I had the chicken fajita panini and it was absolutely amazing, flavorful, fresh, and perfectly made! On top of that, the customer service was excellent! friendly, and made me feel welcome. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends!

Food is amazing , 10/10 we ordered the western omelette and chili breakfast sandwiches. Great atmosphere very nice people - very open place would definitely come back again. This is our new place to eat breakfast now:)

Awesome spot. These guys care about quality. High end lunch meats, including Italian specialties. Menu is diverse but not overwhelming. Even the coffee on the counter is a step above what I usually see. Bagels are delicious and they definitely respect the smear. Prices are extremely fair as well. Lou was upbeat and professional. Great service. Would've added a photo but I ate it all already🤣

I was told the bagels here are pretty good. There's nothing more that I love than a juicy breakfast sandwich on a soft fresh tasting bagel, BUT First The guys are welcoming and kind, I tried their crossanwich and that was phenomenal. Mouth watering with each bite. So the next time I tried the signature pork roll, egg, cheese and hasbrown on a bagel toasted. I knew I was hooked. This place is newly launched I believe, so I see it becoming a local favorite for breakfast soon enough. They have a couple tables to sit in or outside. The coffee is great aswell. I will continue to support this local business for my breakfast needs.

I've been here twice in person and have ordered twice via DoorDash and the food and quick service have been amazing every time! From the omelets, to the breakfast sandwiches, cream cheese bagels, and delicious hot and iced coffee, everything is seasoned very well! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and we will certainly be frequent customers! Can't wait to try other things on the menu!

These bagels are DELICIOUS! The service is outstanding too. The location is on a plaza with parking right by the door. There are some tables and chairs if you want to eat inside. It’s also got a convenience store, which is nice if you need to grab any other stuff while you’re there.

New addition to Avenel. This bagel shop has an extensive variety of breakfast bagels and Lunch sandwiches. Delicious, freshly baked bread. They offer freshly squeezed orange juice. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. It’s a very large location with many drink options and grocery items as well. They carry baked goods, I had to buy the cupcakes. Definitely recommend and will be returning. I didn’t get to take pictures of some of the other items I bought but I strongly recommend their French toast bagel with biscoff cream cheese. And their Philly cheesesteak empanadas. To die for!!!

Not sure what happened with my order here. Per the menu I was ordering a veggie omelet. She told me I can add chicken. Thought I was adding chicken to the omelet. That didn’t happen. Then thought I was getting an omelet. That didn’t seem to happen either. But nonetheless the meal put together was decent and the server was very nice.

Since the review below, I have found better breakfast places. Roosevelt Bagel Factory is very good as well as Casa Bagels and Supreme Bagels in Clark in Raritan Rd. After having fresher bagels and more choices and the prices have been lower or equal, I can say I’m happy to leave Tottenville. The first few times - great. The last few times- not great. I’ve been ordering from this establishment for a few months now. They are usually pretty polite and if they don’t have something, they’ll give you a call and let you know this didn’t happen the last two times, but it wasn’t something that was a dealbreaker. The bagels are good, but they don’t always seem the freshest like where they’re really soft Inside. I always have to add cheese to any of the breakfast sandwiches, which I think is ridiculous because they only give you like a piece of cheese folded. The sandwiches are good and the lox spread is good but again, not so spectacular that I crave it. Many times the specific bagels that I order are not available and I usually order in between 11 and 12 so I don’t know if that’s too late to get the bagel that you want but it always seems to be too late for me to get the bagel that I would like. Sometimes, I order bagels, where there’s a regular bagel and then a whole wheat bagel, and it does make a difference to label them because my mom cannot have regular bagels. She needs to have whole wheat and when they come, I don’t know which is which. Overall, I have good food experiences with them but not so great that I’m not looking for other places to order from. Today I wanted a western omelette, but they only have western omelette wraps. I had a coupon on Uber but they don’t participate in any of the coupons and so when I went to put my order in, I saw that the service charge was $10 and I literally live four minutes away. I’m not paying an extra $10 for a service charge and I know that service charges are not that cheap but if you could apply the Promotion to it it would at least help with some of the charges. I feel like this is a deterrent so I ordered from a different place today.

Can’t provide a food score in good faith because I’m never made it that far. You walk in, there’s one person waiting for their order, and yet there’s no food morning or “I’ll be right with you” so that’s not a good sign. I read the reviews where people say food is being prepared without gloves. I personally did not see anyone wearing gloves. I could have been wrong maybe they were and I didn’t notice. But again I wouldn’t know because my wife and I waited for 5 minutes without being recognized by any employee. Maybe the food is good, I’m not sure, but the service and atmosphere are not great. Go find a different bagel spot. *Update* It wasn’t busy, there was one person in there waiting for an order. My wife and I walked in so a grand total of two new people. There was one person handling food without gloves. I stand by what I saw. It wasn’t busy by any stretch of the imagination. If you want to make excuses for poor customer service that’s your prerogative.

I got a bagel with avocado (which is an extra charge) and the avocado was brown. The whole sandwich had a weird taste to it and I couldn’t finish it. Most of these bagel spots in New Jersey are gross and they get away with it because people are just happy to have a new spot in town.
