The worker tonight was SICKKKK. He deserves a raise. He cares so deeply for his customers and would do anything to see a smile!

I was a little hesitant to come yesterday because of the reviews but everything was great! Food was delicious and fresh and staff was so helpful and courteous.

Be outside of the restaurant was very clean. The staff must have been changing shifts when we pulled in. Both shifts run the east side of the parking lot chatting for almost 15 minutes while we were waiting our food. Our server was the young gentleman very polite and courteous our food came out hot and on time. They just didn't have sweet tea prepared so we had to wait for the sweet tea. The garbage cans were empty of garbage bags. The outside of the facility was clean. I hope you enjoyed this post.

The only complaint I would have is not with this location but Sonic in general -- the drinks are sooo much better than the food. The burgers are good but I'm not sure what it is, they're just a little odd or something. Sonic is one of the places to go for a good hot dog though.

1st time to a Sonic. Burger, Shake, Fries paid $16 , seems high for "fast food" but at least they were delicious, not my favorite fries. Long wait but at least the worker came out to the drive thru to move a couple of us along faster .

Service was pretty quick and they got my order right. I like their pretzels. I had a chili dog last visit and they were generous with the chili. I do not like the flavor or texture of the shake I had. I like it enough to stop there every time I pass by.

We had Sonic for the first time after knowing about it for several years, I was happily surprised by their food. We got checking tenders, chili dog and a Philly cheesesteak, and a shake. Everything was really good. I liked the system of parking and ordering from a screen, not drive thru. The food was quickly handed after paying.

I stopped by for my lunch to pick up something to eat on the go and I came across sonic. I haven't been to a sonics in a long time, but man. Do they have the best drinks ever!!! I'm going to start coming here a little bit more often drink selections that they have, that burgers are pretty good.And right now , you can get a great lunch special. They have the best fries ever!!! Really wish they sold queso with it.

The screen said welcome with my name on it and told us our order was being made in the kitchen. After 15 minutes I received on the screen that an employees name was bringing our food out. After waiting another five minutes I press the red button to ask where my order was. The employee asked if I even checked in. I told them we did and it said someone was bringing our food. My name on the screen disappeared. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I went inside to see where our food was. After a couple minutes waiting inside the employee came out with my food. We waited over 30 minutes or longer for food. We just got done getting groceries and we just wanted to get home with our dinner. When we got home we found that our order was not made to our request. Our footling coney dogs have no onion on three of them. We ordered onions on all three and ordered mustard packets on the side. Never received either. Just not a pleasant experience when we ordered online. We thought that would be easier.

My first time here and whoever took my order was very inpatient. The food wasn't bad, much more on the menu to try. I liked their chili cheese fries and shake was real good.

Food was great and initially was quick to get to our table. The interior was dark as the lights were off and service diminished as we had to approach the counter a couple times before someone came from the back to assist in taking a dessert order, which took quite a while to make it to the table. That being said, we will visit again as Sonic offers unique options the family enjoys and prior visits have been more pleasant.

Thr place looks abandoned and the staff is hit or miss. Had some great people there and some others that would rather not be there. Make sure to check the Sonic blasts you order. Often they pour in the ice cream and put the toppings only on the top not even mixed.

I ordered from the App at the car, and that was easy, but the food never got to us as announced. We had to go inside the restaurant and tell them we were waiting outside for the food... Then we waited...However, the server was really nice and compensated us an extra milk shake for not making it in the first place. The food was OK and the shakes hardly tasted of Strawberry. Too bad. We were very excited to eat there. The staff was nice.

Fry grease is old tasting which flavors the feep fried foods and makes it taste yucky (sadly it's often yucky) the fry oil desperately needs to be changed (supposed to be changed often in restaurants). Slushies are often too sweet so ask for 1 pump for a small size slushie (they put 2 for a small, 1 full pump is just fine especially for kids or people who don't want sugar free but still watching sugar intake). Positive: burgers are decent fast food burgers, the older Latin woman who's there during lunch time is absolutely the most sweet and peppy woman (I think we go just to see her and get slushies lol).

this place has changed and not a good one. it was great when they first opened and it has been a very long time since I have been back there but the service was extremely bad the wait was ridiculous. 15 minutes in the drive through at the speaker just to order and then another 15 minutes waiting for my hotdog & grilled cheese! that's it, no side, no drink. the two things that we ordered were good which is why I gave them 2 stars but I probably won't be back.

