I was there this Sunday, and the service was very good, a girl named Sherlyn was very cordial when providing the service, she greeted us, and also told us at the end to have a great day, and the pretzels are hot just the way we like them.

I purchased 3 hot dogs from there for my kid and myself. 2 out of the 3 were good but the third one was green. My kid told me something is wrong with it so I bit into it and spit it out. It was all shriveled up and GREEN.

This is for the one up in the food court. The lady tried to scam us for a couple dollars. We realized what she was doing and told her. She gave an attitude like it was our fault. The pretzels are really good but the service was absolutely terrible. Worst service i have ever received by far. Avoid this stand!

It's a real gamble here; one day you can eat something, the next it's awful. The pretzel dough is even raw, and the service is terrible. Today I asked the man who seems to be the owner to please clean the table so I could sit down and eat, and he was incredibly rude. This is the last time I'll ever visit this place.

I first went there to redeem a offer on the app, but the empolyees were no help when I explained my situation. I gave them a second chance a few days later, and they told me the offer will be available to me a week from then, which the app didn't inform me. nor did the employees did days prior, wasting my time and energy. In all honesty both experiences ruined my day and bummed me out :(

I'm giving this place mostly one star ratings because today I happened not to have any money and I was waiting for a bus so went in to the Aventura Mall to Auntie Anne's to ask for a cup of ice water since it is extremely hot outside and was told very rudely that a cup of ice water is $1.06 !!! What has happened to humanity these days... Charging for water is absolutely absurd....

I should have known something was wrong: it's 3:30 p.m. on Sunday and there's no line. Haven't been here in a few months and I get my usual lemonade and cinnamon sugar, but this time I got to cinnamon sugars. What a waste of money, barely had any sugar on it it's just like eating bread. Last time I'm coming there. The worker Caridad has horrible customer service, she works in the food court stand. The place is only accepting cash there is no visible sign, she let me place my order to tell me after I ordered that is was cash only… I told her I would come back with cash. 2 minutes later she tells me they don’t have the cheese pretzel… when they had a whole bunch and said they changed it. She did not make sense at all and does not speak English!! Do not have someone work in a busy area that can’t provide the proper customer service. SHE IS THE WORST

I stopped by this place yesterday. When I asked if they had mini hot dogs, they told me they did, and after I paid, they told me they were sorry they were out of stock. I asked them to issue me a refund, which they processed at the time, and now when I check my bank account, the refund isn't there. I feel like it was a distraction. I've seen in other comments that several people are experiencing something similar.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. It was around 8:30pm when I ordered a cinnamon sugar mini pretzel nuggets. When I purchased and tasted the pretzel, it was hard and cold so I went back and asked for a refund. I told them they should have told me that I was not fresh and had been sitting out all day. The young black girl Niyla, who worked at the front said we don’t have to tell you that and that it’s 8:30 the place is about to “close” and that it’s not there problem to fix. The mall closes at 9:30, if she didn’t want to work there she shouldn’t have applied there. There needs to be disciplinary action and corporate will be called because no one answers the phone at this location.

This was at the kiosk at the bottom of the escalator from the movie theater, at about 8:30pm. The girl with the glasses served me a half of a cinnamon pretzel, and when I realized it was half a pretzel, I gave it back to her and said "hey it's only half a pretzel in here" and she said, "oh, you want another one?" and I said, "yes, I want a WHOLE pretzel," she then snatched the pretzel out my hand like she had an attitude with ME. Very rude and unprofessional, I did nothing wrong yet she treated me like I was bothering her.

04/29/2023 at 8:56 or 8:57 AM the Hispanic guy working here with the girl from what I seen by themselves, dug his finger into HIS NOSE while handling the pretzel products that were about to be baked or done baking while talking to the female coworker. DISGUSTING. Don't believe me, roll the cameras back.
