Food was really great here. No issues at all with anything i ordered. Beer is very cold and poured perfectly. Staff is attentive and friendly. Everything is clean and neat, i had a nice dinner experience here.

Went for my Dad's birthday dinner. I absolutely love Chilis, the staff is always friendly and our waitress, Lacey, was a gem. Shout out to their $6 themed cocktails.

I visited the Chili's in Bastrop, Texas, years ago and thought it was terrible. However, after revisiting today, I was pleasantly surprised to see they have really stepped up their game. My meal was wonderful! I had steak and shrimp along with broccoli, and it felt like I was dining at a five-star steakhouse.

There was a wait but it was so busy, full of people but the food was amazing, it came out at a decent time. My waitress was amazing, the manager came out to make sure the food was good and if we had everything.

Good atmosphere, good food, amazing service, food was a bit slow. Have been to this Chili's a few times and the wait staff are always top tier. Food is classic chili's, pretty good, and at just the right price point. The food is not fine dining, and it is a louder happier vibe, so don't come in expecting anything else. Always a good time if you are in the mood.

The food was delicious, would have liked more veg and vegan choices. The server(s) were superb. I saw them cover for another colleague who was occupied with another customer, and help us with our food. A little noisy for my taste but it was the weekend. All in all, a great experience with excellent food!

Good food and drink selection, but some margaritas are pricey. Very good table service. The place was packed on Friday around 6pm, and so noisy we couldn’t hear each other across the table. Won’t do that again.

Food was okay, nothing spectacular from a chain restaurant, but not too bad. The salad could have been better portioned, especially for the price, but the chicken quesadilla was pretty good and overall a good portion for the price. Signage could be a little better for to go orders though. I had to ask as there wasn't any sign pointing out where to go to pick up the orders placed online. Staff wasn't overly friendly. My order was on time and actually correct.

Overall, it was a solid visit. This Chili's has to be one of the busiest spots in town—there was a line out the door at 5 PM on a Friday! Despite the rush, I was really impressed with how the front door staff handled the crowd. Dealing with a bunch of eager, impatient guests is no easy task, but they managed it with grace under fire. Once we were seated, Araceli took care of our table, and she was fantastic. Her service was prompt, attentive, and just what you hope for during a busy night. The only downside was the Santa Fe salad. It’s usually one of my go-to dishes because it’s so hearty and flavorful, but this time it felt like they just threw some lettuce on a plate—definitely not up to the usual standard. That said, the excellent service more than made up for that one small hiccup. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience, and I’ll definitely be back—just maybe with a different salad order next time!

My family and I are regulars at this local Chili's. We normally do to go orders so my review/ rating will be of both dine in and to go. (TO GO) We really love the convenience of being able to do mobile orders, and normally our food comes out quick with no issues or hiccups. Occasionally we are waiting for our orders way too long(10-15 minutes past scheduled time). We've also had some really thrown together meals, or unfresh food doing to go. Be sure to check your food before you leave! My biggest complaint however would be the inconsistency of how my orders are plated! It seems that it depends on the time of day, staff member or maybe the weather, but I don't get the same quality or level of care even if its the exact same meal. Our dine in experience is a lot better. On our most recent visit we were told there was a 20 minute wait, no problem. However as we sat for 30 minutes waiting, we saw people who had come after us(we watched them park while we were waiting) be seated before us. We ordered a smokehouse combo and the burger bites kid's meal for our little one. The food was delicious and fresh, my only complaint is that it wasn't hot when it came to us. The corn on the cob that came out on our plate was very burnt. We politely asked for another one, and the manager himself came and brought the replacement. He is a very nice guy. Our waitress was very nice and attentive as well. Her positive attitude definitely set the tone for a nice time. I do recommend this establishment. My 4 star rating is based on my family being regulars and not a 1 time experience. Update** Get the fajita trio if you don't know what to order, you can not go wrong with fajitas!!

Be careful sitting at the bar. I ordered a smokehouse combo pick 2 for $23.99 and two blue moons for $6 each. With tax it should have been $39.99. My bill came out to $48 and then I tipped 20% on top of $48 which came out to be $55. I didn’t think anything of it till I got home and realized the math wasn’t mathing. She either charged me for an extra beer that I didn’t buy or gave herself a 20% tip already off the $39.99 and then got another tip on top of that. I talked with a manager and they gave me a $20 gift card instead of my money back which I chose to do so. They made up for it so I’m happy they took accountability! Other than that the food was great, came out fast and the vibes were okay 😊 I would come back here! Just double check your ticket before paying. Especially at the bar. Not sure if they pray on people that are drinking to slip extra stuff in. I hope not. Just be mindful.

I've chosen to do Pickup, so I don't have to deal with all the drama that goes with, actually going into a restaurant these days. Chili's has been my "go to" for special occasions because of the variety, quality, quantity and price for years. About a year ago, I began to notice a difference in taste on serveral traditional items, like the White Cheddar Mac N Cheese and Chicken Alfredo pasta, as well as smaller portions, with an increase in price. I have to cut corners like you do and can no longer afford to dine-in. My trips to Chili's are less frequent. I placed a Pick-up for this afternoon, ordering the "3 for Me", got to end, hit" Place Order", only to be told the 6oz Sirlon and Steamed Broccoli aren't available at this location. I just did this order, 2wks ago and today it's not available? You couldn't have told me before I got to the point of pay? It's hard enough to navigate the online ordering, without the app freezing up, only to have to start over. Not today, not tomorrow. This is a sign I need to be supporting local more often and saving my money. Goodbye Chili's. 😥

Quality as well as the service went downhill. It was good 2-2.5 years ago, but not anymore. The photo attached are from two years ago. It feels like fast food place now. Also the waitress didn’t bother to bring silverware before head so after the food arrived we had to actually wait for her to show up since the food was brought by some helpers. Also this same waitress (with weird eyebrows) didn’t ask for drink refills and was just hiding somewhere inside.

I do pretty much like the food, sometimes the quality doesn't live up to the price. Also sometimes i feel like workers are a bit judge mental for some reason, but not all.

Chili's seems to have really went downhill. Their portion sizes are smaller with increased prices. I swear the macaroni and cheese my granddaughter got was from a box. The waitress was very efficient and had a great attitude. Food quality just needs some work.

I made a to-go order this afternoon for a 6 piece mozzarella. Once I got home and open the box I realized most of the mozzarella sticks were burned and not cooked properly. We never have this issue when we go in person and I fully believe they would not have served those to us if we were eating in. For them to charge as much as they do for an appetizer I would hope they would at least make the food presentable to every customer.

Total cluster, mgr is horrible... ordered special...got double charged for drinks... didn't get my appetizer...I won't be back.... bring back the chicken fried steak... was the best thing at Chili'…

No cfs! This place was once good. I won't be coming here anymore. The overpriced inc root beer was good but the fries with my avg burger were cold.

The food was so awful 😖 me and my wife didn't even finish our meal, so much salt on my dish and her pasta was horribly bland a sauce jar from HEB would've been better. Definitely will not be returning again
