One of my family's favorite restaurants. They have extremely fast service and wonderful, friendly staff. The food is fresh and delicious. I had the chicken Parmesan which has the most tender chicken, you can cut it with a fork. My wife enjoyed the ravioli appetizer with never ending Alfredo sauce.
We just had Jessica as a waitress for my birthday lunch and she did fabulous as a server! She was quite busy for being noon. Service was great, nice attitude, and attentive to our needs. Our food was fresh, although the bread was a little over cooked but wasn't her doing. Chicken Alfredo, chefs kiss! Jessica said she had been there for a few years, ask for her next time you visit! She and the other wait staff sang me happy birthday and gave me a complimentary chocolate lasagna! Oh lala!
We went for my husband's birthday and had a large party. They were very accommodating. The staff was nice and our food was brought out at a reasonable time, especially for them being busy. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back.
My friend and I ate at OG tonight and Jack was our waiter. Jack is new and was so much more attentive and aware of our needs than any waiter that i have had in a very long time. His trainer Natalie was equally nice and seemed like she was excellent at her training job.
Good was very good and the waiter was outstanding. We'll definitely go back.
I have been to a lot of Olive Garden Italian restaurants and I have to say this is my favorite! Already upon entering the establishment, there is a good vibe, beginning with the friendly smiles of the various hostesses. As it was evening, it was very busy and we were told it would be a 45-minute wait for our party of 5 to be seated. We had barely waited 10 minutes and then our family was called to be seated. Yay! We had a fantastic waitress named Sidney F., our food was hot and delicious, and I have to add that this Olive Garden makes the BEST Ice ( Caramel ) Coffee!
Our service was exceptional! Very exceptional! Couldn't ask for any better! The food was terrific and our waitress was beyond amazing! We had a fabulous time. And every time our waitress came around she greeted us with a sensational smile and was more than happy to be of service to us! I would highly, highly recommend this Olive Garden! You and your staff done an amazing job and we are very very thankful!
Amazing service. Waiter came up right after we sat down. We arrived about 30min to closing, and expected tired workers ready to go home. Our waiter was very polite and friendly, they double checked our order, brought us unlimited breadsticks, and refilled our drinks before they were empty. We had a lovely time. The checkout with the table computer was fast, easy, and well programmed. We made sure to leave a nice tip. The food was delicious. It always is.
It's been a couple years since I've reviewed this location and I think it's under new management. This is the first time in years we received our food within 15minutes of sitting. We didn't have to wait for our waited. The bread was hot and fresh!! I can't remember the last time that happened. We had two baskets worth and now I want to come back. Everything tasted great!
Olive Garden is always a great choice for a quick dinner. Good variety. Food is always good. Service at this location was good. Friendly server..
We had a party of 11 celebrating a family’s birthday. The food was amazing, I think our server was a little overwhelmed with our party but no fault to her. Only complaint I do have is that my grandson meal (kids pizza) was the last meal to arrive, again no fault To our server.
The waitress was great and kept up with drinks and rolls, the food was brought out quick and still hot. I’d stop by in again if I was in the area.
Very nice, we always enjoy ourselves at here.
Food was great! Waiter was awesome! Will be back.
Always great salad and pasta. Seafood linguini was great. Server was perfect.
I love love love olive garden. Me and my husband go about 2 times a month at least lol. This time we had our youngest and she loved the calamari(we did to) I always get the chicken alfredo and my husband trys something new all the time he didnt like it this time but the manager was so sweet and took it off without us even asking so super sweet
Food was good but the best part of our meal was our server, Zoe. She was so kind, welcoming and attentive to our very large party. She went above and beyond with recommendations and service and was extremely patient with the elders and children in our group. I would gladly dine wherever she’s working.
I'll be honest. I've not been a fan of Olive Garden in the past. Maybe because of the locations I have visited before, but this location turned that view around. It is clean and well maintained, and the waitress was polite. Even waitstaff that I'm assuming were not assigned to the table came by to check on us while we dined, which to me shows a cohesive working unit. The salad and breadsticks were fresh, and the lunch portions we ordered were a proper size; not too large or small, and made to a decent standard.
