Location was AWESOME! Got the 2 for 6 with classic roast beef and crispy chicken sandwiches respectfully. Yum! Fresh, Hot, Tasty! Staff was awesome and place was clean, clean, clean! Kudos to them!

Love the new remodeled look, super cute. I had gone on a rainy, gloomy day, and let me tell you, the service was quick and my food was HOT. quality of product never disappoints, and personnel there was friendly even the manager who came out to give us our order, nice, chill dude.
Stopped by here to pick up some regular Arby's sandwiches. Luckily they had a special 4 for ~$10. Anyway, really enjoyed the quick and customer oriented service. BTW, only the driver through is open at this time.
The drive-thru folks were helpful when my GPS lost its signal and I didn't know how to manuever thru the area to avoid traffic delays. The corned beef Reuben was was good; the curly fries were hot. Overall good experience.
Tried the Ruben which had a generous amount of corned beef, tasty sour kraut and sauce on fresh rye bread. Highly recommend the Ruben !!!
I have always liked Arby's! In San Antonio, it's a little far from home. Today everything was delicious! I had a classic roast beef - a favorite. But they have pecan chicken salad which is delicious as well. Their menu is quite varied.
Food has gone down hill but was still edible. Definitely over priced! Awesome customer service
This is an Arby's, roast beef! Like any fast food restaurant, you should know what to expect. Everyone was nice, the place was spotless! I can say this was a pleasant surprise. The condiments section was well stocked. This is just off loop 410 North on San Pedro Ave. Easy on and off the freeway. Go home happy!
I've eaten at this Arby's location for the past 15 years. I'm glad it was remodeled and certainly needed it. I loved the new hamburgers on the menu. All of the food options are good for me. My favorite is probably beef and cheddar.
Went through the drive thru and Natasha was probably the nicest fast food employee I have a encountered in a while! I went 20 minutes to close after a long day and I got my food fresh, she was very professional and prompt.

In town from Dallas. My Arby's there still hasn't opened the inside. Driver thru only. It hard to find workers there. But here they have a great counter guy. Very polite, positive and fast. The name on my ticket says Max Weiss. Great job Max.
The place was just remodel and love the new look. My family and I we been camping to this location for 27 yrs and we always get great customer service. We ware sad to know that Arby's took the loaded fries.
I have not visited an Arby's in some time. This is because there really isn't one close to where I live. I was in the area and decided to picked up some sandwiches. The server advised they have a special, which I ordered. These sandwiches are still as good as I remember and I would recommend you visit and order one for yourself. Only the drive thru was open at this time. Don't let this slow you down. The service was professional and courteous. I hope your results and enjoyment of the sandwiches are as good as mine.
This Arby's is located on San Pedro across the street from 2 car dealerships and next-door to another, close to 281. I'm not sure if all Arby's franchises are drive-up only, but this one is. I prefer to dine-in whenever possible to get a better look at menus. But I still like the typical roast beef sandwich which inspired their fast food restaurants decades ago. In the past few years, they expanded menu choices, and most recently, they are offering their own version of a hamburger. Staff at the drive-in window have always been accurate and courteous. But please open up your dining rooms again! Update, 4/16/2023. The dining rooms are open! Update, 6/18/2023. Most Sunday afternoon business I've seen in a long time. Update, 12/2/2023. Service is terrific "Donavon" always knows what my wife and I want to order before I order it.
Natasha, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful with questions I had. Djaun gladly and very nicely accommodated a specific request I had. He, along with Princess Crissy and Donna were so sweet with contagious smiles. I definitely recommend this location because the food has always been on point and the staff is very friendly!

I haven’t been to Arby’s in forever, but we stopped in and had a great experience! Everything was good, and the shift manager Aaron and rest of staff was outstanding. :)
The Cashier, I believe to be Mark per receipt, was very fast and still managed to show strong customer service skills. I believe workers with his work ethic are hardly recognized and felt compelled to leave a review. Food was good also and establishment well taken care of

I ordered delivery to my home at 5:14 PM, I live 3 miles away. They delivered to me at 5:30 PM, the fastest service I've ever seen. The Jalapeno Sliders (2) and Medium Curly Fries were absolutely fantastic. This was the BEST fast food order I've ever had. I am disabled, so I order my food for delivery and this ARBY'S is the VERY BEST!

