I mean, I love Arby's what can I say. I have been craving Del Taco but all of the ones left in town apparently only hire awful employees, so Arby's it is. So far so good.
Great place, GREAT food, Great selection... Very well maintained and very clean environment, one of the better Arby's I've been too and keep returning too, even for the 45 minute one way drive...
My respect with their market sandwiches and crinkle cut new fries. They are delicious and not salty. The less salt, the better for me! Thank you Arby's
I Love the food here but not always the prices but they always have great deals for those who want all that meaty goodness but on a budget not to mention the sliders are a great mini alternative that never break the bank
After the remodel this place really stepped up their game. It's clean, great staff, great food, and perfect location....I recommend eating here!

Wow this arby's is awesome this is definitely the place u come to even if u live way across town. These folks are awesome I love how they made me feel very happy . They were polite and kind and respectful. I love this arby's I will be back .

Delicious, Arby's is a acquired taste, you go out of your way to go to a Arby's, they don't have the typical menu, there deli sandwiches are very very good, we went to this Arby's in Rosedale and the service was good, the order was right and quick, can't ask for anything more
Got the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich, bacon was firm but not too crunchy, way too much sauce and kinda sloppily thrown together but was still tasty. Wife got the French dip, was excellent. Restaurant was immaculately clean. Did not check the bathrooms but otherwise a great meal.
Very clean prep area. Lobby and bathroom very clean. Jehenny was very very pleasant when taking our order. Food came out in a timely manner and correct. Only complaints here is even though they keep the restaurant super clean, it needs a remodel pretty bad. Other than that and the lack of turnover deserts, it was a great visit..
Went for lunch today, used drive thru, was average wait, bout 5 minutes, not too bad, order was made correctly, overall good service Came today for the good burger meal, only to have them pull a McDonald's and say the shake machine was broke, lol, so no strawberry shake with the meal, the burger was decent, nothing super special, the fries were same, nothing special, other than a little sticker on the wrapper, wouldn't even know it had anything to do with good burger movie. Arby's really blew it with this promotion.
It is 8/8/21 and it's about 9:30 pm. The guy made the hell out of my jamocha shake and my mozzarella sticks were piping hot. Great service. Good job guys.

Better food than McD's for sure. When they make a mistake they correct it with no hassel. When ordering I pointed at a pic and asked which one that was she said its the dbl beef n cheddar, told her i wanted that. Got a dbl turkey with no chz. They gave me that sandwhich plus chz to add to it and corrected my order with no problems. Not very often u get stuff fixed in fast food without at least an eyeroll 😂 she made a mistake, she owned it, and more than made yp for it. Very happy with the service and the sandwiches were good too

I love Arby’s food ! I use the drive thru all the time and it’s always been good service ! Friendly service at the window and I’m a satisfied returning customer 😊 I don’t go inside the resturaunt so I cannot rate the atmosphere .
The staff very friendly and helpful. Inside clean and food Amazing. Price was good got 6 sandwich , chicken strip two Curly fries and two sodas $40.56 alot of food just have to order off. Two for $6.00 Sandwich. Get money worth. Can't wait to come back ty.
The roast beef cheddar sandwich is amazing! It's good and hot and cheesy and the bun is nice and soft and tasty. Another really good side is the tater tots with cheese in them! Oh my, so much better than fries! Parking is easy and the drive thru is quick and convenient.

Went to Arby’s # 7133 for a French Dip at the Drive Thru. Excellent service by Carlos, who got my special order just right👍 My French Dip was fresh and hot and the crinkle fries were hot off the grill👍 Thank you Carlos for an awesome French Dip!!

It was until I finished the sandwich that the heat kicked in. It lingered for a few minutes and thank goodness for the free shake! It was a perfect match for the heat. I applaud Arbys for thinking this all the way through. Well worth a try and a decent price.

Wife & I came for lunch & the workers were very nice seemed like they liked their job and were not rude at all ! Food came super fast & it was also clean inside as well !
The line was super long for happy hour. Friendly service. Only complaint was my chicken strips on my chicken cheddar ranch were not fresh.
The beef gyro was ...ok. it's just a pita or flatbread with their sliced beef in it and the condiments. I enjoyed it. Service was ok too. The person could smile some but, ok. I will be going back. And I recommend Arby's.