I haven't eaten at this establishment in quite a while. So I was looking forward to stopping by since I was in the area. The best thing about this experience was the fast delivery of our food and the slushies. When the food arrived it was lukewarm and not cooked properly. I always order the toasted burger or the toasted chicken sandwich. Upon opening my toasted burger sandwich, the bread just appeared to be white bread that had butter soaked into it. When I called back in to advise that my sandwich was not cooked properly, the young man was very polite and advised it would be remade. We then received a call back from the manager asking what the issue was with the order. We explained the issue and was advised that the toaster was broken. Since he was having troubles hearing us we asked for him to come out to the car to speak with us. When he arrived to the car, he advised the toaster is broken and offered another sandwich. I asked why this information is not provided to the customer during the ordering process. I was advised "Everyone just eats the sandwich. You're the only one to complain." I proceeded to just request a refund. Customer service goes a long way. Understand that you customers are spending their money, and a simple sentence (Our toaster isn't working properly right now. Would you still like to order that?) can go a long way. We spent close to $30.00 on food that was mostly thrown away. #lostcustomer

Busy, but, nice people and cool menu choices. Last time I did a delivery from here, they told me I was supposed to pickup at door by drive thru window. Tried but was ignored, it was a double order which would have been much easier that way. They didn't have all the drinks and when they did get them, it was a big rush. And I have a small car. Lids weren't secure and almost ended up wearing one of the drinks. Work with your customers!

So food was great but I don’t know why Diana was so pissed and slow but she was rude and it took like over 10 minutes to get our order and it was only 3 cars total at 6pm , poor attitude, poor experience, food was great though.

I've never ordered from sonic before and I wanted to try. Food is good, slushe was good too. The woman who took my order was extremely rude, however. Apparently the way I ordered my food inconvenienced her (again, my first time - I have no idea what's included in a meal as I wanted a slushe and food upgrades/separate sizing is usually separate) and that prompted her to respond rudely, basically yelling at me telling me "how to order." I then told her it was my first time and she immediately flipped the switch and was nice to me. I won't take this experience and run with it, hopefully she was having a bad day as I do really like the food.

Cashier would talk to me and not look at me. So, when she spoke, I didn't know if she was even talking with me. The food was ok but very expensive.

I still really like Sonics but I will not be coming back to this location. For one the burgers don't taste the same at this location as every other location I've been to. Second, the employees here always manage to mess up part of our order. (i.e. getting root beer instead of diet Dr pepper, getting pickles on my burger despite requesting them without and giving us a chicken sandwich instead of a plain burger.) This is usually just annoying, as they'll fix it for you if you're eating onsite but it's not very feasible for to go orders.

The reason I rated this location this low was due to the lack of cleanliness that I witnessed as a customer in the drive-thru. There were two employees with dreadlocks without a hairnet to cover them. Further, one of the employees’ scratched his head and continued dealing with food and beverages … call me old-school but there are such thing as food regulations that are REQUIRED to prevent food contamination etc.

While the food was ok, the service was lacking. We ordered using the app. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive our food and once we did one order of fries was missing. We requested the fries and were told they would be right out. Another 20 minutes later, after checking in twice and after we had finished eating, we received our missing fries. Unfortunately we had already ordered and paid for our shakes and ice cream through the app. We really had gone for dessert. It took 45 minutes and 3 calls to receive our desserts. My husband was on his way inside to request a refund when it was finally brought out. The restaurant was not busy. There were just a handful of cars through the drive through and 1 other car parked while we were there. Thankfully we were watching a movie during dinner so the kids were fairly distracted. If you're looking for "fast" food, this is not the place to go.