Person taking our order at the drive thru had a lot of trouble getting our order correct. We had to explain it several times. Just got Roast beef sandwiches. 2 plain and 2 with cheese, a milkshake and 2 turnovers. Other than that, food was good, as usual. Arby's always has good food.
In a rush to get home and get some shut eye Arby's never let's me down.. the few times I've been to this location I always use drive through and I'm the only one there.. I've never experienced multiple cars in the drive thru so that's a plus.. food was Arby's you either like it or don't.. I stick with the same order so I don't disappoint myself.. 2 beef n cheddar and season curly fry and sweet tea..
Sandwiches are hearty and fresh. Amazingly served the way they are presented on TV commercials. Store clean, staff friendly, accommodating and professional. Condiments area always clean and stocked with fresh goodies and sauces. I travel quite a bit to visit this particular location! Love it! Love the people!
So whoever was working at the Arby's on San Pedro tonight deserves resignation. They said they're credit card machine was having issues; I said I could pay with some cash. When I got the total I realized I didn't have enough so I told him. I told him I could let the fries go; he said oh no worries I can adjust it, so he did! Saved a few bucks and he was super friendly. I gave him a tip - he definitely deserved it! 🙂 I still love they're roast beef sandwiches in that delicious sauce! Pecan chicken salad sandwich was ok. *I should add that I believe fast food workers should be tipped regardless. They don't make much and they work hard! Had to add my two cents! 😁

The business I work for buys lunch for us on Saturdays so it's safe to say we've had pretty much every fast food place in this area. The freaking customer service at this particular Arby's is beyond me. Seriously the BEST I have ever experienced. Natasha is just AMAZING!! Gotta love her!!! Omg it's been a while since I've been to arby's, probably 6 months now and omg the san pedro 410 location was amazing clean new and so tasty. I ordered 4 sandwiches (2) gyros, 1 ck wrap, and a philly.... and omg melted in my mouth ever morsel...I ate 3 and I'm so satisfied...drive through was amazing friendly, efficient and inviting. Valerie, keep up the awesome work restaurant and hotel industry is no joke keep your head up and you will go a long way....thank you for being kind....Go Arbys
Quickest drive through experience I’ve ever had in San Antonio. Very kind and personable person working today too! I only get curly fries from fast food joints so I’m gna be coming here now instead of jack n the box (which is usually hellllllla understaffed and slow service)
It has been years since I had Arbys, and my husband has never had it. The youngman at the register was GREAT! I haven't encountered customers service as such in a while. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but he told us to be sure to check out Buckee's. Thank you for reminding us what GREAT customer service looks like, and I hope the whole staff is the same. The food was fresh, and it was nice and clean inside off!

This is by far my favorite Arby's, the crinkle cut & seasoned curly fries are so good, made hot & fresh along with really flavourful sandwiches. The staff is quick & friendly. The environment is comfortable with great music choices as you eat.

Had a problem at the San Pedro location, reported it to Arby:s and they made good on it. It appears that they are genuinely concerned and listens when someone has a legitimate concern. Discounts for a lot with me so I'm revising my posting. Had lunch at the Bandera location today: the bathroom was spotless, the food was terrific, the people were as friendly and helpful as they could be, and the restaurant was clean and had great ambience. Great food, great people great facilities, great value!!! Try it you'll like it!!!
It's been a while since I've visited an Arby's. I was in the area and stopped in around 1pm to pick up some sandwiches. I was greeted by the staff member at the counter. She was professional, courteous and customer service oriented. I ordered my sandwiches and waited a few minutes before it was ready. During my wait, I took a few pictures of the inside of the store. I was called that my order was ready, made my way to the condiments counter and got some sauces and napkins and left. Upon getting home, I made the video and had the sandwiches. Good flavor, ample meat, and sauce. I hope that if you decide to visit this establishment that you're experiencing is good or better than mine.
Ate here for lunch here several times. Service is always top notch. I think davontae took our order a few times. He gets five stars. Food is always hot and quick. The only thing that could be improved is some days the floor is sticky

