This is my favorite pizza shop in the city. Workers are friendly and the pizza is consistently great with ample toppings. Perhaps a little pricey but I’ve spent more on terrible pizza elsewhere.

Ordered late one night for delivery. Order and payment confirmed before receiving a call to say they were closed and otherwise outside their delivery area. The refund takes 2-3 days to process. They next day, a manager Eva called to tell me they were going to deliver the order at no charge. Extraordinary, don’t you agree? Thank You Eva.

Favorite neighborhood pizza place for thin crust New York-style pizza; lots of cheese, easy on the tomato sauce, not too greasy, but enough that the oil dribbles over the slice when you fold it. My only gripe is that I wish they would bake the crust for the small pies as crispy as they do for the large.

Average pizza place. Good food. The amount of times I've called them to prepare like.. one slice or two so I can immediately pay and leave is astronomical, and they still go along with it which is appreciated. They also have garlic powder. Which... is weird of me to mention until I say I've been to some high class pizza joints and they don't got it, at all. So that's a win. Welcoming staff, fast food prep, and no crazy overblown pricing like a different pizza place not that far away... so a win for me!

This is the best pizza in the neighborhood, hands down, and the best pizza I've ever had. I'm from Brooklyn and have had pizza in so many different places. Nothing so delicious as a good, Brooklyn pizza. The regular cheese slice is perfectly thin, so that it has a delightful, crusty crisp but strong enough to hold up sauce and cheese and still has a bready bite. It has a lovely, light bounce to the flavorful dough. Satisfyingly chewy, but not dense. Perfect cheese and sauce ratio. And their Buffalo chicken slice? It might as well have come from heaven. Incredible, rich sauce with succulent and tender, perfectly cooked chicken that has the perfect light touch of heat, with a righteous drizzle of blue cheese dressing. The cheese is wonderfully gooey and the whole thing has just perfectly balanced amounts of ingredients and flavors. They put so much care and skill into their pizzas and have a varied and yummy menu. I usually get the above, but I've enjoyed their other selections, too. Love this place!

As a lifelong New Yorker it's so nice and comforting to find a place still serving classic no frills Brooklyn/Queens style pizza. Best pizza deal in the neighborhood - the plain, cheese and sausage slices are all fantastic. On top of the food - the service is phenomenal, Ben in particular is a really awesome, kind and friendly guy. Highly recommend this piece of tasty NYC history!

For delivery in Kensington at a reasonable price, Beverly is my go-to restaurant. Delicious plain pies, margarita and square pies. They also have great pasta dishes (baked ziti, yum!) but pass on the buffalo wings if you like typical, crispy buffalo wings with a lot of kick. Very friendly service!

Best pizza in the neighborhood. Still good occasionally I'll get their Philly cheese steaks but usually just pizza with toppings and you can't go wrong.

An OK neighborhood pizza place. Not too bad, not too good, just someplace to call when you need a pie and aren't too fussy about whether its perfect.

Ordered Cheese Pizza via Grubhub, took a while to come. The Cheese Pizza isn't good at all. To be honest, this wasn't worth it.

Pizza was pretty good as was meatball sub. Delivery was super slow but food was hot. Caesar salad was wilted and came with dressing already on it, so be sure to ask for dressing on the side if that is your thing. I threw most of the salad away and since dressing was already on it could not save salad for the next day.

Nice, friendly, neighborhood pizza place. Does a good job of adhering to social distance guidelines. Staff is always nice and family lives in the neighborhood. Good people. Most of their food is pretty good.

Most of the pizzas are good. A few could be changed. The garlic knots not coming with the sauce and needs to be paid for, is a disappointment. Most of the staff are warm, loving and kind except one grumpy guy who probably needs to consider a job change. A way too serious and unfriendly to be in the service industry. Been 4 years I have noticed this. Just a gentle feedback.

