The food is always delicious, it's one of our favorite places. The only detail is that it's our first time at this location, and we had to wait a long time for some dishes, and another arrived super fast, which made it uncomfortable for the person who arrived early to eat, and the other person would be left waiting a long time. From then on, it's delicious as always... sorry, there are no more photos because we went all in 🫣😛

Good Sushi but the quality items are pricy

Había ido una vez y me pareció bien, pero volví a ir y el sushi no estaba nada bueno, sabía grasoso y no entiendo porque tiene tantas "tapas". Además, el servicio no es el mejor. Por tanto, creo que hay mejores restaurantes de sushi por la zona.

Las bolas de arroz estaban desabridas, el tepanyaki tibio y sin sabor, el pulpito roll con el pulpo seco, y los meseros no aparecían a pesar de estar solo dos mesas ocupadas

First of all, the negative points. It's expensive, customer service needs improvement, there are moths in the branch, and trash. The food takes a very long time to arrive. Sure, there's a children's area, but it's very small and noisy. The drinks are expensive. Positive points: It tastes good. It looks good. The ingredients are fresh.

I don't know if the same thing happens at other branches as at the Valle Real one, but sometimes the rice, in any of its preparations, is undercooked, and the steamed vegetables are sometimes unpleasantly overcooked, other times almost raw... In short... they don't always serve the food properly.

Más de 40 minutos esperando un arroz Culichi y un Tepanyaki para llevar. El pretexto: que el Tepanyaki es a la plancha! El arroz culichi está bueno, aunque el camarón muy pequeño. El Tepanyaki terrible: la calabaza totalmente deshecha, el brócoli y el pescado demasiado cocido, no lo recomiendo para nada. Se notó que la plancha estaba sucia por las costras negras que se le pegaron al pescado.

No recomiendo los rollos/sushi. Demaciado dorado se sentía Demasiado el aceite y además que me pusieron 5 tapaderas tome foto cuando ya me había comido dos tapaderas y quito la ensalada de arriba y salen 3 más. 😵

I like their ramen, but it's always delivered incomplete, and they don't tell you they're missing ingredients, yet they still charge you. When I order delivery, they don't send it properly either.

Pedi un yakimeshi de camaron con una orden extra de camaron.... lo que me llegó 1:30 minutos despues fue un yakimeshi frio sin camarones. Los ultimos 3 servicios ya habian presentado problemas pero hoy si se superaron de lo malo a lo peor.

Que lastima que estén bajando tanto en su servicio, pésima atención de la persona que atiende el teléfono dicen que tu sushi va a llegar en una hora (demasiado tiempo por cierto) y llega en hora 45 min, ademas su sabor ya está chateando demasiado arroz y poco de lo demás que lastima en verdad

Today I ordered sushi and rice for my family, and to begin with, they tell you it takes 50-60 minutes for delivery. I don't recommend this if your children are very hungry, because: When the food arrived, the delivery driver demanded a tip, which we gave him. But when we opened our order, we were shocked to find everything mixed up and looking like vomit. So I contacted the restaurant, and to start with, they didn't even apologize. They also told me they would only replace one piece of sushi, even though the entire $729 order, with five dishes, was in disgusting condition (like it had been stepped on). I didn't think that was fair, since I had to wait another hour and therefore leave my children without food. I recommend other sushi options like "Hanaki" if you're looking for something more gourmet, or "Itamae" if you're looking for something better than Tokai in terms of price and quality. (Better delivery times and much better quality)

I've been eating at this place for years, and I understand that today was Sunday, so it was quite busy and the wait times were longer. I'm willing to wait, especially when I'm warned about it, but today I received the worst meal I've ever had here. I didn't order anything out of the ordinary, just the usual: one small rice and one beef and vegetable dish (Chapcy). I don't know if you can see it in the picture, but not only was the portion incredibly small and nothing like what they usually serve (with less food and poorly portioned vegetables and beef—most of it was just bean pulp), but on top of that, the vegetables were so mushy you couldn't even eat them. The rice was completely bland, and the delivery guy was awful. Not only did I wait longer than usual, but somehow despite this I received a terrible dish. I will not be eating here again, and until they make a change in staff, I would not recommend ordering from here, as it seems that serving their customers like this is becoming the norm.

The kitchen staff wears their masks around their necks, as does the manager. It's sad that they don't care about the health of their staff or their customers. The products are good, however, their dishes are lacking every day. They put less effort into quality, size, and presentation (the culichi rice only has 1/3 of the toppings, and the chapcy seems like it's only half a portion). That's right... they charged the full bill!!!!! Terrible place.