Ok. The commercials are appealing. The nostalgia element is also attractive. But in reality it’s not worth the 40 mins I had to wait for a couple of burgers that you could get at ANY burger joint’s drive-through in under 5 minutes. They bring you the food in a regular paper bag, like a to go order, so it felt like any of the million times I’ve eaten at McDonalds in their parking lot after the drive-thru. After going through the experience once, I’m pretty sure I won’t be coming back, which explains why the drive-in spots were practically empty.

I love Sonic milkshakes and right now they are half price after 5pm. I placed my mobile order and checked into a spot. After a short time a person comes out and stops at my back driver side door and extends their arm so I can grab my shake. No greeting, no have a good night, do you need anything else, not a single word. I said thanks and they handed to me. Pitiful service.

We went there for the first time in awhile and we thought the place was closed. There were menu boards stacked up in one of the car hop stalls, and the only sign of life was an employee we saw through the window. Two burger combos with shakes (drive thru only, no car hop service) was $35, and they were just ok. I'm not sure what happened to the place but I probably won't be going back.

The fries were extremely oily. Tastes like after frying the fries they let it sit in the oil. The tenders were oily and tasted stale. Very disappointed. And the person taking my order was rude, I couldn’t hear him and I guess I was annoying him. But he needs better equipment.

Building is ugly, staff is passable at best - they didn't ask us about sauces for chicken fingers/popcorn chicken and were extremely slow. The girl who took the order kept running out the back door to I assume help other customers, because our food was taking so long for two combo meals. The people behind us got their food before we did, which is extremely bizarre The food quality is decent, but nothing special.

Almost like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. My wife got a chicken stinger and thought it was okay but not great. Service was sparse. We sat there for several minutes behind a pickup truck that also seemed frustrated that they couldn't get service. We got tired of waiting and left. Will not return.

With all these reviews, this place should be shut down. 2 weeks ago, my daughter wanted Chick Fila, but they are closed, so we decided for Sonics, a huge mistake. We bought a chicken sandwich for my 10 year old daughter. She was not paying attention, and she tends to talk a lot, so she did not realize until she ate more than half. When she went to share, we realized it was raw. The cheeseburger was gross. The garlic cheeseburger was good. I texted the 866 # on the receipt. All they did was just apologize. And my daughter was sick the next day vomiting and aches for a few days.

This time, the LAST time I am ordering from there, the tator tots were barely cooked. The popcorn chicken, HA, if there was chicken in there, it was barely obvious. The majority of the popcorn "chicken" was breading. Then I also ordered a Sonic blast and at least a quarter of it was missing. They didn't fill it to the top. I havent eaten it yet as I was not able to last night, but I'm fairly certain when I get into it it's going to end up being 99% soft serve ice cream and very very little oreo cookies and cream. This isn't the first time this has happened either in the last year. I DO NOT recommend this place for anything. It's not cheap to eat there and the food is certainly not worth the money they're charging you. I won't be ordering from here again.

Down right horrible, and my expectations were not big. They stopped selling ice cream products at 9pm, 5 hours before closing which is ridiculous. Cheese fries were completely crusted over, they had to be an hour old to be that crusted. Tried to take one fry out and lifted the entire order up from table, was like glue. Came here for a quick lunch with some friends and our kids. It took almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged. The server was rude and had little knowledge on the menu items. He asked if the food was for here or to go but pack our food up to go anyway. There were no trays available so we had to eat off of napkins. We received warm juice for the kids and they told us they didn't have milk. They told us they didn't have cheese burgers for the kids, we were spoken to rudely when we asked if they could put cheese on a hamburger. They eventually did that. The kids meals didn't come with toys . The french fries were under cooked. The inside dining area was not clean even though we were there at noon and no one else was dining at the time.

The first time we went it took 5 minutes for them to even answer the button push. Then after we ordered we swiped to pay and waited. Apparently the computer crashed and instead of coming out to us to get the payment they never even reached out. We waited another 10 minutes before we simply left. That was yesterday. Now on to today.... I ordered through the app for 2 drinks and I brought them home, my wife and I took a drink, and there was NO SYRUP OR FLAVORING! The only flavoring were the add ins we had so it tasted even worse! We are NEVER going to this location again. Been 2 times and both times were well below acceptable.

