Drive-thru robot got my order wrong, and an employee told me they'll handle it at the window. I don't want to handle it at the window, I want to use the 10 minutes it takes to get to the window to let my food cook, I don't want to be in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. When we go to the Window, they didn't offer to change anything, just gave us items we didn't ask for and none of what we did ask for. I was too annoyed and hungry, so I just took the items and paid and left. Food wasn't even hot, fries are cold, nuggets are luke-warm and probably should've been thrown out 30 minutes ago.

I know this place is new but am starting to wonder if they even care about their customers and service. The first time they did not get my order right they gave me a chili and cheese potato with no cheese which wasn't noticed until I got back to Mount Shasta. This time they gave me a plain potato with chives after I clearly ordered a chili and cheese potato. And once again get back to Mt. Shasta to find out because I forgot to check. Similar things have happened to others I know. Truly ridiculous if you ask me and I am now starting to think I won't be returning if this is what people can expect routinely. And a person says we need to give them more grace because it is new? How many times does one have to get their order messed up to start not giving grace? Looks by the reviews I am not alone. I didn't say anything the first time and let it slide. And don't bother trying to call and complain because no one answers. Lost a faithful wendys customer at this location. I advise anyone that goes here to double check their bags! These employees here don't care and just want your money! This owner should be ashamed as well as the mangers who obviously dont care either! Won't be back and potato was disgusting, old, dry, and shriveled up... Highly recommend to go elsewhere...

This cashier thought it would be funny to tell me I couldn't have the drink I ordered -- and then he actually gave me the wrong drink. When I got to the window I told him I didn't find it funny that he was messing with my food. And then he gave me the wrong drink. This isn't funny "Ariana" -- that's what the receipt says, even though it was a man with long red hair, facial hair and glasses. If you don't want to work, don't work. Don't mess with people's food. When I went back through the line and told him that he'd given me the wrong drink, he insisted he hadn't. Then I asked him his name and he wouldn't tell me. This isn't ok. I love nearby and was coming several times a week because my kitchen is being renovated. I will not be back while that man works there. For the record, he has messed up my order multiple times in other ways before - he loves to give me no pickles when I ask for extra pickles - but this is the first time he told me he was going to. Unprofessional.

Probably would make more money if you didn’t lock the doors at 8:00pm and have employees in the lobby on their phone. Lots of truck drivers come through this area. Can’t fit a semi through a drive thru.

This was the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. My family and I were coming back from Oregon so we had 5 meals ordered, a big order but nothing they can't handle. We pull up and they have our drinks wrong already. Then I noticed on the receipt my sauced nuggets were spicy but my son said it was fine. After we got all of our drinks we were asked to park in front. We waited for at least 10 minutes. The lady brought the food out and of course it was wrong. My daughter had no bacon and 1 of the doubles were not suppose to have lettuce and of course it came with the lettuce. Our burgers tasted like it sat and got rewarmed in a microwave and the cheese looked old and greasy, To top that off the fries were not hot. They were old fries and you would think since we sat waiting for our food they would be hot. I'm so disappointed. I spent $85 on the most disgusting food ever. We will never go back. Please do not waste your money here.

With Wendy’s just now being open, I ordered some food for my family as a quick easy dinner from door dash we received our order the bags weren’t even sealed, there was no straws for our drinks. There was no fries so they gave us a plain baked potato. I understand working in the fast food industry can get hectic but our order was just thrown in a bag and wasn’t even cared about not to mention they gave my son the spicy nuggets with his meal. I’m not one to complain but for the money that was paid for our order should have been well worth it. Hopefully this won’t happen again.

I just went to Weeds Wendy’s I was so excited, a new Wendy’s in Weed. It was so slow in the drive through line…. Like eons. I put on my music? Then after 20 minutes the girl in the drive through when I talked to her said, she wouldn’t serve me because of my music? It was mt birthday too. Oh heck, there’s so many places. The service in the drive through so slow, you’d think they’d give me a break? That was cruel on service and not Shasta at all. JT

I decided to go as the line wasn't long 6 cars. I was stuck in line for 28 minutes. This is supposed to be fast food. I didn't even get my order I was so flustered after waiting so long for 2 hamburgers. I won't be going back. I've gone to find dining and got an appetizer faster then a Wendy's burger. Don't open if you are that inept at you job. You'd think that could get better employees for 20 dollars an hour.