You really never see anybody eating inside of their other than the lunch rush from the businesses that are around there The environments what you can assume because of the area but the food still delicious occasionally they get lazy and mess up give you some old stuff but other than that it's Arby's they got the meats
Good burger meal was delicious! I didn't have the shake though (allergic) and there's a guy that works in the drive through who is hilarious Everytime I've went there. I can't remember his name though.
I tripped Arby's was very good. Excellent customer service even asked me if I wanted any condiments. But I took a picture of the receipt because I did order two medium fries and I only got one. Guess I'll have to check the bag all the time as usual. Everything is fresh. We'll go back again . Need more sauce on fish sandwiches. Best fish sandwiches!
Was very disappointed to hear that they removed the famous potato cakes from their menu. Food was delicious as always, however, my drink order wasn't correct and they messed up on my side items. But overall service was good. Just check your items before driving away.
Ordered at drive-through and had to park and wait for an order. Did not have the fish sandwich. No big deal but a small inconvinience. Everything else was excellent.
Can't say for other locations. But this location. Knocked it out of the park got a beef and cheddar and a gyro for 9 bucks. And it was there before I finish getting my drink. Hot and delicious. Haven't been in a long time but definitely will go back. 🤘
So everything was great except disabled accommodations. Normally, if you need a closer paper/plastic menu to see, a restaurant has something for those with visual impairments. My daughter is 15 and can't see that well. The first guy (really tall, older, didn't get his name) demeanor was oh well this board is it...then Donovan came. He didn't have accommodations per'se, but the nutritional fact sheet was as close to something. She guessed at her order. She's trying to be independent and that's not possible without proper tools. A cell phone can only go so far. We just wanted a closer menu that's it. The food was great and in the end all the kids left with full stomachs. Thanks for that.
Staff was energetic and friendly; however when I got home realized that one of my orders wasn't what I ordered. I paid for a Double and received a Classic :( Soooo sad because I love my Arby's. Food was great 😋

Food is great, the drive through workers could be nicer and more respectful. One day u get the person that doesn't listen to your order and you get the wrong thing with attitude, or you get someone that just has attitude. And once in a while you get some one that gets order right and is respectful. They say simple things like thank you, no sir or yes sir and have a nice day. I'm rating 4 as the food is good but if I was just rating service it would be less.
The person who took my order was not happy at all. I haven't been to an Arby's in over 25 years. I wanted to try their steak burger, and I could not choose between the two options, and she just seemed annoyed. The steak burger was good. Out of napkins in the lobby.
This was my first time to eat at this Arby's. I had the fish deluxe sandwich combo. The trick here is to order the small size combo. That way you pay what it shows up on the board. I made the mistake of saying medium and it was about $2 higher. The drinks are free refills and the size difference between a small and medium fries is not that much. The reason I gave them four stars is because they did not bring the food out to me like the cashier said they would. Why would you give somebody a number to put on your table if it weren't that they were going to bring it to you? Instead, they called my number and made me go up and get it. Then I noticed every once in a while they would bring the food out to people. So I'm not sure what's going on here? The food was not that bad though. It's what you would expect at Arby's. Next time I go, I'm going to clarify with the cashier whether or not they're going to bring the food out to me or do I need to listen for my number.
The food was hot and the service was really good. Better table maintenance could have been done by the staff. There was no paper towels in the men's restroom. Apparent that hourly checks weren't being done. Overall a nice meal. However, exiting their parking lot had to go the opposite direction. The traffic light never changed.
Arby's prices of God up steadily over the years but still has consistent quality. Two employees were unaware of drinks they had available or prices for the drinks until put into the register. Customer service overall was pretty good. Quick turnaround on food and they call it out by name

