Order 2 salads they came with no lettuce or any greens just a bunch of toppings with cheese it was disgusting If didnt have the salad why not letting me know. Paid over 20 dollars for nothing just the chicken tenders .

I ordered a bun with lettuce, tomato and pickles, I was charged $4.50 for just the "veggie sandwich" and a whopping $10.26 for adding a small soda and medium fry. My husband had the Stacked Grilled Cheeseburger meal with curly fries, regular fries, (2) tacos and a small soda for $8.66. We received our order after the three orders that were behind us and our food was not very appetizing. 😞 We were disappointed with the pricing and food quality. The veggies on my bun were charged as sides instead of toppings...

Gave my order very clearly and slowly. Once done the person ask for details of my order again. She repeated them back to me as if it was a question. I guess the 50 years of me ordering food must be a lost art

This place needs to be shut down NOW! No one washed there hands before making my food and before they even made it they were sweeping picking up trash off the floor. Y’all this is crazy. I threw my food away I didn’t even eat it. I’ve gotten HEP A from a place that was unsanitary. Y’all do yourself a favor and report and make sure like me you take pics.

Literally the most incompetent fast food experience I've had in a long time, first Didn't hear our order correctly and didn't bother to double check so it was wrong and twice the amount it should've been and incorrect, then we finally said whatever we'll just have that, then we get the order and the tacos (only thing correct on the order.) Are cold and look like they've been sitting for hours, so we just return the entire order for a refund and they won't even give us a receipt they let us take a picture of the receipt that's all..

This location gets the orders wrong just about every single time & today was no different. Part of the problem is that most of the employees speak absolutely no English. I called the restaurant to notify them that they got my order wrong & what I received is not what I ordered. Beatriz told me that I would need to bring the food back to the restaurant to prove that it hadn’t been eaten in order to receive any type of credit, refund or remake. This is extremely inconsiderate & a poor solution that I have to use my time & gas to take food back that should’ve been correct in the first place! I was not rude or irate during my phone call to report the problem with my order. I asked Beatriz for the managers name, she held the phone in silence for a couple of minutes w/o responding. I asked again & she laughed & refused to give me a name as she spoke Spanish to the other workers in the background telling them that I was asking for a managers name. I ended the call & as requested I brought the food back to the restaurant & once again asked Beatriz for the managers name, & she still refused to give it stating she didn’t know the managers name. She spoke to the girl making the food in Spanish who she said was the team lead. I asked for the team leads name & she refused to give it to me claiming not to speak English. There was another female employee there who attempted to hide behind a wall in an effort to not be seen. Once I started to record my experience the non English speaking team lead went to hide behind the wall with the other employee. Beatriz still refused to tell me the managers name & no manager ever surfaced to resolve the problem. The staff @ this location KNOW that they mess up orders regularly so it boggles my mind that they give you a hard time about refunds & force customers even further inconvenience by telling us to return the food to prove that it wasn’t eaten. I spent more money driving back in fourth in gas than what I spent on my order. I also find it suspicious that in the whole restaurant they only had one staff member who could speak a little English just enough to get by. I will be reporting this location to the BBB, OAG & OIG for investigation. If you can’t understand what the customers are ordering & you’re messing up orders, the least you can do is offer to remake the order on their next visit with proof of purchase such as the original receipt!

I’ve tried calling this jack in the box on the number provided here and on the receipt everyday at different Times of the day to get through to somebody and no one answers. They messed up on my order. I got a box that had curly fries in it tiny tacos, and mozzarella sticks. I also got two tacos. Half of the curly fries were literally frozen still. One of the tacos was edible, and one of them was so greasy, but it’s soaked through the paper. It was in the napkins in the bag And the paper bag all the food came in. They don’t have a way to leave a voice message and definitely don’t answer the phone. Please go to any other Jack-in-the-Box. Don’t go to this one. They obviously don’t care.

This is a top notch place. Their food is always fresh and hot. The other JitB is horrible, they need to follow this locations service in the kitchen. I want last night and it was HORRIBLE 8/18/23 I haven't been here for a few years. The app won't work on my phone (the app cust serv. tried once and gave up to help me 😕) My taco craving was too big. What a mistake!! Their oil is not hot enough!! The shell tasted of freezer burn, I couldn't even chew through it and the meat was a greasy oily mess!!! The fries also greasy and still cold and stuck together. Couldn't even eat the burger, the bottom bun was soaked with grease. I'm so sad 😢 I used to love this place

The manager flat out lied to me her name was Elizabeth. We had asked for a salted Carmel mocha. She said that she never herd of it when I showed her the picture on the menu she then said she put that up by mistake. Then I told her my mother in law made a review and that Larry said you guys are suppose to be making them she took back all of her lies the person at the window Ignored the fact i asked for the manager i am very disappointed in this location the staff only seem to care to get you away from the window as fast as they can.i would of given 0 stars if I could

Edit: was told to fill out a survey about my visit and someone would contact me... still haven't heard a word. Very disappointing. I would give negative stars if possible. The ice machine was empty and instead of refilling it, these employees decided to take a break and have a snack... in plain site of customers. Sitting on a food prep area and eating food in food prep area are def health code violations. I will not return here
