Made a quick stop in after a medical appointment before a long drive home. First, the 4 star was only because the location wasn't taking online orders, though the reason why I can only assume was the establishment only had three workers. Anyhow, aside from that, the rest of the experience was great. The staff was friendly and efficient in spite of only being three workers strong. The restaurant was clean, well lit, and inviting. The food was on point. Personally, I ordered their number 7 for the first time and LOVED it. If you're hankering for sub, you can't go wrong trying here.

By far the best sandwiches out of any chain sandwich restaurant. The only place in the area that may be close in quality and taste is Kohnen's in Tehachapi and that is specifically a bakery. The bread has a thin crust and is soft with a fresh taste. The meats, cheeses and veggies are full of flavor and very fresh. I recommend to "Jimmy it up" on any Sandwich you order. Happy to finally have a JJ in Bakersfield.

We've been close to a dozen times now driving from the Northwest area of town bc its just that good. I love the bread and it makes for the perfect sandwich. Went in today 5-26 and the worker's were all polite as usual, store was clean as always and the sandwiches didn't disappoint. I got the #16 as a Giant bc my son always says the regular just isn't big enough 😆. I tried the #13 and added some different toppings. I love using the app because I got the free bag of chips today.

Great location. You step outside and you see clean new-build homes with beautiful mountains in the background. The establishment was very clean. It’s part of a cute little strip mall that felt very safe and orderly. It was very dreamy eating here on a nice, 65 degree sunny day. Perfection!

Literally my favorite sandwich spot. I would get so excited to go to Fresno so we could eat at Jimmy John's and yall have no idea how happy I am to have one in town finally ! This place takes the cake seriously subway and jersey Mike's who ??? The employees are so friendly and nice when walking I love being greeted. Free smells are soooo worth it cuz that bread is just down right amazing. Thank u for coming to bakersfield

Fire. Jimmy Johns is known for their accurac, Fast paced, Fast delivery, Fast sandwhich making. This location did not disappoint. Ive eaten here multiple times as I live nearby. My wife and I both enjoy the food and the service. Thank you! Everyone should be checking this location out.

Great food. Probably my all-time favorite is the JJ Gargantuan. Highly recommend. If you can't go big. The Vito would be a close second. Thank you for coming to Bakersfield Jimmy John's, my family and I love you.

Great place turkey sandwich is amazing and I love their jalapeno chips . First jimmy johns in Bakersfield so it's bound to be busy especially during weekends so let's give them a break for now. I feel like the two bad reviews they got aren't really a good representation since they are still getting started.

It's an ok sandwich, but nothing special and definitely not worth the price.

The sandwich that I ordered was the Cubano and it skimpy on the ham, Unlike other sandwich shops. It did have a lot of pickles and plenty of bacon though. I would give it at 7 1/2 out of 10

The establishment is clean, my complaint is the amount of meat and ingredients they put in the sandwiches. They pile a lot of mayonnaise and the bread is tasteless. They only offer provolone cheese, which is weird for a sandwich shop. I hope they read this review and step their game up with the ingredients.

I simply ordered a regular sandwich and they removed items that normally come free (ie lettuce and tomato)... I asked for extra mayo and oregano. Jimmy Johns in any other state has always got my order right. Sad.

My 1st time and I was so excited. The bread is delicious but for the price I was HIGHLY disappointed. I ordered a turkey sandwich and the was literally 3 thin slices of meat.. like what?!?!?! I'll never go back. I should've stuck with jersey mikes!!!!

I was so excited to finally have Jimmy John’s in town! We went in to have our “usual” sandwiches and was surprised with they didn’t have any turkey. What sandwich shop doesn’t have turkey?! They need to figure out their ordering. Since the majority of their sandwiches have turkey, they might want to rethink their ordering. We ordered tuna instead and 🤮 that was the most disgusting tuna I’ve ever had. It smelled so awful that I ended up eating only the bread and cheese.