Got way more then what I expected and it tasted great! As I read these reviews, I see why the system is on the verde of shutting down! I can sum it all up for folks. 1. The people serving you are typically trying to please you! 2. Everyone makes mistakes no need to make another feel like scum because of a mistake 3. THE WORLD DOESN’T revolve around you! Typically it’s people trying to feed their families and do something positive for the community. Just because you feel better then everyone else on the planet don’t ruin it for the rest of us!
First time in a long time. Had the chicken pecan sandwich. It was yummy. Service was good, food was good. My only complaint was it's very noisy, and a couple employees were discussing things behind counter that a customer shouldn't hear. I would still go back for another meal next time we are close by.
The first and last time I had ever eaten at Arby's was in 1995. It wasn't because of a bad experience. Honestly, i don't know why I never went back. As I passed by this local restaurant, the thought motivated me to drop in for a visit. *First Impression and Service* It was late afternoon, when most restaurants are slow down. I was somewhat surprised to see 3 tables with customers and a couple of cars in the drive-thru (I just don't hear people talk about Arby's). My first impression was the place was very clean. The staff made sure to greet me as I entered. That was nice. Not familiar with the menu, I spent a minute going over it. I asked the cashier, Tammy and the trainee, what item was popular. Tammy was quick to offer a suggestion, the roast beef. A person, who I assume was a supervisor, based on her focus on some paperwork at the counter, interrupted and impatiently said, "Items 1 through 10," and put her head back down to focus on her paperwork. This did not answer my question and only brought me back to where I was. Of course, the combo meals are popular! People skills may not be her best suite, but she's probably a very reliable and trustworthy employee. Tammy said most people get the roast beef sandwich. That is what I ordered. Tammy was very friendly, polite and sincerely engaging. *The Sandwich* As recommended, I had the roast beef sandwich, mid size. The sesame seed bun is toasted on a griddle and given a nice color and texture. Inbetween, was a generous portion of thinly shaved beef. It reminded me of the I didn't see much else on the sandwich other than the meat and bread, which is why I assume that the selection of sauces is available. I took advantage of the creamy horseradish-like sauce called "Horsey Sauce" and their house sauce, simply labeled "Arby's sauce". The Horsey Sauce is a like a mild version of creamy horseradish sauce. Arby's Sauce is like a very mild BBQ sauce. Both were pleasant. They did have turkey and chicken, which I would try on the next visit. They offer $1 sliders between 2PM and 5PM. The selection of sliders seemed interesting. *The Fries* No choice was offered for fries so I assume seasoned curly fries is Arby's standard offering with meals. The fries were okay. Although hot and fresh, they were not the best curly fries I have had and not the worst. I did find myself dipping my fries in the Horsey Sauce more than the ketchup. I liked this combination. *THEY SERVE PEPSI!!!* I was very happy to see Pepsi was served here. They even had Pepsi Wild Cherry in the fountain - I like a little splash of it in my Diet Pepsi. *Summary/TL;DR* Clean. Tammy offered great service. I got a very corporate-like feeling and that's a good thing for a fast-food restaurant. That feeling to me instills trust by coming across as dependable. The food was enjoyable without the normal guilt felt eating a fast food hamburger. I will probably just skip the fries next time though, maybe side salad? I would go back, but likely not out of my way. Did I mention they serve Pepsi?
Long lines. It was 10 mintues from the 2-5 special starting and I ask the manager was I close enough to the 2 oclock to get the special. I was told no. By the time I paid for my order it was 2. As a loyal customer I was a little put out that 10 mintues made that much difference. The floats where melted. Overall I eat there again.
I live for the market fresh sandwiches. I just wish the drive through wasn't so long. Food always tastes good. I've got my friends hooked on them now too.
This Arby's is almost always under staffed. And the prices if you don't have a coupon, can put you in the poor house for awhile. We love the Beef n Cheddars. Oh and the Shakes are to die for.