Party of 2 on a Monday at 1200. A handful of people already seated. We were second in line to order. Service was friendly and quick. Some trash on the floor and tables. Food was overall fine, but the curly fries were not particularly hot and the beef/cheddar didn't have a lot of cheddar on it compared to other Arbys.
We went late afternoon No customers except us in drive thru and inside. Curly Fries were cold and tasted like they were from day before. Ended up throwing large order in trash. Sandwiches were good.
Service is okay. Staff is not real friendly. We love their cherry turnovers but, without fail, they are always out when we order them. Our fry containers are never filled properly and are rarely fresh. Needs improvement.
Food was fresh and really good. Staff was friendly. But omg go through the drive through and don't look inside. The place is super dirty I can't even. I honestly wanted to walk right out after seeing the dining room. Believe you me I have very low standards but for a food establishment there should be SOME standards. I'd say the employees were just slacking off but a lot of it was build up. (Only some pictures to give an idea.) On a side note though food was delicious, fresh, and quick :) I'm trying not to think about the state of the kitchen.
Nice to see this location get a whole new building. Maybe the AC is coming soon. Maybe its out. Staff was friendly. Sandwich was cold. Looks like they had premade some sitting under the lights. Liked the mozz sticks.
Their buffalo chicken wrap is just so good! The beef and cheddar sandwiches are also good and my usual go to, but lately I've been all about the wraps. The customer service has been pretty decent most times as well. No complaints here.
I used to be a regular at Arby's for many years. Ate there the other day for the first time in a while. The classic sandwich which used to be about the size of a Whataburger is now the size of a kids burger. It was sloppily put together and although the taste is the same which is good it was very small compared to the way they used to be. But the fries were fresh and everything was nice and hot.
Loved the Arby's & chedder But they changed the sauce. Tangy, sweet & alittle bitter did not like it. They need to go back to original sauce it worked for almost forty years. Cherry turnover for the sweet tooth, still the same. Dip sandwich for Hubby. If they change the Au jus sauce that's it for us . Our location on San Pedro has good customer service.
Usually have a good experience here, but that wasn't the case today. It took several minutes to even get acknowledged, and instead of an apology, just asked what I wanted; no greeting (I was the only person in the place at the time). They took my order, came out quick. My fries (curly) were just one or two curls, the rest just pieces, and they were cold. My beef and cheddar was piled in the center, so I had to spread it out so I could get bites of beef on each bite. Very sloppy. I was very disappointed, since my previous visits were nice with hot food and friendly service. Not this time.
Used to be my favorite restaurant, my mother showed me. I feel the quality has gone down. Meat is not as fresh anymore.
I asked for some ketchup because the cashier didn't ask if we need anything else.she gave us our order and shut the window right away.i look in the bag before leaving and no ketchup, the cashier was there by window with her back facing the window. I honk and honk she wouldn't turn around,I also tap on window few times she still didn't turn around until one of employees saw me knocking on drive thru window. I told her didn't get any ketchup and she only gave me three of them,I ask for more like she had a attitude and didn't say anything just shut the window.i guess they don't care since they don't own the business.

