This is my go to spot for lunch when I'm at work. My pizza is always fresh, not dehydrated from sitting in the heating oven for too long. I've ordered so much here now I'm recognized and greeted as if I am visiting a family member's home. I love it!

I always order 2 extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas 🍕 Crazy style= all over the pizza, not just the crust! It is the only way we purchase our pizza. I've ordered the same exact thing from another Little Caesars off Citrus in Covina and they did a horrible job the pizza looked old and they barely even put any parmesan or butter on the pizza. This place is the best to get your order right and your food delicious

I feel that you get what you pay for, the great thing is you pick up the items you want anytime. They do not have a pizza made the way you want they can make it in 10 minutes! It was very clean inside and outside in fact the whole shopping Center where Little Caesars is located very very clean. Disabled parking and everything else he would expect for a $8 Pizza Batman out.

It's cheap fast pizza. Always has been. Its good at lunch time to snag some wings, crazy bread fast to get back to work.

Plenty of parking. Prices are good. The pizza a tad salty.

Not professional at all the girl there just laughing and talking about her personal life with one of the other workers there waited to long for my pizza and once i got it it was the wrong order i went back and she gave me attitude about it. She started making rude comments to her fellow coworkers about us the customers that why cant we just take what we get and not complain i told her respectfully that i didn't appreciate her comments to please just hand me my order so i could get along with it she said that if I didn't like her conversation with her friend for me to make a complain with the manager i did and I'm never coming back.

I've ordered pickup here several times. The service has been friendly and consistently good. However, the food varies. The thin crust pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. The hot wings were tiny and not what I expected. I wouldn't order them again. However, I like the Detroit style deep dish pizza. It's tasty and a good value.

Every time I come here it’s never hot or ready. Always a 15-20 min wait time. So much for the company slogan of being ready

Not professional at all the girl there just laughing and talking about her personal life with one of the other workers there waited to long for my pizza and once i got it it was the wrong order i went back and she gave me attitude about it. She started making rude comments to her fellow coworkers about us the customers that why cant we just take what we get and not complain i told her respectfully that i didn't appreciate her comments to please just hand me my order so i could get along with it she said that if I didn't like her conversation with her friend for me to make a complain with the manager i did and I'm never coming back.

Have been going here for many years and usually pizza is good. Tonight, We picked up a Meat Feast Pizza at 6:30 this evening. When we tried to eat it, it was dry and tough and really difficult to eat. I called to complain about the Pizza and instead of an apology and concern, Araceli told me I was wrong. She said they always check their pizzas. I told her this was the first time we had expierenced a problem. She said I had the wrong store location. Really???? I never asked for a refund or coupon, we just wanted them to know there was a problem. Araceli was so rude I am shocked!!! Won’t be going back to the Azusa store by Citrus College again!!!!! Poor Customer Service.

I called to ask questions but no one was picking up the phone this happened at around 9 pm. They told her they wouldn’t be able to give her napkins what kind of place is this? Smh never going back.

Employees were using profanity towards each other right in front of me and the cashier slammed my order on the counter causing the box with the crazy puffs (pizza bites) to open and the the crazy puffs tilts side ways then she touches it with her bare hands to fix it. I didn’t want to be a Karen and tell her I don’t want it anymore so i figured I just leave a review of how my experience went. You’re a cashier touching the register and then go on to touch my food to adjust it?! Not go sanitation practice.

They close at 9:25. I had my cash in my hand and walked up to the door and they shook their head and said no they’re closed at me the manager. The manager told me he didn’t care we were closed. It wasn’t even 10 o’clock. If he does not get reprimanded I will never come again and. Everyone I know from Pasadena to Ontario will never step foot into this place again.

if i put both together I would get what I normally get for 1, at other times was there a new worker and y would I go back for 1 more sauce, u should of just filled it up in the first place

OLD WORLD PEPPERONI SMELLED LIKE RANCID OIL, and ALEX the "manager" told me that, "It's not pepperoni, it's old world pepperoni," as if that excused the pizza smelling like Pennzoil pork, and then told me I should've sampled it first. HOW DO I SAMPLE AN ONLINE ORDER, ALEX? Should I have to ask for samples of all ingredients in person to make sure they don't smell like week-old cooking oil? And to then tell me I'm in the wrong because I should expect THAT pepperoni (OH wait, he says OWP is not Pepperoni) to smell like Porky Pig smothered in motor oil? ALEX was argumentative about how it's not pepperoni and would not apologize for the awful smell of his food after I wasted my time having to return for a refund. Instead of being apologetic for a terrible product, he wanted to argue about how Old World Pepperoni is not Pepperoni and I should've sampled it before placing an online order and then used curse words at me after wasting my time. I will be reporting this to Corporate. A good manager would have apologized, asked the issue, and deescalated instead of arguing how OWP is not Pepperoni and I should sample before placing an online order.

There was no one at the counter, and when they saw me waiting they pushed the responsibility amongst themselves to come serve me. Finally a girl reluctantly came to the counter to take my order. In a very rude tone, the kind where it sounds like they're pissed off you even had the audacity to come to the establishment, she asked "What do you want?". Without spite, I simply asked for a cheese pizza and bread sticks. Its a simple easy order. It was even ready when I got there. Even in those circumstances she scoffed while getting my order as if she'd much rather be in the back doing whatever she was doing before. Despite the terrible customer service at least I was looking forward to the pizza. However this proved to be fault #2. The pizza was extremely dried out and burnt as if it was sitting there for hours. I was very disappointed. I don't live near the location and had already been at home. This is why I wasn't able to return to get a refund. I was tired from work and didn't want to go back. I was very dissatisfied from my experience at this location. If you're thinking about getting Little Caesars pizza, please go to a different location.

Extra Most Bestest NOT WORTH it at least from this location for an additional almost 4$ extra.. just stick with the base one.. don't let them upcharge you
