The young man that was the cashier was so nice. He made sure to check on orders and keep letting people know their order was coming up. I definitely would return to this Wing Stop.
Food is good but the staff is kinda slow more like they take their sweet time talking. Not sure if the female manager is still at this location but she was very helpful and nice. They need to learn from her.

A lot of people come here for the wings but let me tell you about the Cajun corn! It is so good, it’s high quality corn. It’s a very good side in my opinion and you should try it out. My only issue is that the pieces are very small, and it’s pricey. But so so good!

The wait times and services have improved really good. a couple months ago they use to take forever to make orders, but now it looks like they got a really good system going on! good job!

Food was excellent as always staff was friendly, we ordered our meal online and went to the store when the time said, once we got there we had to wait another 20 minutes for the food. Several orders were filled for customers who walked in and ordered after us. Otherwise it was great food and friendly staff
The girls that work here are pretty good, they're polite and courteous. The guys on the other hand are totally rude. The guy taking my order was more focused on what was on TV then getting my name right. Then they were in the back texting. Seriously avoid this place if you see it full of dudes

Wings day 7/29/24. Extremely backed up as expected due to the promo, but the employees did their best and were working hard. The person who I assume was the manager kept on a smile even though there were 20+ people waiting in the store. I think corporate should have a limit to the number online orders for each timeframe because it’s not realistic for the employees to push out this quantity of orders accurately and with quality.

I've been coming to this Wingstop for 10 years. Now, it's almost a joke. Don't even try to call... They ask to put you on hold... Wait for 14 minutes... Then they hang up on you. And this has happened multiple times. The food is always good! Love the mango and Cajun boneless. The fries are great! But simply can not do this anymore. I live 4 minutes away, but due to the lack of customer service, I will have to start getting my wings elsewhere.
Wings were great, wait time was around 25 minutes and fries were way over cooked. We ordered 2 meals with drinks and paid around $28. Cashier was friendly and even though the were busy they were helpful. Didn't complain about the fries because we didn't want to wait another 25 minutes.
I ordered my food and paid extra to have it delivered. They use doordash and they said my order would be delivered at 8:20pm. Every time I checked doordash for delivery, my time kept getting latter. I finally got my food 1 hour and 20 minutes later. My food was cold and tasted like crap. They need to stop using doordash and go another route. If not, I am not going to be using their delivery service again.