I called in a to go order. The person taking my order was very polite and friendly. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic! Definitely the best Olive Garden location I've been to in a long while.
We had dinner here tonight and had THE BEST service we’ve ever received. Ryan was our waiter, he was very attentive, polite, and friendly! We have an autistic son with a few silly requests and he met each one of them with a smile. The food was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. 10/10 will come back and request Ryan again!
Ryan C the bartender was a very pleasant young man who recommended a very tasty soup. He was very professional and an asset to the restaurant. It is refreshing to encounter a young person with such a good attitude and a desire to deliver good customer
If I were to describe my visit to weatherford Olive Garden, I would simply use the word Exquisite. Whether it was the phenomenal service from our server Miguel, or the tantalizing taste of the numerous dishes we were served, every second spent in this establishment was nothing short of exquisite. I will definitely plan to return to this wonderful place and will be asking for Miguel on my next visit.
Great server, great food and good value
Idk why but I love me some OG :) Great service and the food was fantastic! Thank you!
Was feeling under the weather a bit so I went with sopa toscana this was great
This Olive Garden is still cooking up some tasty food. Awesome place for lunch at a good price. I love their Lasagna and Salad!
I was very happy with the food and specially the service, Colton was amazing, very kind, professional and fast, always asking what else can he do for us. 100 points to Colton!!! Thank you 💥💯 🙏
Ordered lunch/supper for takeout on the phone. The order was correct, and tasty as per usual.
Had a great meal celebrating my uncle's birthday. Our waiter was awesome.
Had an amazing time on Friday, September 27....had my DIL and grandbabies with me and they absolutely enjoyed their smoothies and kids lasagna! I had the minestrone soup and salad and we shared the pumpkin cheesecake dessert....soooo good! 😋💜 Jonathan was our server and he was phenomenal!
Great experience at Olive Garden. Our waiter (I wish I remembered his name) was young and said he had only completed training two weeks ago was incredible. He deserves a huge atta boy! You don’t get service like him very often anymore. The food was great. It was packed but everything came out quickly.
Had a very pleasant time with the hubby. We both ate seafood and pasta. I highly recommend the salmon, they cooked it VERY well, it was perfectly seasoned and tasted fresh. Our server was Savanah this time, even though we wanted John cuz he always gives us amazing service, but she did a good job too. I appreciate the good service as always and love coming back.
I really enjoyed the food and the service was great.
Sarah was very patient with my loud obnoxious aunt. Thank you. Great service! I do wish you had some discounts. Seniors or More variety for lunch.
We went for old time sake. We had not been in a while and were wanting the salad and breadsticks more than anything else. It was definitely worth the trip and just as I remembered. The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken is always an old standby.
Catering was good, the food was hot and high quality. The extra support with burners, ice and eating utensils was a plus. The food was laid out nicely, with good presentation for a buffet
Comfortable atmosphere - well lit, open, clean - not the dimly lit romantic feel of some Italian places. The food was average, overpriced in my opinion. There were 2 of us, I had a $50 gift card and we still paid $60-70 over that. We each had one cocktail, which I think was better than the food. The best thing on their menu is the soup & salad. Our waiter was excellent though, didn't hover but always available when needed, very friendly, funny & knowledgeable. We had a shrimp appetizer that I can't remember the name of - it was fried with some fried veggies & was good. My friend had shrimp Alfredo that she loved, I had the Cardinals. I thought both were good but just average, nothing special or wowing, other than price.