Used to love this place. Unfortunately just seems like the "love" is not there right now. Took 3 bad experiences in a row, but it's gonna be awhile until we return. Cleanliness has gone down (tables not wiped down, condiments on all tables near completely empty, 2 out 3 napkin caddies totally empty) and quality of pizza has really slipped. On top of that, they barely melt the cheese when they heat up a slice. Last 2 times I've actually asked for it to be "extra hot" and it was warm at best. All of this while 4 employees stand behind the counter ignoring what's happening in the restaurant, watching soccer. Real bummer. Beverly used to be SO good. I hope someone who cares gets it together.

Pizza has alot of cheese but very little sauce

It’s really a shame but this place used to be great. My last recent orders weren’t correct upon delivery or over two hours late. They also had no interest in rectifying. Offering to redeliver a pizza you waited two hours for doesn’t really help.

I usually love Beverly Pizza. But today (6/18), my husband just bought me 2 square slices and they were still raw. There was so much cheese on the slice it feel off. The bottom crust was slightly brown and under the sauce was still doughy and wet. It looked so wet like someone tried to wash the slice. I'm so grossed out and disappointed, who ever is manning the oven today Effed up big time.

Just ordered from here and I couldn't be more disappointed. 🤢 I ordered a Texas burger with fries. The burger wasn't the worst that's why I gave 2 stars but the bun was a soggy mess and almost falling apart, not to mention the fries were more stale than cardboard. 👎👎👎 The delivery was fast, I'll give them that but the overall food quality was pretty bad.

Don't expect anything actually tasting good. It was delivered within the expected time frame but it was really not good food. None of it was moldy or cold, but the marinara sauce was bland, it was like the cook didn't actually care whether this tastes good or not. The cheesecake was a very soft and gooey disappointment and I think it's kind of hard to mess up cheesecake this much. And the cheeseburger had nothing on it besides cheese and the meat. It was a really boring meal and nothing about it was actually good. Even the bread was hard. I really wish I would have gone to the grocery store to buy a plantain, some cream cheese and some refried beans. That's a cheaper healthier and quicker way to have dinner and it's actually delicious.

Ive always ordered from here for years, never had a problem. They provide fast and prompt delivery and their regular cheese pizza is good, I also like to order their beef patty with cheese and pepperoni I have no idea what happened yesterday but even though the small cheese pizza was ok, the beef patty was not. It was burnt and definitely not edible, why would you even send that honestly to someone, question is would the owner eat it if they sent it to him or her ? You try to support local business owners but how when they send you something like that. Sad.

Honestly this place has to be kidding me first of all the prices don't even match the food and not in a good way it's extremely over priced I ordered a pizza burger for 4.50 and got a Little patty slapped on some buns with marinara sauce McDonalds gives you more for $1 the pizza I don't even want to talk about the pizza all I'm going to say is they're not even trying I don't know how they still opening I really don't all I know is never again will I go back

Worse customer service. I ordered vegetable Pizza and when I receive my order it was just the regular pizza. After I called them and talk about it, she just hanged up on my face. What kind of behavior is this.

When you order a pie for almost $20 that has "creamy artichoke" in the name, you expect some artichoke in it. I just got my order. Looks like it was the last leaf of artichoke head they had. Shame on you. Update. You are asking for another chance. Sure , but not at my expense.

Don't expect good pizza or service. If you ask for anything they get upset and give you a dirty look. one of the employee almost got into argument with me because i asked for extra napkins for my little nephew and said only one napkin per customer.

The quality of the pizza has really declined—absolutely disappointing!

Placed an order through delivery.com on 2/26/21. A hour passed from the time I ordered which I found strange because I live nearby and they usually come in a timely manner. I called the restaurant to find out the eta. Unfortunately a very rude woman answered the phone yelling that the order was cancelled because we didn’t answer the phone. When I asked what # they called she read back the wrong#. I asked why did the delivery person did not ring the bell. She had no answer and basically told me do I want the food or refund. I told her I would like a refund since it’s been a 1 1/2. Instead of her processing the refund she told me to call delivery.com. When I called she gave the representative from delivery.com an attitude and a hard time. Delivery.com advised me that they would have to get a supervisor involved and call me back, however I eventually received my refund. I’ve ordered from Beverly for years and I have never experienced this level of customer service. This will be my last time ever ordering from them. Management needs to reprimand this employee as she needs retraining. Especially in the times we are living in you would think businesses are appreciative of the business you are giving them. There is plenty of other pizzerias in the area & there food is actually better and customer service is their #1 priority. Good luck Beverly you officially lost a loyal customer!!!!