3127 Baldwin Park. The guy cashier at this location is horrible. He has no clue about customer service. I noticed that everyone else working at this location feel intimidated by him; they let him run the show that's how intimidate he is and looks like. He's the big tall guy. Today was the second time I had to deal with him. I gave him my name and he said, I don't have nothing here with that name after checking the bags. I was like really? He didn't try at all to help me, so I stepped out side and after checking that I called the right location I when back. At this time the rude cashier was on the fryer, so I talked to this other guy and I'm no lying when I say that he was afraid to help. I told him what I ordered and he found me. Finally I can eat! Moral of the story WINGSTOP CEO. Stop employing people like this. Life is hard enough, and having to deal with people like this employee it's just unfair, specially if I'm paying for my food. Also how hard it must be to work with this individual, oh God no! Like I said Life is hard enough.
usually everytime I order wing stop they have always gotten my order wrong, I've been going to this location for 6 years and each time they've gotten it wrong. Yet I've given them more chances, but this was my breaking point. As soon as I got home I opened the wings, to which I ordered two 10 wings, one Hawaiian and the other original spicy. In total they were supposed to be twenty wings, but they were only around 15 in total. To include, they were for my family, we were surprised when it turned out to be mango habanero and some random dry flavor. They had no flavor and they were skinny, it's like we were eating the leftovers. I will not be coming back to the location due to how much frustration I've gone through.
I went in on Friday 3/19. I ordered online I waited 25 mins to go and pick up my order. I arrived to pick up my order customer service cashier Adrian had a bad attitude. Stated my order was not ready and go outside to wait 10 mins. I waited outside 15 mins. The person who was in front of me that ordered there got there food and left. I went back inside to ask how is it that I have not received my food and ordered almost 30 mins before that customer ordered. He was already upset he received a call and was looking at me as if he wanted to kill me. Talking on the phone looking dead at me. I proceeded to ask him can I help him and why was he staring at me like that. He said your looking at me so I'm going to do it right back. I was shocked of the behavior he was portraying working for a establishment. I then asked again for my food. Additional 15 mins passed I went back outside and went back in upset at this point. My food was sitting for who knows how long. I asked Adrian can I speak to a manager. Mind you he ran to the back to get manager one female manager told the other male manager Chris to come talk to me. I proceeded to ask Chris I don't want to talk to you with Adrian right in back of you with that kind of disrespectful behavior. He the manager tells me We're to busy basically saying I don't want to hear it. I don't understand what's going on at this place. I then called to speak to store manager or general manager two days later to bring this to there attention. The GM manager Alvaro has the same kind of I don't care attitude as his associates. I was telling him the story and tells me all I hear from you is blah blah blah. I'm so upset over my whole experience abs to pay almost 30$ for cold food and to have the GM not care to even listen to what I had to go though is insane. Don't trust there people with your food
I ordered 3 total times from wingstop within the time span of 2 months. The first time i ordered wings and fries. the fries came undercooked and soggy. They were soaked in grease. The second time I ordered. The chicken was so good. And I said to myself that i would order again. and that this makes up for the soggy fries. This time when i ordered which was today. I ordered from doordash so I was able to get my 29 Dollars back. I ordered 2, 7 piece tenders and they were burnt to the point where the ends were over cooked and to hard to eat. You can hear them CRUNCHING in your mouth I get that they are breaded but they arent supposed to sound like you are eating corn nuts. If you want food that is well done and cooked correctly make sure you mention that you want them cooked correctly. Or you'll get soggy fries and burnt wings.
I have been to this location twice and both times they got my order wrong. When I contacted the manager they were trying to refuse correcting my order. I ate none of the wings and had not even left the parking lot. Manager told me to go to another wingstop from now on. There phone has so much background noise they cannot even hear what you are ordering. I have contacted corporate. Worst treatment I have ever had at fast food and I am 55 years old. Wingstop you have my contact info. I suggest you review how your employees treat your customers.
Bad customer service accused of using fake bill without any proof or without taking any precautions to prove the bills were counter fit . He Tried to steal the money ripped the money said he isn’t giving me anything back and he called the police , police arrived and Michael Diaz couldn’t prove to the police the bills were fake . He Said the store didn’t have ways to prove the bills were fake other than him saying they were. He refused to test the money and give me service . The police officer returned the money Michael Diaz tried to steal what am I supposed to do with ripped money that your employee choose to rip he defamed my character and accused me of things he could not prove . Wing stop should not hire unprofessional employees who don’t follow protocol you CANNOT accuse someone of a counterfeit bill rip customers money and yell at a customer with NO PROOF police report was filed and legal action will be taken