My wife went too there too eat this evening. Too be honest it was a first time n many years we have ate at olive garden. I'll be honest from the time we walked and was seated the whole staff was very polite and courtesy. To our server which was Ember she was very polite and attentive too us and her other tables. She had manners of yes sir and things. Too be honest we will be going back there verses the other Italian restaurants in Weatherford
Had my birthday dinner this evening with my family and everything was fantastic, I didn’t catch our servers name but she was incredible. The food was served quickly and from start to finish was hot fresh and delicious. The hospitality was superb and made for a memorable birthday meal! Also highly recommend The steak Gorgonzola Alfredo
I have a dairy intolerance, and the server was very accommodating. There’s a great selection of alcohol, and even a bar seating area available. The waitstaff were quick, friendly, and conversational. I wish I had caught their names to give a special thank you here. I do have to say, everyone was fantastic, from the team at the entrance to the folks holding the door on the way out. Definitely 5 stars!
Our server, Sarah, was amazing and so attentive! She was super sweet and had great service. Also, our drinks and food came out fairly quickly so we were very pleased with our overall experience!
Me and my homegirl came in here for the unlimited pasta and yooo Sarah is the goat!!! she really took care of us and made the experience more enjoyable. She’s really unique and has a fun vibe. Server to server she was awesome & the pasta was 10/10.
We were a party of 7 and had planned to have lunch in a restaurant next door. But they did not have room for us, so we opted to walk across the parking lot and have lunch at Olive Garden! Turns out we made a great choice! Friendly wait staff, hostess, and manager. All kept checking on our group and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious as well. Please check out the pictures. I also added some pictures of the beautiful Christmas decor throughout the restaurant. We will be back!❤️
We needed some pasta. The food was amazing. The calamari and shrimp appetizers we got were delicious. I got fettuccine alfredo add/mushrooms. The food was amazing and the service was great. Our waitress was fantastic. Don't forget to try the raspberry lemonade..so refreshing and not too sweet.
Over all I'd go back f9r sure when I'm craving alfredo. I'd love to give a 5 star review and I feel like the atmosphere was only undesirable due to the restaurant's popularity. It was very loud and crowded which I would think is a sign of success but the people with me both found it uncomfortable unfortunately... the food was delicious and if prices dropped slightly I'd definitely go more often. Also, the waiter we had for our visit was delightful and very attentive and someone I'd have no problem tipping every visit! (Ya know, if the economy let's me have something left to go out to eat 😅) all and all, I'd like to go again on a less crowded day and see if I can bump this to a total 5 star experience
We had a new waitress. So service was a little slow. The portions seemed smaller than usual also it wasn't very hot as in temperature. When it came time to pay, the order on the kiosk was not our order. So we just asked to get the paper receipt instead. This is not the norm for this restaurant though. I go again and hope for a better experience next time.
Food was delicious! We ordered 2 create your own pasta duo's with tea, soup and salad. Both were delicious. The only bad thing that happened in our experience was my grandmother had gotten a sample of wine, little did we know there was lipstick already on the glass, she went to the bathroom and i finally noticed it, my grandmother dosent were plum lipstick, she dosent were lipstick.........we notified our waitress and she was really sweet and apologized. She got management, they apologized and said something had happened to they're dishwasher, he asked if she wanted a free glass of wine, she said no, but she wanted a Peach bellini. Everyone was sweet, good service.
food was great as always, i always have a great experience and the best servers. we were charged for an extra salad which was unusual, but we payed and left. our server Ivy was great, im so sorry about my sister she is very unhinged
It was a quick lunch of 2 persons. The waitress was very professional and friendly. The food came out fast, and we were able to get on the road in a timely manner. It was a nice, quick lunch.
The service was excellent. Salad was a little too wilted to enjoy which ended up being okay since the main course came out to fast to enjoy the salad. Breadsticks were the best of any Olive Garden in the area so I that made up for the salad. Our drinks stayed topped off so that earned some points back as well. The main courses were great.
Not a fan of beans, and the menu didn't say that the minestrone has two different types of beans. Otherwise everything was superb.