Been here a few times to try it out. We had coupons and appreciated the "value menu" for a time. It has a pretty bad smell whether you go inside the lobby or through the drive thru window. The staff seems okay. My fries were a bit soft instead of crispy. And the sauces ALWAYS have old crusty sauce on them. Whhhhyyy???!
Placed an order here for a family request and my goodness the older blonde lady couldn't be any more dull than the rings on her finger. Just tired voice no customer service skills. She should quit like alot of people who are lazy and don't love their life they ruin others for no reason. Be thankful you have a job.
Went to the drive thru. Order was taken correctly but put together wrong. Perhaps if the staff would start reading the order, they would stop making mistakes and loosing customers. The manager offered coupons for their mistake.
2023 May 4th.......The young man at the order station (receipt at 12:14 pm shows Donovan D) he was so great.....Super customer service......i hadn't been in almost two years but was cravin a Reuben. Also saw on the menu that they stopped serving potato cakes and mentioned it......Donovan was so sweet to ask if they still had any left from a shipment they got by accident and i got so lucky....... The building had been remodeled since my last visit....looked new and clean....but the A.C. wasn't that good....very humid in there OMG....wont go during summer......Thanks to Donovan for being such a great help.....hard to find that these days in fast food...... The food was hot & fresh too. 2021 ....Disappointed in the bourbon beef sandwich....very little beef...super small sandwich ....the sauce is so liquidy runny so at the first bite it went everywhere.....potato cakes always rock .....sandwich sucked.
After a long frustrating day, I decided to treat myself to some Arby's as I hadn't been in a while. The lady in the drive thru was rude and short with me, and then they got my order entirely wrong which I didn't notice until I got home and it's pouring rain so I'm not driving back, super annoying. On a more positive note, the new Oreo bites are pretty delicious.
I went to the drive-thru last night at exactly 10pm (They close at 11pm). The employee tells me, "All we have is roast beef." Fine. I tried ordering the French roll. Then he says, "We don't have any Au Ju". So that basically tells me, the employees wanted to go home early, and just STOPPED making everything else on the menu. I completely understand starting to close up shop 15-30 minutes before closing.... BUT AN ENTIRE HOUR? Pure laziness.
They got my order wrong so I was missing a sandwich, had to drive all the way back to get it. Once I was there, they had a full discussion as to where my sandwich was. After 8 min they decided to make another one. They gave it to me and said "well sorry have a nice day" There was no little treat for having to drive back there, would have been nice to have a discount at least something. By the time I got back to my office I noticed the fries were cold 🙄🙄🙄 And I only had 3 min left on my break to eat.
For the first time in SA, someone made me feel so so bad! You want to know Why? Because I'm a Latin person. :( Anyways, the gyro was delicious!
Have been there 4 times and they got the order right 1 time.. each time i go i get the 2 fish sandwich special and ask for extra sauce on the sandwich only one time has the sandwich had extra sauce. ..once they did not put any sauce on it.. i ask for a cherry pie and got home with an apple pie..not once but twice this has happened. . The counter help is very friendly and nice..but apparently do not pay attention to the order
Nasty establishment, period. I was just there and stood in line for 10 minutes and never had my order taken. I was also the only one in line as well. Lady at the counter only seemed to be interested in hooking up a fellow employee with food instead of waiting on a paying customer. Staff members were sleeping in the booths, doors were propped open, no a/c and the entire place smelled like stale urine. Completely disgusted!
First time I went there to try their fish sandwich on my lunch break. I cannot get no help so I went back another day give them another chance now they went up on their fish sandwich I will never go back to Arby’s again
Fellow behind the counter needs a lot more customer service training!! I ordered a sandwich and a strawberry lemonade and given a cup I put ice in the cup and returned to the counter to have it filled then he tells I can't put it in that cup now showing me a plastic cup, I let know you gave me the cup!!! He proceeds to tell me "Well I can't put it in that cup", I let him know that this was very poor services I just wanted a lemonade, and WALKED AWAY, this fellow never even tried to do the right thing. Very disappointing to say the least.
I went through the drive through and the young lady who served me my food had no personality whatsoever. She did not smile or say anything friendly. The food is just okay to begin with. And when the service sucks, it makes the whole experience bad. You would think at lunch time, they would put somebody in the window with personality and liked there job.. Bye Arby's, you have lost me, my family and friends. Train your employees or find people that love what they do...
I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches to go and they were the soggiest sandwiches we have ever eaten. The bread was wet, the patties tasted like they had been frozen and not cooked properly, they were hard too. It was disgusting, a very bad experience, which is sad cause I've been here many times and never got anything remotely as bad as this. It used to be very good but I guess I won't be coming back after this bad experience.
Girl (Natasha) at the register was very rude. Totally unprofessional needs to go back to training or get fired. I’m usually don’t leave these kind of reviews, but she was horrible. Our order was wrong and when I tried to explain to her and wasn’t even finished talking she shut the drive-through window in my face then had another employee come out and give me my order and he said he didn’t know anything and was told just to take the food out 🤬
