The employees were short staffed due to a lot of call ins the manager kept apologizing but kept a positive attitude. She worked as fast as she could to get the orders done.
Staff is generally friendly and fast. During the lunch rush you will likely be behind 3-4 people. No quality issues. It is very easy to see from the road.

I went to Subway really hungry as everything shuts down early in Baker. It was almost 9:00 pm but Trinity and Janae was still very professional and willing to help. We had a good conversation while my food was being prepared. Trinity enlightened me and said she just received a promotion and I congratulated her and gave her a few words of advice. She appreciated that as much as I appreciated them for assisting me without hesitation. Good luck and outstanding job ladies. I hope your upper management sees this and acknowledge the both of you for this!!

The female employee (maybe the manager) that prepared my food was dry and gave off a why are you here vibe. She barely opened her mouth when she mumbled to ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted.

I sat for almost 10 minutes waiting to pick up an order placed in advanced before the employee who kept glancing at me finally told me their system was down. I was asked to come inside and another employee was able to complete my order. The employee that helped me kept this from being a worse experience.

The bread was disappointing—it didn’t taste fresh and seemed like it had been on the shelf for at least four days. Freshness is key to a great experience, so I hope this can be improved in the future. Additionally, my steak and cheese sandwich had very little steak, which left the meal unbalanced and unsatisfying. I would appreciate more attention to quality and portion sizes next time.
Went to Subway on Sunday around 6:30 PM and the sign said they close at 9. As soon as I open the door, the guy working there said they’re closed. Believe the bad reviews.
They should close this location down!!! They change people every other day and you never see the same workers. The bread is ALWAYS HARD!!!!! I'm so sick and tired of going here giving them chance after chance and spending my money on hard bread and thrown together food. I would rather take that long drive to another location because it's ridiculous. Note to workers: PLEASE take the bread out the oven a little early PLEASE!!!!!
I don't know why I thought my experience at the Zachary location would be different than the Baker location; I've been waiting for the service at the Baker location to get better for the last several years and so far no luck! Still the same nasty attitudes, not so fresh food, less than 6 inches, etc.... So today I decided to go to the Zachary location for cookies and I be doggone if the older lady didn't have a nasty disposition, as if I was bothering her.....The cookies were not fresh; I thought since she had to go to the back to get them they were indeed going to be fresh! Looked like they could have been ready to go in the trash! Who knows! As for the owner, I'm still waiting on you to call me back about the nasty and rude people you employ at the Baker location! It's been 3 years and I still haven't gotten a call back! Sir, you need to shut your businesses down or get you some serious workers! You will never win any election because the way your businesses are run is an indication to me how you would run your office!!!!!!

After all these reviews about the attitudes of maybe the SAME cashier.....throw everybody away up in there and start over from scratch...this lady told me she didn't need to know what I wanted on my sandwich.....aren't you the one making it?????? Rude is a understatement 😒
When I first came in the manager with the red hair was yelling at her co workers, basically picking with them and when I told her what I wanted on my sandwich you can tell she didn't wanna do it and she put very little meat on it
I went to this Subway on 3-17-21 and the worker had a attitude about changing her gloves. I walked in and she had on a pair of gloves and I had to ask her to change them. I did not see her wash her hands prior to changing gloves . She was touching different areas with the same gloves and attempted to fix my sandwich. I walked out the worker was very unprofessional.
I do not recommend this place the service is terrible the people have attitudes I didn’t receive what I wanted or asked for it’s just overall terrible customer service.