The Olive Garden always provides an excellent dining experience and the one in Weatherford usually has good service as well. This evening was no different than usual. Even with a twenty minute wait time, I was pleased with the level of service we received once seated. The menu has a wealth of choices, but I went with the Tour of Italy, sans the Alfredo (just not one of my preferred dishes). However, where this restaurant always seems to shine in in the beverages. From their house moscato to their peach belini right down to their non-alcoholic flavored teas and drinks, you can find something refreshing to quench any thirst. Sometimes the meals are as good as the food. Great drinks, great service and great food. Always a win at The Olive Garden.
Good was good as expected. Im a bit concerned on the customer service from the front desk. I was on crutches and may 90 year old mother in law walks with a cane and some assistance. My wife was helping hold her mom while i was opening doors for them. 3 employees stood behind the front desk and just watched us and never offered to help.
It was my 50th, and the wife told them. I didn't know they still did the whole song thing. Was quite nice. Food was good wasnt great, but you cant always get the same crew in the boh every time, unless they all work the same days, ect. Great service and atmosphere make the food not an issue this time.
Me and my friend decided to go out on Valentine’s Day. There wasn’t a wait we went around 4:30 and we got sat and we waited about maybe five-ish minutes for our server but her name is Jasmine and she was super amazing. She stayed on top of our drinks, she stayed on top of pre-busting my table, which I absolutely loved and they were pretty busy, but I got the tour of Italy, which was really good. Their lasagna was my favorite part, but I will definitely go back to Olive Garden and see Jasmine again.
Great service!! Salad was great, soup wasn't warm. One person at our table found a hair in her lasagna. Maybe a touch more quality control.
This is an overall review. I rarely give 5 stars for anything unless an exceptional experience is had. The food this evening was good. They forgot my meal but the place was packed and staff were doing their best to keep up. Our waitress was amazing! If you want family crowded italian thats everyday american style...you go here. If you want intimate not here. Its a massive chain...so its meant to feed the masses. In the name. Lol
Warm, cozy atmosphere perfect for a relaxed dinner. Service was the highlight is super attentive staff and fast refills. Definitely a good place to grab a bite to eat!
We arrived at a little past 1:00 PM. We were greeted at the door. They seated us right away. Our server brought us breadsticks and took our order. She then brought our salad. We had started eating and our entrée were there in less than 5 minutes (that was a first). Our server checked on us several times during our meal. She was very friendly. The best service we have had at an Olive Garden.
Very uninspired. Hadn't been to Olive Garden in a while. Now we know why we didn't miss it. Sad to see the lack of creativity in the menu, and the presentation was frankly. AMATEUR. Prices are high. The front of house staff was trying hard, but well. It makes me sad. Not the inspired experience it used to be.
It was the same old olive garden, they all look exactly the same & the food is just like all the other locations. We had a friend that had already arrived & got a table. When we walked in 3 employees were standing at the front. We told them we were there to meet a friend & she already had a table. They replied, as if they had no idea there was an individual seated at a table waiting for 3 others !!?? These were the first impressions Olive Garden wanted for their paying customers, I'll bet one of them was probably a manager ! Our food was brought out at all different times, we ordered at the same time & 2 of us had the same thing ?? Our salad had 0 tomatoes & very little dressing. The waitress asked if we wanted more bread sticks & then never bothered to bring any!!
The Olive Garden isn't really my cup of tea. Although I have to admit to consistently throughout the chain. The restaurant was clean, well-staffed, and efficient. If you're looking for fast hot mediocre and slightly overpriced food. The Olive Garden is for you.
My first time ordering at this location and I was so disappointed with the quantity of the pasta I ordered. It felt like as if I ordered portions from a lunch menu. Other than that I received the order on time.
We love Olive Garden but the service tonight wasn’t great. We were sat at 8 and it was 8:16 by the time we had anyone come over and take our drink order. Our server came to a table nearby several times and kept looking at us but never came over. We didn’t have the machine on our table to pay, so we sat there waiting and when he came back he kinda seemed annoyed that we asked for the bill. Food was great, and fast, but service wasn’t good.