My daughter visited this Arby's on Monday. She received her food but they forgot to give her the drinks and her receipt. She called the Arby's and the manager apologized and left her name so she could come back anytime and get her drinks. She went back today and the manager told her no he was not giving her her drinks and was very rude and disrespectful. She wasn't asking for food or some big order. Just her drinks she paid for. She even showed him her bank account the transaction and location. She even showed him the phone # on her phone showing she had called the Arby's and he said she was lying. This is horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Arby's you I can do better. It was 2 drinks. The manager felt it was a better option to lose a customer. Do not visit this Arby's!!!
Ordered three classic sandwiches and three cups of cheese. Received three sandwiches with cheese on them and only one side of cheese. Didn’t get what I paid for and got cheese on sandwiches I didn’t ask for. Just fulfill the order as ordered and don’t try to guess what I want.
Restaurant closed an hour and a half early tonight. Manager said he wanted to go home early. That really kind of sucked
Went for a quick lunch and got my order placed there’s some little kid at the window with a nasty attitude with dreads. I usually never complain but when I ask for something simple as if the bag has ketchup, a yes or no would be nice. I forget why I don’t usually get fast food but I just got a stare when I asked and acting like a sassy girl he rolls his eyes at me and says nothing. That tone was not deserved. I reacted back and noticed he just closes the window. Just a heads up if you go through the drive through.
Terrible customer service. I very politely told the young man while I was at the window that it was very hard to hear him. He told me that the headphones were charged and that was the best it would be. However the microphone was 6 inches away from his face and the man was very standoffish about it. Ok, let me break it down: [Service:] I ordered a French dip meal with curly fries, replaced the Swiss with cheddar, and a chicken sandwich at the drive thru. Whoever was taking the order sounded very dissatisfied with their life or with working at Arby's, which occurs as odd to me, because of my either generous or biased assumption that Arby's tends to not be busy. I didn't have the order total read back to me, and neither my order. I also wasn't asked for the size of the drink or fries. [Food:] I started out with my chicken sandwich. Upon taking my first bite, I was surprised to be met with only the breading and other ingredients, no chicken getting involved in the bite. I was dissatisfied so I went for another bite right toward the middle of the sandwich or wherever I felt the chicken might be more prominent. I then was met with great resistance, and a horrible shock. I opened up the sandwich to get a better grasp of what the hell was happening to me, and I found what I could only describe as a pathetic and disgusting rubber puck of horribly mishapen and partially breaded chicken. In the attached photo, I very generously lined up the puck with the remainder of the sandwich in a way that makes it look like it "fits" but I assure you that this is not what I got straight out of the wrapper. This is without a doubt in my mind the single WORST EVER chicken sandwich I have EVER had. Onto the French dip. The sandwich itself was alright, maybe a bit mediocre even by my Arby's standards. The "dip" was terrible. I ate the sandwich without it because it's bitter and just straight up I cannot describe its taste as anything else but "bad". The form factor of the sandwich was pretty small and there wasn't enough meat to make up for it. The curly fries were as good as usual, but I did get a lot of small and thin crispy "bit" ones. What really sealed the deal though was the fry I saved for last, which I was amazed to find was a rather large curly fry with a smaller long curly fry inside of it. The smaller long one that was inside of it was raw and crunchy because that's how fries work; if you fry a thick fry for the same amount of time as all the other regular fries, it's not going to turn out right. My drink was as good as any other fast food place so I'm not really factoring that in, except for the way too much ice they gave me, which took up all the space in the cup and I was left with not much to drink. That's my fault though, I guess, because I couldn't (manage to bring it into my mind to ask because of how sidetracked I was with making sure I at least get the right order, or to) muster the gall to ask whatever miserable employee to also not add ice to the drink. The absolute nail in the coffin about this though? The cherry on top to what has been and has been reinforced as a horrible day? 17 DOLLARS. And that's WITH a military discount too. It was on its way to being a full 20 bucks. Unbelievable. Really really unbelievable. If I go to a different location and it's the exact same experience, I'll keep this as a 2 star because then I'll know it's not this location's fault (I guess), but if I go to a different location and it's significantly better, I'm going to a full 1 star, marking this as the single worst fast food location and experience I've ever had in San Antonio (or of all time) thus far.
Flat out worst excuse for a sandwich. My $$ would have been better spent getting a Triple Patty Bacon Cheese combo at Whataburger down the street. Look at the pic of the sandwich from their website, then compare to what I got. I doubt it even had 2 ozs of sliced brisket. The meat was gray and not "smoked" looking either.
Terrible. The floors seemed as if they mopped it with Coke.. super nasty. Stains all over, dust everywhere (hoping it was dust vs mold) the walk out of the store is stained black from how nast the floors are inside. Soda was flat as a piece of plywood, cheese everywhere but in my sandwich. And then 15 minutes after eating my insides went crazy.... I will never go to an Arby’s again. Soo bad. I understand its a cheap meal but still. It may be overkill to some but I prefer to eat at a half way decent clean place.