I don't regularly go to Arby's, but this last visit was very pleasant. This location is super under staffed, but they are quick and friendly. I was surprised how the manager and his staff members were able to be nice while running back and forth from the register to the drive-thru. You could tell the staff was exhausted, but they still provided great customer service. I give them a 4 star not because of the food but because of the great staff they had during my visit.
The store was clean, the service was prompt and courtesy and the Beef and Cheddar, according to my wife was tasty, however, their new Waygu Beef burger was listed as being cooked medium well (which is way over cooked to begin with IMO) was extremely well done. It was just slightly away from being burnt. It was not very good to me at all. Two bites and straight to the trash. Next time, hopefully it's better!!!!!

Fish sandwixh was thin layer and mostly breading. Disappointed! Usually have better experience. Will stick with beef and fries. Can't find a good fish sandwich in bakersfield?

The buns could have been a little bit fresher. They seemed kinda stale. And the person taken the order could have been a lot brighter. Because every time we had repeat everything we said. And he still got it wrong
Ordered the pecan chicken sandwich one of our favorites what a disappointment not much in the way of filling, also purchased 2 salted Carmel chocolate cookies they tasted burnt, the chips were tough could not soften the cookies with liquid. Will be awhile before we return. This use to be a favorite of ours

Food was ok but I think they forgot me. Took almost 20 mins to get my food. Was ok. Seems Arby's has gone downhill. It's not like it used to be years ago. Was VERY expensive too. I'll probably not be back. Arby's used to be one of my favorites.

Good is good but ensure that of you are wanting to go get sliders for their$1 special then get there with plenty of time. Spent 15 minuets stuck in the drive thru and when I got to the speaker it was 5pm and they were silent for 3 more minuets. Asked them if the slider special was still good since they made me wait and was told "no, it lasts until 5pm". Was not happy with them to say the least. I will drive out of my way to the other Arby's because I have not had issues like this on the one on Buck Owens.
It's been a long time since i've had a roast beef sandwich from arby's. So I saw this when it decided to pull in and try it. The girl I can't remember her name. I'm sorry that took my order was very nice and helpful. Upon getting out to the seating area, there wasn't a single table that was clean. Perhaps they only go out at certain times to clean the tables. But there was only 3 tables being used. And everybody that sat down had to clean their own table. And the sandwich was just as I remember messy but good.

The food is decent, but it's way f••king over priced. The place was clean, but I think the employees could be friendlier.
Lobby doors are still locked, but have no sign saying so. I'm disabled and got out of my car to find doors locked. A sign would have been nice.
Disappointed they were out of burgers.But found out at window when I was about to pay. Did not offer suggestions just kept saying sorry out of burgers with blank stares though I ordered more than that. Yes we left without food. I have gone on 3 different occasions within a year and have always had poor customer service every time. unfriendly and lack communication skills/social skills.
Terrible experience today in the drive thru. Waited approximately 15 minutes to order. Got to the order screen and was told to pull forward to the window to order instead. Get to the window to place my order and was given the wrong bag of food. Staff stopped me as I pulled forward to return the incorrect food order. Then I was asked to pull to the front of the restaurant to wait for my actual order. After waiting 20 more minutes I finally got my order, but it did not have the sauces I requested and with the restaurant lobby doors locked there was no way for me to get staff attention without going through the drive thru again. Went here for convenience and ended up wasting 45+ minutes of my time.
This Arby's continues to confuse us. They must be having staffing issues. Sometimes they are open ...or NOT. My wife loves the food. I do NOT care for it. Well, the curly fries are ok. I just can not get my taste buds around what ever they put on the sandwiches. I have not figured it out yet. At first I thought it was the spicy mustard. Then I thought it must be bad onions. I have tried eliminating everything but the meat. Maybe they marinate the meat or maybe it is just bad.
Never had any problems with food or service. Unfortunately $17 - $20 a meal for one person is too much for fast food. Came in today and was completely ignored. No one making sandwiches, some guy slowly working the fry station. Never got acknowledged so I left. Will remember the service for next time I'm looking for a bite to eat.