Lasagna was dry and very little meat sauce. I guess I should have asked for extra meat sauce? McDonalds chicken patty is bigger than the unnormally thin Chicken Parmesan we ordered. Quality is more than just a name and I was expecting more from Olive Garden, maybe we'll stay with Pasta Fina...
The service was great, and the food was served very quickly. My issue is with the portions.i ordered the 5 cheese ziti and asked for a chicken patty, and what I got was a tiny piece of chicken that could have been the size of a chicken strip. Don't get me wrong, the food was delicious, but I've ordered this same exact dish before, and the chicken was way bigger. This chicken is not worth the almost $5 extra i paid. I wanted to order dessert, but at $9 a pop naw, I'll skip, especially after seeing the chicken portion. Don't want another disappointment.
We come here on a regular basis. So imagine my dismay when we got our food and it was burnt. Not common for them I try to brush it off as I force myself to take another bite. I regret that decision however when asked if we wanted another one I said sure but my husband in which is going through chemo and he needs something to drink, he really needs another tea. Ok he walks off 10 minutes later he's walking past our table when we had to REMIND him that we needed a refill. I was very surprised at the service as it has never been that disappointing. Anyway the only way to fix it is by the management being cordial when given a request. Look forward to giving y'all another try EVENTUALLY.
Let me add I’ve never had a bad experience here before, but yesterday I went in with my friend for lunch. They were very busy the wait time was 25 mins and we asked if we could just sit at the bar if there was no tables available and then if there was a table available if we could move. The host told us it was fine I signed up on the list, we go to the bar and the bartender/waiter? Pretty much ignored us the entire time wouldn’t even make eye contact with me even as he was serving someone sitting right next to me, took us about 20 mins to even get water. Meanwhile there were 6 empty tables behind us. We finally get called to our table, they ask us for the 3rd time if we want menus like we haven’t been sitting at the bar for 25 mins with menus ready to order. We just ordered some soup and the waitress accidentally knocks a bowl of very hot soup in my pregnant friend’s lap! She had burns all on her legs! Yes it was an accident and the girl obviously felt bad but the kicker to me was she didn’t even offer to give us a discount or comp the hot soup that burned my friend. It was a 10$ meal I felt like at the very least they could’ve done that. Manager was no where to be found on a Wednesday at 11am 🤦♀️ idk just super weird and unprofessional experience.
I came here and both the food and service were mediocre. My server was a young blonde girl didn’t catch a name, but not very attentive and my Alfredo noodles were small portioned and had too much oil for comfort.
I was expecting this olive garden to be good bc the reviews but to my surprise it was by far par. Ordered a small salad and got a big one it wasn’t bad at all but a lot of purple onion in it then got the classic gnocchi soup and my husband did too it didn’t look or taste right. Tried it anyways and told them I don’t like it then ordered some fettuccine Alfredo and it looked good was warm the but the cheese tasted off and the noodle felt old and not fresh at all (I know they use frozen food) my husband had taste of Italy and he said it was ok and ended up eating his whole meal but we already started to feel bad as soon as we went home and both ended up having diarrhea. Will not be coming back here
Out of everything, and i mean everything from breadsticks, parmesan cheese, oil and meatballs. But the server was still really great. But when you get a partial dish missing ingredients you shouldn't have to pay full price for spaghetti no meatballs, endless soup with no bread sticks just my opinion. Just a side note keep your cocktail order to the basic 1 liquor and a mixer type order. Stick to rum and coke type drinks anything more complicated Was a complete fail. We ordered old fashions and they we're undrinkable.
