The service is good, but an hour before closing time, they no longer accept orders for pizzas with a side order, extra, extra, etc. They only give you plain pepperoni even if you tell them to wait. They say they don't make them anymore. I don't know if that's valid. 😕 At the Christmas branch, they give me a wait time for the one I order, they never give me any objections or say they don't make them.

This branch is in decline. Previously, both the service and the variety of pizzas were very good. Currently, the service, although friendly, is poor. I don't know if they're short on staff, but the staff they have simply isn't efficient. It's not that big, and you can see the kitchen staff messing around or wasting time, and the display cases are empty. Wait time is at least an hour for a pepperoni pizza.

They want to charge me twice for an order I've already called the store and no one answers, nor does the delivery person.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went on Saturday, December 14th at 3:00 PM. They were closed because they were doing a "cash count." There was already a line of customers waiting. They finally opened, but they didn't have an order I placed on their app ready. It took them almost 30 minutes past the cut-off time to give me my order.

I was there waiting to be served, or to be told there was no service, and even though the employees were in the back, no one came out, not even out of courtesy.

They don't have things ready. No sign of being ready to go. I ordered a pizza through an app and they gave me a 2-hour delivery window. I arrived at the pizzeria and they had no idea about the order and started making it, telling me it would only take them 7 minutes. Terrible service.
