Loved how they replenish salad bar constantly. And FAMOUS Garlic Bread whoever is making it, PERFECTLY made like the good old days. Not burnt or greasy. Just i used to remember over 40 years ago. Loved they had BIG screen TV around the restaurant. Was able to watch the Lakers game while eating tonight. This restaurant get really busy on the weekends. Both Sunday now busy, the 3 ladies at the Salads bar who's constantly replenish did GREAT Job (Eutemia, Litzi, Alonsra). And from last Sunday waitress Nayeli & this afternoon was Celina both Excellent Service found out sisters. My family and I enjoyed our dining experience. I think why these Sizzlers get so busy and successful with Excellent Customer Service & what Teamwork is because of these two Manager Felix and Marie both assisting there team, all over the restaurant directing Guests/ Patron/ Customers to there tables. Even seeing them sweep,clear, clean tables just to speed up sitting all of the Guest/ Patron/ Customers. When we left this evening line gotten long. LOVED this Sizzlers from the food to there Salads Bar is PREPARED All So YUMMY & Delicious!)
This is the new version of Sizzler--same/similar menu with much higher prices (I guess that had to raise them to survive). But the restaurant is refreshed with brighter lighting and a lively atmosphere that included all ages. Servers and employees were very attentive and pleasant with a really nice vibe. Very clean and fast & they continue to offer their great salad bar.
It's been a while since I have eaten here. Very pleasantly surprised. The service was great. Our server made sure we had everything we needed. Pleasantly gave us more garlic toast and made sure our water glasses are full. The salad bar is extensive along with the taco bar. The steak was a 4 star. It was tasty but you could tell it wasn't a great cut of meat.
You really can’t go wrong with the unlimited salad bar here. It’s always fresh, well-stocked, and honestly, the cheese toast is legendary for a reason. The staff at this banning location are consistently friendly and keep the tables clean. Including our server Erin was extremely nice and helpful. Perfect spot for a solid, nostalgic meal that won’t break the bank.
Albert was an amazing server! Hes always so funny and really brightens up the mood, and was on top of making sure we had refills and kept coming up to us to make sure we were doing good! Definitely 5 stars, everyone is always so amazing here! will definitely come back again
Came here tonight to have date night, me and my husband ordered the tri tip sirloin with garlic mash potatoes and our server Albert immediately came out with our food. He was so attentive and joyful and his attitude was amazing! Always came to check up on us and assure we had everything we needed. Would recommend to ask for him next time you go to eat at this establishment!
Great food, amazing cheese toast, and excellent service. This sizzler is well-managed and always a reliable choice in banning. I’ll definitely be back. Also wanted to give our server erin a big thank you she was amazing and very friendly and kind was always checking up on us.
Stopped in for a steak and shrimp combo. The meat was cooked exactly to the temperature I asked for which isn’t always easy to find at mid-range spots Service was quick and the atmosphere is relaxed. It’s a great local go to when you want a real meal without “fine dining” fuss. We also loved our server That was magnificent and made sure that we were all taken care of and well treated.

First time here in about 30 years. It's as good as I remembered when I was a kid. Amanda, our server was exceptional!
The salad bar was excellent as usual. The one problem was the salad dressings were presented without any names. ☹️ We were left to guess which was which when we got to the dressings. Your operation is just great, fix the problem that you know about now. Your server this evening, Odsino (?) was simply amazing, over and above throughout! 🤣😆😎
Amanda was an amazing server. After years of not going to Sizzler, we found this to be just as good as when we last had it. My ribeye was cooked perfectly and my family enjoyed their food as well. Everyone here is so nice and helpful! Very family friendly environment, clean restaurant and bathrooms. We will be back!
Good food and excellent service! Amanda our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We got salad bars and food was constantly being filled and area was being cleaned. Highly recommend and would definitively come back.
Had an awesome waitress by the name of ERIN she made my day, was very attentive & I love menudo! I wish it was served SATURDAY as well - not just Sundays :( also I wish every salad bar came with a drink, like it does at most every buffet!!! My family says PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING BACK THE WAFFLES AND OMLETTES!!!

This restaurant has very friendly servers & outstanding performance. Very clean, fresh salad bar, and great food! Their steak & lobster with salad bar is my go to order every time. They cook their steaks to perfection! Lovely management & nice establishment.
What a wonderful salad bar! Such a beautiful assortment of all kinds of items from classic salad fair to potato salad, macaroni salad, 4 different soups (loved the broccoli cheese) along with fresh fruit like watermelon and pineapple, and great desserts... I had chocolate pudding, ambrosia, strawberry shortcake with whipped cream, and banana pudding with pieces of banana and nilla wafer cookies. Salad bar included a drink and free cheese toast. The place was clean and pleasant with happy cheerful employees. Very highly recommended!
I haven't been to a sizzler in over a decade and a half needless to say was quite the experience! I was fully surprised in the great customer service and quickness an accuracy of my orders. I didn't know that it was a counter order restaurant, so I was interested in seeing how it would go. We could sit wherever we wanted, and our servers were on it! I have never seen so many people going to the buffet nor the salad bar at the same time, not only was it very well handled in quality and presentation but also it was incredibly impeccably clean! Every time somebody had spilled and dropped anything on the floor it was picked up within one minute! Something I've never before seen in a restaurant like that. The girl that took my order, her name was Kaitlyn A, very thorough and very accurate. My server/waitress was Nayeli, aside from being very pretty she was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and caring. Fully recommend this location to anyone in the area!!!

Haven't been to Sizzler for a while and met some friends there. Overall, good experience. The salad bar is stocked with a great assortment of greens. The taco bar is always a nice addition. The service was 5 star. Steak was a little over cooked for medium but was tasty.
Amazing Sizzler. Likely my most favorite one to stop by when I'm passing through the area. Enjoyed my service from Nayeli and Daniel, our meals where on point aswell. Much better than Applebee's. Planning on returning soon.
I was pleasantly surprised when eating here yesterday. While the food was really good for the price, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxed, what stood out was the service. Erin was our server and she was wonderful. Refills showed up almost immediately, without us even having to ask. We had a cake for my 3-year old granddaughter's birthday and, as soon as were were done with our meal, Erin had small plates and fresh silverware at our table. She truly went the extra mile to make sure that our experience was great. Thank you Erin!

Stopped here in the way to Palm Spring. We have been to other locations before but this one rated well. Food was good, restaurant was clean and server was good. Prices are WAY out of line however. 20 for a salad bar and 10 to add one to your meal is unacceptable. You can't possibly eat much when adding it to a entree, certainly not 10 worth. Sadly thenold days of sizzler appear to be gone. May stop again when in the area.

It doesn't have any of the food that sizzles is supposed to have. Except the fried corn balls. All of it was pre made frozen slop and they had no Mac n cheese and no chicken nuggets and no bread pudding and no chocolate mousse. The meatballs tasted like it was made from squirrel tail and deer ankles. I called my bank and disputed the charge because I couldn't finish my first plate. Over 20 per person and over 5 dollars per drink of watery fountain soda that you have to get from the register. The wait staff were the only good factor because they were kind. First time I've had such a bad food experience in many years. First time I disputed a restaurant charge ever. Don't go here if you don't want to get sick. I only kept it down for 30 minutes after leaving.