30 minute drive thru wait time 12 before getting to the intercom and another 18 after ordering, someone walked to my car and got my card walked in to pay and then brought my receipt back however when i got my food I assumed it would have been fresh from the wait time but my food was cold. I wish I had checked at the window because this isn't the first time but I was already running late. I would like for once to receive a hot burger I mean is that too much to ask? Even the tots were cold, they weren't even soft enough to chew. A waste of time and money. I'm beyond disappointed in the quality of the food.

Pulled in to the order spots and asked for two medium coffees and a tater tot. The order on the screen was incorrect after trying to tell Mat multiple times I did not order three coffees and all he said was “yeah, yeah I hear ya” comes out with three coffees and I tell him again I did not order three coffees. He rolls his eyes and tells me that this is what I ordered. I left, thank god I did not pay.

Service was HORRIBLE! The manager was very rude and out of 4 orders she got 1 correct...greedy wirh the sauces, as if it was being taken out of her paycheck...that was the least of the issue. Tried to give it a second chance!!!! FAILURE was the result! FIRST SAT AT drive thru window for about 25 minutes after ordering and was only car there. Ordered four quarter pounders with cheese and two large fries. Burgers were burnt..overcooked and ICE COLD...NO CHEESE EITHER. Fries..LARGE...were half full in container..and ICE COLD!! NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Terrible experience. Manager is even worst. Had two orders, 25% of my food was hot and the others was cold. Had them to remake it fresh and they had confusion about what we had. (2) #4 Burgers, 1 plain and both on a bun. We get our food, drive off only to see they gave us chicken. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Even the manager asked what was the food and he still gave us chicken and caught an attitude when we called the store to complain. So I went to sonic today and waited 2 hours for the food. The employees can’t do basic math I was given the wrong change back. Waited an hour for food that was not my order. By the time someone answered my call I was told someone will be out shortly. Waited 10min before they came to my car. I told the kid that my order was wrong and he took the food back and gave it to the next car and said I gave you the wrong food. Mind you I play in the food and to see if it was mine. By the time my slushes came they wear watery and my correct order was cold. It is just a bunch of miners running the store. Not a good experience. Who ever is talking on the intercom need to be fired he was getting annoyed because I could not hear him. I wanted to know the name of who ever was talking to me . When I saw a worker coming form another car I called to them. They came over and I asked for the person who was taking my order. And I was told that he was the manager. Drove over 7 miles to get food. We ordered the #7 and the Double bacon toaster without the bacon. Our tater tots were cold my bread was soggy and the whole burger was cold actually. The lettuce was wilted and the milkshakes were watery. A Big thumbs down for me.

Being from Oklahoma, I know what Sonic food is suppose to taste like. I grew up eating their food as a child. It was always a nice treat for the family to go to the sonic drive in on a Friday night. So I was very much looking forward to trying their food again, here in Florida. The food was terrible, the service was terrible and the wait was terrible. My order was WRONG twice. The food tasted bland and had no salt. The buns were cold. We were disappointed with our meal, so decided to get some milk shakes. They brought us the wrong sizes and we ended up paying more than we expected to, because of it. My banana shake was disgusting. It had brown pieces of banana in it and pieces of the peel. I threw it in the trash. We waited a long time for our order and for them to fix the mistakes on the order. Over all, a terrible experience and I will never eat here again.

General manager things that he is a banker and can identify fake money. I gave them $11 and they said one of my dollars was fake. Like I’m gonna scam them out of one dollar when my whole meal is 11 at first, I thought the rating was so low because they have Chick-fil-A next to them, but then I’m met their general manager and everything got straightened out. Work more talk less.