Honestly pretty disappointed in my delivery. The garlic knots were unsalted and the pizza was super wet in the center. I think the dough was premade/frozen because it was really bread-y. Spent $40 on not great food

Over an hour and 15 minutes wait still no pizza. Also when finally arrived at location the driver did not call when he was told nobody ordered a pizza to that address! He left the pizza anyway. But when I called to cancel the pizza because of the long wait I was told the delivery guy is in the lobby but he wasn't. Then I called back and had to deal with an aggressive and arrogant person who kept hanging up the phone on me. They had my number and nobody bothered to investigate why I'm still waiting for my pizza. $26 and no refund! Apparently the apartment number was wrong on the order. Still you do not insist to leave a pizza when the person says they didn't order it! They should have called and investigated because I kept telling I didn't receive the pizza. They should have confirmed the address but they wanted to cover their mistake. Yes, their mistake!

We used to frequent this place often and used to love their pizza. A few years ago the prices went way up but we still patronized the joint, happily because we like to support places in our hood. But then the pizza went from excellent to fair to just OK. Hardly any cheese and sub par crust and sauce. So sad. And we tried - it took 6 orders of just ok pizza to write this... Just ok expensive pizza is just not ok. 😭😭😭

Their pizza is decent but I warn you...DO NOT GET THEIR CALAMARI! 🤢🤮I’ve never had bad calamari from any pizzeria before but this place turned me off from it for the rest of my life. Huge jumbo ringlets that weren’t even crispy or brown. Just undercooked with the coating falling off. The texture of it while chewing felt extremely disgusting because they were so massive. When I called Grubhub to ask for another order they declined and said I “should’ve requested for my order to be crispy and bite sized”. Oh really? So customers need to request for their order to be of standard now? Wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Very very rude and racist people!!! I will make sure non of my family members and friends circles will come to this place ever again. My mom and I went to get pizza so my mom asked what sizes there are for the cheese pizza and the mexican man was being rude at first but i let it go cz i am a very respectful person and I expect it to be the same. So then my mom didnt want the pizza she just wanted two slices. She doesnt speak good english so there was a lady on the counter (very very rude) she rolls her eyes. Thats when i spoke up and asked why she rolled her eyes so then she denies it. She had a attitude for no reason. I walked into the store with a smile and good mood but she ruined my day and my mother and I did absolutely nothing wrong!!!!!!!Then this other tall guy ends up literally staring at me. I stared back and he lookes away but then he stares at me again and this time he knows i am looking at him. He doesnt move his eyes away so then i asked him if he needs something and he says i am not staring at u i am looking outside. Why would i lie? I am a very nice person but when your gonna roll your eyes at my mother because she doesnt speak english and because she wanted to order something else! This is called racism. How would these people like it if i was racist towards them for being Italian ? Not nice right! This is the wrong place ever. I wanna eat at a place where people are friendly but these people treat u like animals and i do not take this behavior. Treat people the way u wanna be treated Or else go home and do some other job cz this is not for u. All the works are rude and unpleasant. Awful place the pizza also looks like its 4 days old. I ordered a pie and a 2 liter bottle of soda for delivery. They came and brought the pie but no bottle of soda only 1 can of soda. Called the place and they said they assumed it was a can and they would send a bottle straight over. Group of friends eating pizza with a can to split between us. No bottle ever showed up and they called the say they wont deliver and will only give a refund of the bottle. Everyone is left thirsty and waited for a delivery that never came

Seamless delivery took 2.5 hours. Pizza crust was hard and flavorless. Calzone was inedible. Garlic knots were stale. Salad wrap was ok. Cheesecake was decent. Definitely will not return.

After multiple attempts to communicate that I want my mushrooms put on the $40.00 order of two slices before it goes in.the oven - what do they do? They put the mushrooms on after it comes out if the oven! And, on top of that, there are zero napkins with this $40.00 0rder. This place is effed-up. I am never contacting this business EVER again. Very simple, very easy.