At 8pm tonight, I Was in the drive thru for over 35 min! 20 min. of it was AT THE WINDOW. Only ordered 2 combos and 2 additonal items. The fries were cold and stale. Market fresh sandwhich had nothing on it but was drenched in mayo. When I pay almost $40 for 2 deli sandwhiches, a gyro, and a wrap, I expect it to be edible. This is a disgrace. WTH
Staff was nice but the prices are absurd $30 for 2 very small Beef ‘n Cheese sandwiches and a small fry?!? Not cool Arby’s I will never go to Arby’s again as long as I live… Does the pic below look like a $12 sandwich?!?
$11 dollars for this flat rubbery sandwich. Both are classics. $26 dollars for two medium meals. Food taste like it was made yesterday, fries cold and stale. Terrible.

This is my first time i get my food to go cold the employees were having fun so i dont know if it was done in purpose but for sure i am not going to return to this location ever again therefore i do not recommend this place
16 bucks a burger? Serious not eating here again. Most tables were dirty. Also for being the only people here our food took 30 minutes to get to us.
Very bad customer service I've noticed shady things going on at night at this location is someone not watching cameras in the middle of the nights I've seen then in that place with lights off around 1-3 am

We went to Arby's on Rosedale Hwy at 8:30 this evening. As we pulled into the drive through line the lights on the menu boards both went out. It wasn't possible to read the menu because it was so dark. There were 4 cars ahead of us and when I finally pulled up to the order box I had to wait 15minutes & no one came on to take my order. A car pulled in behind me and left after 10 minutes. When the car ahead of me received their order & pulled away, I still had not been ae to place my order. I pulled up to the window & no one was there. In a couple of minutes a girl appeared & asked if she could help me. I told her no one had taken my order. Her reply was " Oh the battery died on my headset & I jad to get a new battery." Does it take 15 minutes to get a new battery?! I then mentioned that we couldn't see the menu because the lights weren't on. Reply " They go off automatically at 8:30 & we don't know why." Where was the manager??!! When we finally got our food we had been in line for 40 minutes and when we got home the buns on our classic roast beef sandwiches were falling apart & we're stale. The food was also cold. We have in the past gone to the Arby's on Buck Owen's & never had cold or stale food. You need an adult manager in the evening at the Rosedale location. We will never return there & can't recommend it at all. Very disappointed in everything from service to food quality.
I've decided never to return to this Arby's location and this is due to a manager at the buck owens location. I've had 2 terrible experiences with her. How is that even possible?? Well, it is. She seems to be bossy and extremely controlling and cares nothing of customer service or whether customers return to this location. My experiences at the rosedale location are always awesome.👌 I would like the owner and store manager to know that they have lost a customer at this location due to one staff member. She has a terribly negative attitude and behaves intimidating to others. This is truly unacceptable. I do not remember her name but she has 2 first names and is Hispanic. She seems to have been there for at least 2 years. I truly hope the restaurant owner addresses her behavior.