If you order online, they will not start your order till you arrive and present them ID and Credit/Debit Card used. Don’t bother ordering here for a quick lunch or to pick up food. Go else where, food takes forever even after you present them your info. Horrible service and attitude from workers.
Order arrived on time. But the food was horrible!! They over cooked the fries! They were rock hard and not even soft and they didn’t have any season! The wings were over cooked as well! They were too crunchy, the sauce was cold! It’s like they didn’t even warm up the sauce! Everything was horrible!
Do not bother. It took over minutes to get our order of 15 wings and fries. The lemon pepper wings we got (1/2 our order) were way too salty. Had upset stomach all night. Never waited so long for wings or paid some much salty wings. Never coming back.
Expect long wait time. Other wingstop have your meal ready within reasonable time, however in 1 incident I waited over an hour just to get me meal. Second, good luck getting the district manager Ibarra to handle your complaint professionally and follow through.
Everytime I come here they always get my order wrong! After I’m already setttled into my home. To have to get my toddler back in the the car n drive all the way back for them to fix my order! Ridiculous!! Hate that this is the only one near my house.
People who work here are very rude. No customer service whatsoever. Seems like they just hire whoever. I think the person who took my order was Erin. I also noticed they kind of discriminate against you if you're not hispanic. I will take my money elsewhere.
Ordered, waited 40 min and they forgot about my order. So then I said I needed to cancel order. It took them 20 more minutes just to get my refund back!. 1 hr wasted for nothing. Plenty of other customers with the same exact problem I had!
The kids working the counter take forever to take a order & always make mistakes. The attitude the answered me back with was hirable, young girl kept looking at me and talking to me aggressive. I was polite & calm the whole time. The same thing happend again on Oct 23, 2023! The managment sucks here
I ordered on August 22 2021 around 10:20pm and was not satisfy because I ordered two all-bundle which included 16 boneless chicken, 6 chicken tenders, 4flavors, 3dips, and fries/veggies. They had my chicken tenders wrong because I ordered two different flavors on my chicken tenders and only received one flavor. Not only were they the write flavor but they weren't even tenders. They were very small and looked like small pieces of boneless chicken. The chickens were very cold and had too much lemon pepper sauce, like they were drenched in sauce, literally. This was my only issues I was not satisfy and I want a refund for atleast the chicken tenders.
Apart from the terrible customer service, they often mess us my order. It seems that all the workers are high not taking anything serious. They ran out of fries at 10pm. They wouldn’t give another customer a refund after this because they needed a manger to make a refund… and when I got my coke from the soda machine, it ended up being cherry or Diet Coke in the “coke” spot. This place has always been bad but it just gets worst with time. Definitely won’t go to this location (or any) for that matter. It’s so expensive to deal with such disappointment each time.
What is the point of ordering online if they will not start on your order till they can verify your credit card and id. Then i had to wait another 30mins for my order because they forgot to start working on it,after i brought it to their attention. Didnt even get an apology. Pick another wingstop to go to if you can.
I give this place 1 Stars because I have to put a star. If I could I would not give them a single star. They werent taking any walk in orders and only phone or online service. Called and got placed on whole for longer than 15min all while downloading the app, ordering online and going to pick up my food while still on hold on the phone. While I was waiting for my food I can see the ladies in the front just putting callers on hold and going back to talking and laughing amongst each other, meanwhile customers were extremely upset at the service. One of the employees who was just standing around talking while phones and callers were put on hold was Bailey. After this experience I realized I am better of driving further to get my food at another location just to receive better service. Would love to come back as soon as they hire responsible employees who care about quality service.
This review is for the service of wing stop. First came in only 2 people allow inside at a time. Outside was so hot with no shade. They should at least leave a tent outside for their customer if they want us to wait outside. Then the menu it is higher price than they have on their app. I ask her and she said she dont know. So i made an order on the app and waited to pick up my order. So of course they ask me to go outside in the sun again to wait for my order. She give me an attitude because i also want to claim my free fries for my birthday. Seriously i paid for my food but feel like im coming to ask for free food.
The usual terrible service. All those people that gave it 4 or 5 stars probably didn't go there for dinner. Ordered on line and of course ran out of thighs and didn't bother to tell me for an hour. Asked for my money back and won't get it 3-5 days. They don't care how they treat you cause they're so busy. Eventually the bad service will catch up to them.

I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. I placed my order online and was charged $60 right away. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that my order hadn’t gone through on their end. I waited for 45 minutes, but no one communicated this issue beforehand, and I was left with nothing to show for the money I had already paid. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem concerned about resolving the situation. I understand mistakes can happen, but not even an apology or a solution was offered. Paying $60 for nothing after waiting for 45 minutes is incredibly disappointing. I won’t be returning, and I would advise others to be cautious about ordering here online.

