Locale a conduzione familiare. Panini molto buoni, patatine abbondanti ma il TOP è il gnocco fritto, davvero molto, molto buono e porzione abbondante.
Super gentili ,arrivata dopo le 14.30 un primo mi hanno fatto .ed era anche buono e una bella porzione
Questo locale è diventato uno dei miei preferiti per passare la serata in tranquillità: caldo, accogliente, i proprietari molto cordiali e gentili, cibo buonissimo, cocktail strepitosi. Aggiungo anche che ci sono opzioni per intolleranti al lattosio e vegetariani! L'ambientazione e la musica di sottofondo sono poi un bellissimo contorno a tutto ciò. Consigliatissimo!
Locale dall'ambiente caldo, particolarmente in inverno grazie allo scenografico camino. Il cibo è buono con ottime opzioni vegetariane per me e senza lattosio per la mia ragazza ma sono i drink ad avermi conquistato, sono speciali! Consiglio il caffè delle antille, servito bollente! Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, prodigo di consigli. Comodo il parcheggio subito sottostante e bella sorpresa il fatto che a richiesta trasmettano (senza audio) le partite, la musica di sottofondo è un tappeto gradevole anche se poco si sposa con l'ambientazione fantasy. Non aspettatevi riferimenti ostentati a tolkien nell'arredo fatto di spade e armature, ma ne troverete nel fantasioso menu!
L'ambiente ha uno stile molto particolare, caldo e accogliente. Mi sono sentito a casa. Anche il servizio è molto rilassato. L'hamburger è fatto con ingredienti di qualità ed è molto grande, però non comprende le patatine che vanno ordinate a parte. Anche gli abbinamenti si sposano benissimo tra loro. Unica pecca che per raggiungere la toilette bisogna uscire dal locale.
Storico locale a Barasso, con arredi in stile "Signore degli Anelli", ha nel menù una vasta scelta di panini, primi e secondi piatti, buone birre e dolci strepitosi (produzione propria). Il tiramisù è da provare! Ampio parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Staff veloce e gentilissimo. Consigliato!

A very quaint place, with a wide selection of food, including some unusual combinations, to suit all tastes. Friendly staff. High quality and excellent value. We'll definitely be back to try other exciting dishes.

Very good. We'd been there several years ago, and I remember the gnocco fritto was amazing. Unfortunately, due in part to its distance, we hadn't been back, but since we were in the area, we tried again. The gnocco fritto is always delicious, the owners are friendly, and - most importantly - they served us gnocco fritto even though it was already 11 pm (so sometimes the kitchens are closed). Recommended!
Top over the top
A very unique venue... it's inspired by English/Irish pubs with hints of the Middle Ages. At the entrance, there's a full suit of knight's armor, and swords are scattered around the walls. Excellent food, good beers, and a clean venue... there's also a lovely fireplace in the main room. During the warmer months, you can also enjoy the lovely outdoor garden, but during these times, the interior space is a bit cramped, but they're finishing the new basement room, which will solve this problem. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. It's best to book if you don't want to risk an empty stomach. We had an evening of fried gnocco, cured meats, beer, and chips... fabulous, I'll say no more. Worth a try. Excellent value for money.
An inn forever...an evergreen. With tables in the garden, benches, and sofas. A welcoming place that harks back to a past that's always present, even in the menu, while also introducing new twists like fried gnocco. An inn, pub, pizzeria...a little bit of everything in the traditional family atmosphere of the now historic Locanda dello Hobbit.
We had a Sunday lunch here and it was very good. The place is very cosy and the service great.

Se cerchi quel posto informale per goderti una serata in compagnia con un'ottima birra ed un hamburger o ancora meglio un buonissimo pulled pork è sicuramente il posto giusto! Tavoloni in legno ed un ambiente semplice insieme alla disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari fanno della Locanda un posto speciale.

I really enjoyed it. We had a very good and plentiful cold dish, and I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail... exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly. It's okay for me.
The food is worth it: excellent meat, wonderful fried gnocco with platters, more than adequate beers, and courteous, friendly, and discreet service. The atmosphere is quiet, with music that encourages conversation, and the prices are reasonable, and adjacent parking is very convenient.
Excellent, quality food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking nearby. Unique pub, with Hobbit-themed decor. Price: €€. Cons: Outdoor bathroom and improved absorption of kitchen odors that waft into the dining room.
Really nice atmosphere, that gets along with cool music, which is, to be honest, quite difficult to find in a standard bars around. Great panini and the choice of beers!

A visually stunning burger. It's a shame the flavor wasn't up to par. There was a long wait, even though the place wasn't crowded. To use the bathroom, you had to ask for the key and leave the place.
In my opinion, this is a lovely place. A lovely, warm, and welcoming location, but with some management issues that, if improved, would make everything better for the customers. The burger was good, although for the price, I would have expected it to be a little bigger. The service was a real letdown. We waited over an hour for our order. I understand the long wait times given the large number of customers, but at least they could have given a warning when ordering or while waiting.

Aside of menu names, there is nothing linked to the hobbit or any of Tolkiens stories. Music is too loud and doesn't bring up any good atmosphere either. Prices are out of the world for food that is basic imbiss standard . The fireplace is quite nice though.
Siamo tornati in questa locanda dopo tantissimi anni (nostalgia dei vecchi tempi...) Abbiamo chiesto tagliatelle al ragù, che erano buone, diciamo quasi caserecce. Avevamo però il desiderio di assaggiare il gnocco fritto, ma siamo stati avvisati giustamente dalla cameriera che un gnocco con tutti gli antipasti non ci avrebbe fatto gustare le tagliatelle; quindi ci ha consigliato qualche fetta di prosciutto giusto da accompagnare il gnocco ... 8 euro 8 fette di prosciutto cotto 😳😥. L'avrei anche digerita, se non fosse che al momento del pagamento non funzionava il pos e non avevamo contanti; dopo un bel quarto d'ora di prove 🙄 😩😞 ci siamo offerti di fare un bonifico ( cosa che non tutti i clienti avrebbero fatto!), bonifico istantaneo - mica che poi viene revocato per carità! -. Abbiamo fatto presente al proprietario che tale bonifico prevede dei costi aggiuntivi per noi, facendogli capire che avrebbe dovuto accollarseli lui. Ma ahimè, niente da fare! Nemmeno un centesimo di sconto, nonostante il disagio subito. Peccato, perché tutto sommato il cibo è buono e l'ambiente particolare ... ma non ci metteremo più piede! Se volete un consiglio, magari qualche attenzione in più per i clienti, grazie 😉