I’m not sure who the owner is now but please bring back the workers and management from 2017-2018. The new employees(including management) has no sense of urgency. Ordering through the app is pointless. Rather you go thru the line or to a stall you’re still waiting 7-10 minutes. Today I ordered a rootbeer thru the app. NOBODY WAS IN LINE once I arrived, I still had to wait 6 mins for a simple drink, NOTHING ELSE. Idk, maybe you all should stop online orders since those are give less priority

workers are so slow and don’t do there job. Can see why they work at sonic! don’t come here unless you want to wait 15 minutes to be attended to. the drink was good tho

I ask the drive through worker what the sauce the burger was made of he lazily said "we don't know" very poor attitude

This place is sad in it service poor service sat there in the stall for over an hour an they kept telling us there stalls are closed an when we ordered there was no car in the drive thru none at all an they forgot our order over three times an made use repeat the order an still never made our drinks wasted our time there for a whole hour an the drive thru got busy an they put the drive thru before use when we was there an hour ago this is the worst service I ever got in my life. Sorry don’t cut how poor there serivce was. Just completely forgot about there customers yall need to do better. I’m never coming back to this place again.

I will never come back again. The food was fried in same old oil. We could taste n smell it. The place was super cold but staff were really good. So far Chick fil A is the best in terms of hygiene, quality, service n everything. I can't even recommend this place to anyone. Food doesn't even deserve a star.

Every single time I order food delivery, whether by Doordash or Uber Eats, this place NEVER includes the entire order. They always always leave out the ice cream. Down with Covid at the moment and was looking fwd to a hot dog and some ice cream. The hot dog was nasty and soggy. The tater tots were ICE cold. I ordered a coke with cherry flavoring and got JUST cherry syrup. The ice cream was once again left out of the order. This is my last order ever from Sonic. If you order thru delivery anticipate not getting your whole order. If you pick up, make sure you check your order before leaving the window! THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICES. So Sonic don't try to throw shade on them. Your service is terrible.

Your app doesn't work. Your promotion for BOGO is app only and it's useless. I have a larger order I guess four or five sandwiches so I thought the app would be more convenient for you and me but I had to order it all through the drive-thru and it seemed like the lady was annoyed that I ordered more than one thing every time I said an item she would say is that all and when I said no she would scoff. I would think you guys would want us to spend as much money as possible or at least we wanted to but that did not seem to be the case it was like she just wanted to rush me through so I didn't even get to order everything I wanted I will be going down the street to another restaurant.

Worst experience ever I walk to the window the first guy noticed me, but he keep doing whatever he was doing and the second guy he was in front in the other store getting some chips and I have to wait for him so they can do their job.

If I could give this store zero I would. Alicia is very rude and lacks customer service. Even if the food is good, I will not be returning due to the poor customer service I received.

I’m not sure how you can advertise on google that you’re open until 1:00am and then not be. I pulled up and parked and hit the red button and sat there for 10 minutes and no response and then decided to go through the drive thru and then was told that “we are no longer accepting orders unless you are here to pick up an online order” Then no response. The time all this took place was 11:50pm. Wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy. Do better

Customer service sucks. I asked for a sauce he said its in the bag. I checked the bag nothing.. when I asked again he gave me one sauce for a meal of over $30. Got mad when I asked for one more. I got 2 orders of the popcorn chicken. Don't waste your money. It was mostly just bread no meat inside 90% of them. No wonder Chick-fil-A is packed next door and they are always empty. Just terrible service and food.

Ordered (and paid for) bacon double cheeseburger, asked for no lettuce and extra onions. What I got was 2 paties and some bacon on a bun. I had to have them repeat my order several times because the speaker was bad and then verified it at the window. It was drive thru so lesson learned, check INSIDE the wrapping before leaving. This place has gone downhill quite a bit over the last year or so. The last time I ordered a couple weeks ago the burgers were nasty and seemed like they'd been microwaved instead of grilled. This time, the LAST time I am ordering from there, the tator tots were barely cooked. The popcorn chicken, HA, if there was chicken in there, it was barely obvious. The majority of the popcorn "chicken" was breading. Then I also ordered a Sonic blast and at least a quarter of it was missing. They didn't fill it to the top. I havent eaten it yet as I was not able to last night, but I'm fairly certain when I get into it it's going to end up being 99% soft serve ice cream and very very little oreo cookies and cream. This isn't the first time this has happened either in the last year. I DO NOT recommend this place for anything. It's not cheap to eat there and the food is certainly not worth the money they're charging you. I won't be ordering from here again.