Came in around 7:30 on a Tuesday for dinner. Was told there was a 10 minute wait. That was no biggie. Then, we sat and watched them seat 3 different couples that got there AFTER us. They checked in with the host just as we had…they were not online check ins. When they tried to seat another couple (which I’d honestly heard them say our name…I was wrong but stuck to the bit so they sat us anyway). I had assumed that all the other couples that arrived after us had been sat at two top only tables…they were not. They were seated at four top tables. So they could have sat the THREE of us a long time ago. They sit us in a corner booth big enough for five, mind you they were about to seat the couple there. I’m not sure why they just kept skipping us over. Then, we sat there waiting because no one alerted our server that he had another table. We finally asked the bar tender and he sent Connor our way. Hence the ONLY reason this post has more than one star. From then on, we were treated like royalty from Connor. We had a lovely OG meal and desserts and rewarded Connor for his exemplary service. Then, the cherry on top…when we were exiting and passed the host stand and the SIX employees gathered around, not ONE of them said thank you, have a good evening…nothing. We were treated like absolute garbage by everyone but Connor. I’m not sure I’ll make the drive from Granbury anymore to support this establishment.
The pasta was dry. We had to keep asking for more sause from the kitchen. The bread sticks did not taste fresh, they were tough. I asked for no onion on my salad, and he got it wrong. Then when he brought my salad back, it didn't have any croutons. I came here for dinner and the pasta portions were lunch sized. The seafood alfredos' scallops and shrimp were rubbery and did not have a sear on them. They looked white with no color at all. I had a member of our party who was paying seperate and the server told us that we would be able to do it on the kiosk, and that if it gave us any issue that we could ask him for assistance- he dissapeared for 30 minutes. Then we took our kiosk to the front to pay because it kept saying error and it still took another 30 minutes to pay. This is ridiculous. They were not busy. Nobody waiting. No guest waiting to be seated , many open tables and 6 employees just standing in the front on thier phones ,chitchatting with eachother, not helping. No explination of what was taking so long, no reasurrance, no apologies. They were just standing there looking at me. My kids and husband went to the car and sit in the cold weather because it was taking so long in the restaurant. When you are ready to pay for your bill- you shouldn't have to wait an hour. Check number #825225 almost $90 meal not even worth it
Don’t ask for sauce on the side they won’t do it for you to much to ask for a customer
Whitney’s behavior was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. It was unnecessary for her to comment on my husband and family. She began yelling in the service alley, upset with herself for not asking my husband if he wanted cheese on his entrée. Kaden our actual service met expectations and was great.
Ordered for pickup... This just wasn't a great experience. The food was cold which is kind of expected, but I didn't expect it to be refrigerator cold. It felt like they cooked the pasta, put it in a Togo container, then stuck it in the freezer... we wound up just kind of picking through everything after we reheated it... I had the shrimp scampi with a salad and my husband had the tagliata with chicken... Pretty sure the leftovers are still in my fridge...
Came on a Tuesday evening at about 6:30. Tables open in the bar area and saw tables open in another area. They take daughter's name, two other groups come in, give names. All parties involved, 2 people each. Young females get seated. Lady who came in after us asks what's the deal? Told they called in. Two minutes later, the hostess tells that lady they will get a table cleaned off and seat her and hubby! WTH??!!!! NAH! I asked, what about us???!!! Walked out and won't be back. 500 ft away sitting at El Fenix. Great service, seated immediately.
Food was decent. The waiter (Ryan C) attempting to steal $18.36 was an incredible experience. As you can see in the picture my bill was 21.64 I handed the waiter 100 dollar bill he returns with 3 twenties! When I explained it to the manager she smiled. Approached the thief smiled and got the change out of the drawer.
No music, overcooked spaghetti and too much tomatoes chunks in my marinara! Gross
Picked up a curbside order and when was eating at home I found this big piece of plastic in my beef tortelloni.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Olive Garden—and I’ve been going since I was a child. Completely unacceptable. They seated us with a brand-new waiter who was given an 8-top and couldn’t answer even basic questions about the menu. It took over 40 minutes just to get our salad, and that only happened after we asked for it. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Our entrées took another 40 minutes, and when they finally arrived, they were inedible—so salty we couldn’t eat them. I figured I’d at least fill up on salad and breadsticks, but those were also extremely over-salted. The waiter explained he was new, so I don’t blame him personally, but this was clearly a management issue. Never going back to this location. Hopefully this review saves someone else from a wasted trip.