Same size with bacon you can see and taste for $2 less per sandwich. Arby's I used to like you but the Quality to Value ratio is absolutely absurd.
Food was terrible, it was so bland and basic. It wasn’t worth paying money for. I will never go back. Everything is also overpriced, and coupons were available but the workers didn’t even offer them. Place was dirty, there was a pile of dirt and dust in the middle of the seating and for the hour that I was there nobody attempted to clean it up.
Terrible experience. Waited almost an hour for two sloppy chicken sandwiches. they weren’t even busy, In-n-out always has a huge line and I never had to wait this long. They said they "had to make more chicken" but I had to wait even longer because they gave away one of my sandwiches to someone that ordered after me. On top of that, the manager was giving me attitude after I asked THREE times for my fries and they ignored me as I was standing right in front of them. They gave me two watery milkshakes to compensate for me waiting. Whoopty doo. Never going back.
I was sad. I usually like Arby's. There were 4 cars ahead of me in the drive through at 11:55 a.m.but I didn't get to the drive though until 12:26! Apparently they were training someone. I didn't mind the wait as much as I minded that my order was cold when I got it. I had ordered 2 classic roast beef with Arby sauce, a small curly fry and a small chocolate shake. I also asked for ketchup and extra sauce since I was eating on the road. There was no sauce on my sandwiches, no ketchup in the bag. The fries were overcooked, half full, a d cold. And the shake had obviously been sitting for a while before I got it. The whipped cream had slumped into a mess oozing out of my cup. Just disappointed, but it was too much of a hassle to try and go in again to complain, because by then, the drive through and the walk up line were full.
I ordered a number 15 classic beef and cheddar. Not sure what I got but the roast beef was all ground up and tasted really weird. No cheese on it at all. I threw it away. Just hoping the one bite doesn't make me sick later.
None of the employees know the definition of respect or responsibility. The new supervisor is rude and doesn't know the meaning of team work and doesn't have high standards for his employees. There's no way this restaurant will succeed when the supervisor, management, and employees have zero respect for their jobs or each other. The food hasn't been good either. LOW STANDARDS
Service was not good, food is over priced, tables were dirty we had seriously thought about leaving, all the tables were dirty. Employees were in the back just joking around.
Cold chicken bacon Swiss, and no pretzel buns for overly expensive beer beef sandwich. Super disappointed in what is usually my favorite fast food Update. Whoops. Made the mistake of going back again (11 months later) in line for 29 min to spend $7 on a cold squished regular roast beef sandwich and cold stale potato cakes. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!
They took my order at the Drive-thru, But never came to the window 🤷♂️ May they were on break... C-Ya! Find people that want to work!
I got to the window a 4:59 after completing my order they denied the 1$ on the sliders because I completed my order after the 5:00. So I had to pay 1:79 definately wont come back to this location again.
I was really excited to try their new deluxe burger,sadly I was very disappointed the burger tasted horrible no seasoning at all it tasted like the meat was boiled 😢 I won't be going back 😢.
Lady working drive thru was very rude. Was told to hold on while it seemed like she was talking to a friend in the drive thru. I waited so long by the time she was done I was so offended by the lack of even decent customer service that I just kept going.I will never eat at their Rosedale location again.
Terribly slow. Drive thru person was oblivious to it, like a happy little sloth. Over ten minutes in line. Awful experience, and I only had one car in front of me! Never again.
I was ripped off on the driver-thru. I ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches on 01/25/25 about 10:25 AM, for which I was charged $6.50, which is the appropriate amount. When I checked my credit card statement, I immediately noticed that clerk charged me 3 times for the same order - there were two additional charges for $6.50, immediately after the original charge. I did notice during the transaction, that the clerk took a bit too long to process my card. DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU! DO NOT LET YOU CREDIT CARD OUT OF YOUR SIGHT!
Normally I love this place but this is my only way to get their attention for today. We ordered two combos and two Jamocha shakes. We pull up and there's something wrong with their systems. Okay. Not their faults...but their reactions could have been better. After five minutes they handed the card back and explained. This is where it got bad. After another five minutes they gave us our drinks....and our melted shakes. It took another ten minutes before we got our cold food because payment finally went through. No offer to remake the shakes or warm up the food. And really after ten you'd think they'd at least comp the drinks. Oh! And I'm having to do it this way because they did NOT give us a receipt so we couldn't call the customer service number to say what happened. The manager was fine. She seemed flustered and likely was too busy trying to fix the mechanical/software error than realize how long we had been waiting.
Ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger, and was totally dissatisfied. There wasn't any bacon on it, and the burger was burnt. Called the restaurant, and they said there was nothing they could do. Won't be using them again.
The wait to get our food was ridiculous but the spider webs, dirty dining room, no air conditioning ( in September), and the fact that our food was cold when we got it, just confirmed we won't be back. Such a bummer.
I went to this Rosedale Arby’s today with my kids and the whole time the short stubby manager Leo was cussing the whole time at a lady which made my kids very uncomfortable especially when we could hear Leo Cussing loudly from the dinning area I confronted him about his language in front of my children and we left before we could finish eating. This is not someone who should be in a management position and should be retrained by his supervisor
I ordered the new steak bowl with Mac n cheese,steak and onion rings . When I got my food ,I noticed that when I took a bite the Mac n cheese was frozen still. And I immediately went to manager, letting them know the situation. The manager warmed it up but I told her if I can get refund and different food because I didn't trust this Mac n cheese but she Said try the new bowl, if it's still frozen then will make you another meal. I told her thar I just want a refund,and give me a sandwich instead but refused. Pray I don't get food poisoning for this 😩