After placing my order with Alexis, we waited over 30 minutes without receiving our food. When Alexis finally checked in with us, it turned out that my order never got made because she didn’t take my name when I ordered with her at the register. At this point, it's now been 40 mins and my hungry kids and I just wanted to leave. The employees were trying to help fix the situation, but Alexis had absolutely nothing to say. She completely ignored the situation, didn’t even offer an apology, and left her team to clean up her mistake. Not cool at all. Initially, I was told I couldn’t get my money back because my receipt didn’t have a name on it. After some back and forth, they eventually refunded me in cash. This location clearly needs to train their employees better. I understand mistakes happen, we are human, but it's unacceptable, especially when they leave customers waiting for so long and create unnecessary hassle. I rarely leave bad reviews -if any- but I felt I had to share my experience. Sadly, after reading other reviews, it’s clear that this location really needs to try harder. I want to start off by saying if there was a rating lower than 1 star that would be my rating for this wingstop location in Baldwin Park. On 09/28/2024 i placed an order online, when I got home and began to eat I noticed the wings had feathers. Due to several wings still having feathers I was disgusted and lost my appetite, immediately called wingstop to ask for a refund. I was instructed to bring the food back, which I did and I was given a receipt indicating my order had been VOIDED. A few days after I realized my money had to not reflected back to my account and called the wingstop. The staff member informed me that it could take 5-10 business days to see the money, so I waited but no money was returned to my account. I called wingstop once more and asked to speak to a manager and it was nearly impossible to get a hold on her. I filled a complaint form online, and shortly after the Manager Connie reached out, she was very apologetic about the incident and informed me I would be get my reimbursement soon. Unfortunately I did not get my money back and I only had a credit of $15 pending on my account, which was not even half of the money I spent. At this point I went to wingstop to speak to the manager in person, but there was nothing she could do and I asked for the district managers information. Connie the manager then called the district manager on her phone and spoke to him/ her. The district manager refused to speak to me and refused to give me his/ her information and did not allow for the manager to give me my money back. I can now see where the lack of management of this store comes from. The district manager does not care, and the line staff have followed to model the same behavior. This is an embarrassment to the rest of the company, it makes me wonder what other steps this store skips. Do they clean these wings properly? Because I have contacted other wingstops and verified that the wings may have feathers and they need to be cleaned and plucked before cooked. This store cares about quantity before quality. I will say thank you for manager Connie on 10/11/2024 the day i went to the store. Connie tried help me resolve the problem, unfortunately her district manager does not support her and has left her to deal with all the problems. That day she was working the line, the store was packed and her district manager did not care to step up and do her job since she was doing staff line work. What an embarrassment. I will be contacting the corporation and health and safety department. All I wanted was my money, but clearly this store is in need of some serious inspection and better upper management.
I placed a to-go order on Wednesday at about 2 pm for work to be picked up the following day at 11:15… the total being about $120. I get a call on Thursday at 10:15, 1 hour before my pick up time stating they need me to go in to show my credit card before they can start the order… what’s the point of a to-go order than!?!?. I asked to speak to a manager, no one available… a shift lead comes on the line and is nicer but cannot do anything. The unprofessional person that called me gets back on the line and states they cannot make any exception and will not start order until I get there to show card so now I’m stilling here waiting for my order - ahead of time and pick up time useless. He also stated he couldn’t be on the line with me much longer because they were busy but what does he think I was… busy at work also!!! And to my surprise, I get here and not one customer in the store. If that was their policy state it on the website or call me right after I place the order… not one hour beforehand.- ridiculous!!! Also, I asked for the names of the people I spoke with and according to the rude individual per their policy they cannot provide their name - funny! I do not recommend this store!!!!
The associates here at this store shouldn't say every order will be done in 15 mins. We ended up waiting 45mins and watched other people who ordered after us get their food. This location is whack.