Don’t even try ordering delivery here, missing both shakes no drinks even included like it was a mistake, none of the sauces were included, and the mozzarella sticks were the wrong size. It was pitiful. To add insult to injury, after going to try and place a second order after messing up the first they shut down their delivery app when the app said they accept orders for another two hours. Honestly a horrendous and infuriating experience overall

Staff was "meh" and walked away after taking our order so we had to wait for her to return to pay and find our seats... Food was blah... The shake was the only redeeming quality but not enough for me to travel to find another one of these spots... Burger was blah, tots were greasy, mozzarella sticks we're good... No intention to ever come here again!

I decided to try Sonic for the first time last night, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I went in about ten minutes before closing and spent nearly $19 on my order, which was absolutely not worth it. I ordered a double cheeseburger, which was thrown together sloppily. The tater tots were so dry they felt like they needed chapstick, and the popcorn chicken was downright inedible—hard as a rock (I have a video to prove it). I was really expecting better quality food, especially considering what I paid. I’ve tried reaching the store multiple times today to resolve this issue, but no one has answered. I would appreciate either a full refund or at least for my order to be remade properly.

I havent been to this Sonic in years since it was first built i was trying to place my order and the girl taking my order asked for my order 3 times to still get it wrong when i head to the window to pay. Their was a gentlemen there i payed and aaked for sweet chili sauce because i usually get fhat with my cheddr bites he gets a attitude and tells me $.25. So im like i bought food why are you charging me and hes like they put ranch in your bag . I dont know who eats cheddr bites with ranch that is nasty as hell. So i told him i didnt ask for ranch well give them back and slams the window. Now i know its not the best job but i did not put you in the position you are in. Customer service is so important. Very rude and will not be returning.

It is upsetting, you drive by and you don’t think “ah! Let me check the reviews” but I hope some people do. Your order will be wrong 100% of the time and even if you let them know it is wrong, they will “try” to make it up to you and still do it wrong. Sonic is not what it used to be. Definitely not going back here again. If you order a meal, please make sure they actually serve a decent size side … i got 5 fries LITERALLY! My food was cold and it barely had any flavor. Straight up disappointed.

My daughter loves getting fun drinks from here but the customer service is so horrible we hate to even go. They make you feel like you are bothering them and are rude when you try to ask them questions. We have not had good experiences with this location.

Worst experience of my life. Worst Sonic's I have ever been to. Half my order was missing I was in a rush because it was late and I had to get home to my kids. I couldn't believe the fact that there was SAUCE all inside the bag. It is a shame the people that are running this establishment.

With all these reviews, this place should be shut down. 2 weeks ago, my daughter wanted Chick Fila, but they are closed, so we decided for Sonics, a huge mistake. We bought a chicken sandwich for my 10 year old daughter. She was not paying attention, and she tends to talk a lot, so she did not realize until she ate more than half. When she went to share, we realized it was raw. The cheeseburger was gross. The garlic cheeseburger was good. I texted the 866 # on the receipt. All they did was just apologize. And my daughter was sick the next day vomiting and aches for a few days.

The speaker at this location for the drive thru had an issue with the volume so it was a little difficult to hear the kid taking our order. Unfortunately it seems he got frustrated and starting yelling with an attitude. We left without completing our order. Would not return.

The window person was incredibly rude! Look, I get it.. it's getting close to the end of the night, you probably don't want any more customers but I'm a late night worker too...I know not to treat customers that way. When I got to the window I thanked the employee when he handed me my food... if looks could kill I'd be dead right now... oh and I ended up getting fries instead of tots so my order wasn't even right... but there was no way I was going back. Your establishment is only as good as who you have working for it.... do better sonic!

I had ordered a pretzel with a honey mustard on the side for dipping. When hubby came out with our order there was no honey mustard. He went back in to get it as well as salt and ketchup. The lady at the counter was extremely rude to him. Told him there was salt in all the boxes (which there was not) and took an attitude with him for asking for some. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location.
