hopper m30 I expected a direct replacement. I’m disappointed in the way this interaction was handled, hopefully mine is an isolated incident.
I recently purchased a used 2021 Land Cruiser so I thought it would be fitting to purchase two Yeti Rambler Travel Mugs (black and pinkish) for him and her. The idea of buying American made, in Texas, nonetheless, appealed to me enough to spend $80 for two coffee mugs. Isn’t that ridiculous, $80! I recall seeing Old Glory next to the product and thought, why not, it stays in America. I just received the two mugs and as I was removing the stickers affixed on the bottom I read Designed in America, manufactured in China. So now I purchased from Yeti China, not America! Isn’t it a shame, the wealth redistribution that goes on here. It’s about hollowing out America to line the pockets of the world’s biggest adversary. Why not American manufacturing? Too costly, right? What percentage of spend does Yeti contribute to American jobs (design of very unsophisticated products) vs. Chinese manufacturing? What percentage of Yeti sales occur in China vs. the US, 0.5%, maybe? Needless to say, I will never purchase another Yeti product again. The last thing I want to do is subsidize the Chinese. Good thing Elon doesn't sell out America!
Loyal Yeti Customer... Past tense... Defective Hopper Cooler. Soo many choices of colors when I'm forking over my hundreds of dollars to purchase their coolers. Yet when they offer a replacement for their cooler that failed while I needed it on an excursion. They limit the replacement to their color choice. I certainly expect more from my $250 soft cooler that was used less than a handful of times and much more from customer service when their product fails. Yeti you need to do better. Buy the knock off brands. At least you won't be disappointed with their un prestigious service if there is an issue. Proof that I was a loyal customer.. see photos below