They literally make my garlic parm wings mixed with my hot wings and the rude manager on the phone wants me to drive back instead of giving me credit. Had placed an order at 4:32 p.m order was suppose to be ready at 5. Then I received the order at 5:08 , which was 8 minutes past the time which is fine but then once I got home and looked at my order I was missing an entire 8 pc meal , therefore i went back to show them the order on my email so they can make the meal again. We'll to top it off they still gave me the incorrect items after messing up the order not once but twice..
I ordered 10 pcs combination of parmesan cheese n lemon pepper flavors. Got home and they only gave me 9 pieces. My chicken was swimming in oil and only noticed when I got home. Didn't bother to check my order. Fully disappointed. The chicken wings were not freshly cooked Its hard and dry. I just wasted my $20+ for an order that was not picked up by a customer. Not coming back again. What a big disappointment 😞
HORRIBLE! Drive the extra distance for another location. I've been coming to this location for over 10 yrs. For the past 5 yrs, my order has been wrong every single time I order from this location. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt and go ahead and order knowing it's a 50/50 chance of my order being right. As paying customers, we shouldn't be feeling like this when spending almost $20. Today, was the last time I order from here. My order was wrong in two ways. I ordered Cajun traditional and garlic parm traditional. When I checked the wings in the store, I noticed I was given original hot not Cajun. This happens everytime (that's why I check the wings, everytime). They said sorry and added the Cajun seasoning. Then I get home and noticed my fries had no fry seasoning 🤦♀️. Like really? I shouldn't have to be checking every single item, every single time. The cooks should produce orders correctly, it's their job. I was contemplating on calling to complain, but what made me decide to call was the money I just wasted for my meal to be wrong. I called and asked for the manager and was transfered to Michael. I explained to him what happened and he mentioned "Oh Yeah we're sorry, we noticed after the Uber left you were given the wrong order. " I said I wasn't the Uber order that I was a personal pickup order. I was baffled at how this location is constantly producing wrong orders and shrugging it off like it's no big deal. Michael then apologized and said he will have a talk with the cooks and ended the conversation with "hope you have a good day." He didn't offer anything in compensation for my troubles and dissatisfaction. He could've offered a free order of veggies at least, but nope. I do not understand how this location is still in business. With this said, I hope that my unfortunate experience helps you guys save some trouble and $. Don't order from here.

