The guy working behind the counter never smiles and it is hard to understand him because of the mask and his soft speaking voice. The last 2 times I've been there I have been very disappointed and I felt I wasted my money. Today the white chocolate macadamia cookies were burnt, overbaked, crunchy and tasted old, outdated. When a customer walks in, I feel the person behind the counter should stop making the online order and help who is in front of you. Not make them wait and they don't say anything.

Had a young girl help us today. She was quick to come help us with our order. However, she asked us what kind of bread we wanted THREE times because she was too focused looking outside at who knows what. She was not paying attention to us while ordering. One disturbing and gross thing we noticed was she was wearing a charm bracelet that would go into the veggie trays and touch the veggies and nearly touch our sandwiches 🤢 if it would have touched our sandwiches we would have not purchased them.

So when my parents went there today this one lady who they said was fat had told me that she couldn’t take my moms order at all, and then when they had got back and my dad called me down to get my food she had put pepperoni on my salami sandwich, I was so disappointed and disgusted.. like give my parents better customer service 🤦‍♀️

This place used to be nice, last visit was awful though. It was hotter inside than the 98 degrees outside, the sandwich prep stations didn't seem to be working or the hood above the bread oven. Stale bread, sweating vegetables, and two workers just sat at the tables as 4 people were in line waiting to order. The workers were irritated, which I would be too if I was getting minimum wage to work in a sauna, but it makes for a very poor experience. I'm letting the health inspector know to check this place and make sure they can keep the food fresh and to temp.

They messed up our order. They gave us the wrong bread did put all the veggies on the sandwiches, got my daughter a kids meal, and they made her footlong. Then we all got sick a few hours later. I will never order from this location again.

It has to be 90 degrees in this store. Not sure why the a/c is never on. 1 star because my online order looked like someone stomped all over my food. Old lettuce, soft tomato, old dry bread.

They don't understand their own menu. Tried to order cold cut combo as a salad and they kept asking what kind of bread. Told them no bread 3 times before walking out without ordering. Menu clearly states any 6 inch combo can be made into a salad.

Every time I order online it's wrong. And it's sloppily made. That's an understatement. I complained before and was assured a refund and never actually got it and noone will return emails. It seems to me that this location doesn't care about their customers at all. It would be great if someone would take the time to train the owners and employees in customer service and food preparation.
