It's takes so long to get food this place is disgusting and while I was there they only work on the take out this is just pure shit just been waiting for food for over 45 minutes they had enough time to cook at least four things of chicken in that amount of time

Terrible service. When I initially arrived I was the only order. It was a mobile order, the employee said "we're just began making it" to that effect. Three people came in AFTER ME, they received theirs before mine! After receiving my order, the female employee didn't say "thank you" or etc. The employees seems to have been talking, more than caring about the customers.

Ordered a pickup and it was fast but everything was wrong with my order none of the wings were right flavors and then instead of wings they gave me some chicken nuggets I didn't even order that and the receipt was right the order was wrong won't go back again

Every time I tried to call in my order they will pick up and put me on hold and never answered my call. Then I went into the store and I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before they came and took my order and then I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order and while I was there they started answering the phone but couldn't take my order very poor customer service

Honest question, did Wingstop discontinue their fry seasoning? The fries NEVER have seasoning on them. They are always plain, undercooked and full of grease. I remember coming to this location often just a few years ago; the fries always set this place apart from others. Every now and again we decide to try it out, and it always disappoints.

The Corsicana location is the worst. The cleanliness of the restaurant has been sub par & they rarely get my order right. Recently, I ordered a combo (online) which ended up having a FRIED BUG in the fries. When I brought the order back, one of the cashiers sneered in disgust as she shook the fries around to get a better look. I requested a refund & they informed me that it would take 3 days to credit my card. I haven't received the credit yet. Needless to say, that fried bug was the absolute last straw. I won't be going back.

I order these mango habanero and as you guys can see they are so dry, I don’t see any mango habanero on them and manager was so rude and did not care at all when I called to let them know,I will never go back, terrible customer service and horrible experience . Owner of Wingstop should better train his employees and especially manager she doesn’t know how to treat customers she just hangs up on them