Due to several wings still having feathers I was disgusted and lost my appetite, immediately called wingstop to ask for a refund. I was instructed to bring the food back, which I did and I was given a receipt indicating my order had been VOIDED. A few days after I realized my money had to not reflected back to my account and called the wingstop. The staff member informed me that it could take 5-10 business days to see the money, so I waited but no money was returned to my account. I called wingstop once more and asked to speak to a manager and it was nearly impossible to get a hold on her. I filled a complaint form online, and shortly after the Manager Connie reached out, she was very apologetic about the incident and informed me I would be get my reimbursement soon. Unfortunately I did not get my money back and I only had a credit of $15 pending on my account, which was not even half of the money I spent. At this point I went to wingstop to speak to the manager in person, but there was nothing she could do and I asked for the district managers information. Connie the manager then called the district manager on her phone and spoke to him/ her. The district manager refused to speak to me and refused to give me his/ her information and did not allow for the manager to give me my money back. I can now see where the lack of management of this store comes from. The district manager does not care, and the line staff have followed to model the same behavior. This is an embarrassment to the rest of the company, it makes me wonder what other steps this store skips. Do they clean these wings properly? Because I have contacted other wingstops and verified that the wings may have feathers and they need to be cleaned and plucked before cooked. This store cares about quantity before quality. I will say thank you for manager Connie on 10/11/2024 the day i went to the store. Connie tried help me resolve the problem, unfortunately her district manager does not support her and has left her to deal with all the problems. That day she was working the line, the store was packed and her district manager did not care to step up and do her job since she was doing staff line work. What an embarrassment. I will be contacting the corporation and health and safety department. All I wanted was my money, but clearly this store is in need of some serious inspection and better upper management.
The associates here at this store shouldn't say every order will be done in 15 mins. We ended up waiting 45mins and watched other people who ordered after us get their food. This location is whack.
Usually I LOVE this location. Last night though after eating one of their boneless combos I got a raging case of food poisoning. They were the only thing I ate yesterday so all signs point to them. Be wary of this location.
Only giving this a 1 star bc I have to rate otherwise they would be getting 0 stars. Management here sucks! They literally make my garlic parm wings mixed with my hot wings and the rude manager on the phone wants me to drive back instead of giving me credit. She didn’t want to give me her name or anything.she was so rude and didn’t handle anything as she was suppose too. Such a horrible experience! Guess they just give the manager position to anyone nowadays. 🤦♀️ DO better!
I placed a to-go order on Wednesday at about 2 pm for work to be picked up the following day at 11:15… the total being about $120. I get a call on Thursday at 10:15, 1 hour before my pick up time stating they need me to go in to show my credit card before they can start the order… what’s the point of a to-go order than!?!?. I asked to speak to a manager, no one available… a shift lead comes on the line and is nicer but cannot do anything. The unprofessional person that called me gets back on the line and states they cannot make any exception and will not start order until I get there to show card so now I’m stilling here waiting for my order - ahead of time and pick up time useless. He also stated he couldn’t be on the line with me much longer because they were busy but what does he think I was… busy at work also!!! And to my surprise, I get here and not one customer in the store. If that was their policy state it on the website or call me right after I place the order… not one hour beforehand.- ridiculous!!! Also, I asked for the names of the people I spoke with and according to the rude individual per their policy they cannot provide their name - funny! I do not recommend this store!!!!
HORRIBLE! Drive the extra distance for another location. I've been coming to this location for over 10 yrs. For the past 5 yrs, my order has been wrong every single time I order from this location. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt and go ahead and order knowing it's a 50/50 chance of my order being right. As paying customers, we shouldn't be feeling like this when spending almost $20. Today, was the last time I order from here. My order was wrong in two ways. I ordered Cajun traditional and garlic parm traditional. When I checked the wings in the store, I noticed I was given original hot not Cajun. This happens everytime (that's why I check the wings, everytime). They said sorry and added the Cajun seasoning. Then I get home and noticed my fries had no fry seasoning 🤦♀️. Like really? I shouldn't have to be checking every single item, every single time. The cooks should produce orders correctly, it's their job. I was contemplating on calling to complain, but what made me decide to call was the money I just wasted for my meal to be wrong. I called and asked for the manager and was transfered to Michael. I explained to him what happened and he mentioned "Oh Yeah we're sorry, we noticed after the Uber left you were given the wrong order. " I said I wasn't the Uber order that I was a personal pickup order. I was baffled at how this location is constantly producing wrong orders and shrugging it off like it's no big deal. Michael then apologized and said he will have a talk with the cooks and ended the conversation with "hope you have a good day." He didn't offer anything in compensation for my troubles and dissatisfaction. He could've offered a free order of veggies at least, but nope. I do not understand how this location is still in business. With this said, I hope that my unfortunate experience helps you guys save some trouble and $. Don't order from here.
I ordered 10 pcs combination of parmesan cheese n lemon pepper flavors. Got home and they only gave me 9 pieces. My chicken was swimming in oil and only noticed when I got home. Didn't bother to check my order. Fully disappointed. The chicken wings were not freshly cooked Its hard and dry. I just wasted my $20+ for an order that was not picked up by a customer. Not coming back again. What a big disappointment 😞
Had placed an order at 4:32 p.m order was suppose to be ready at 5. Then I received the order at 5:08 , which was 8 minutes past the time which is fine but then once I got home and looked at my order I was missing an entire 8 pc meal , therefore i went back to show them the order on my email so they can make the meal again. We'll to top it off they still gave me the incorrect items after messing up the order not once but twice..
