IMPORTANT! Let me clear up a lot of these reviews, as a local who lives 10 minutes from the store I go in at different times of the day so I know how this store works from open to close. To start off with a lot of the reviews are from when the store had opened and was having teething issues, since then they have worked to over come a lot of the initial issues, don't get me wrong some issues still happen such as waiting 5 minutes because somthing wasn't cooked in preparation for that order, if you are someone who gets an extra patty that is your own fault of your own causing. 2nd: cleanliness, if you go in after a rush period don't be surprised if the place is a little dirty, issues I have knowticed is that a lot of young youths cause issues in the store and local bath area, they take fun in making mess, breaking stuff, and verbally abusing staff, if it were me all these kids would be slapped with ankel monitors and ASBO's, this store NEEDS a security guard like Mac Donalds does, further more when it comes to mess on the tables its full grown adults who eat like farm animals and have no self respect for hygiene these people would appear on house hoarders. Over all this store is very good, great staff when you treat them a regular human being by acting kind to them and not some lower class citizen or scumbag

We ordered food from here and didn’t receive 6 onions rings which we paid for, there’s no way of contacting Burger King directly.

Really enjoyable but needs keeping an eye on restaurant and toilets as was alittle dirty or maybe leave spray so we can clean our areas where we eat .

I had seen the new Wagyu burger endorsed on tv by Gordon Ramsey and thought I would try it. I hadn't been to Burger King for atleast 6 or 7 years as I am fully aware that it doesn't have the best reputation. On first impression walking into burger king, it was very dirty, with food on the floor and all over table at the window seats, these were all that was available. I had received my wagyu burger and for what a paid for the sandwich alone, costing £11, I was shocked. It looked good, but upon taste, it was some generic, cold, tasteless burger pattie, I think the best think was how it looked, but I was fooled. Why doesn't burger king ever get better? Why is it always dirty? Why do the staff have no interest? And why is the food always substandard 'goop'. It reaffirmed why i hadn't been back. Don't bother with the 'Wagyu' burger, you'll be let down.

This one in Bath appears to be different, unlike most others in the country, the food appeared as cold as their staff. The Dorito Spicy sticks were poorly made and presented. The atmosphere here was very slime for a Saturday evening. The staff makes you wait for the tray for 10+ minutes after making "Ready". Overall a poor experience here.

Paid for a sit in meal, all seats (2 tables and shelf table taken) went upstairs told I could not sit there, due to cleaning. Told to sit outside, where tables were dirty. NOT impressed, Burger King in Bath won't get my custom again!

Was hoping the new burger king would be great but it wasn't. The order Kiosk, only 3,closely packed, the food took 10 mins to come after ordered, was only luke warm, and disappointing. My whopper double, well the alledgelly flame grilled looked like it had maybe kissed the grill, and looked more like microwaved than anything. To add a final insult, the coke zero tasted watered-down. Very disappointed for £18,two burger meals.

Ordered two meals. Both drinks forgotten. The cheese on the burgers wasn't melted *at all*, meaning that the burgers couldn't have been above Luke warm when made. The loaded fries had basically no toppings. Plain fried were stone cold. Cilli cheese bites had obviously been sat in the hot hold for ages, tough to bite into and not good. If it's this bad right after opening, I don't want to know how bad it will be in six months time when the staff care even less.

Incredibly stupid experience today where the machine took my payment but didn't print a receipt or send the order. I showed the payment in my bank app but couldn't refund or give the meal, and now I have to chase the bank for a refund (!!)

Didn't eat here, went to order cheese burger on order machines Inside the store not available, it's seemed only the premium expensive £7 burgers were available, felt like targeting tourists to get big item sales, so they don't end up with the mass, 'pop in for a quick burger' scene maccies have. We had to go to maccies for a cheeseburger and whilst it filled the cheese satisfying moment, that was the exact disgusting dirty tables, lack of a cleaner situation burger king may be avoiding.

While waiting (a long time) , I noticed a staff member deep frying the burger patties in the chip frier. Difficult to complain as the girl serving the customer didn’t speak much English. This is completely Unacceptable - the whole point is they are ‘flame Grilled’. One of the worst burgers I have had in a while and I won’t be going back.

This isn’t the fault of this particular franchise, but of Burger King’s broken system. I walk in wanting to quickly order two double burgers with bacon and cheese (the ones exactly like in the picture, that literally have bacon and cheese in the damn name). Then I have to go through at least 10 questions about add-ons, to which I answer NO every time (because everywhere else—McDonald’s, KFC, etc.—those questions are about adding something on top of the standard ingredients). As a result, I received two buns with two patties inside and NOTHING ELSE. WHO CAME UP WITH THIS? HOW CAN YOU ASK A CUSTOMER WHO IS ORDERING A BURGER WITH CHEESE AND BACON WHETHER THEY WANT CHEESE AND BACON??? The staff were nice and added the cheese and bacon, but there was still NOTHING—no sauce, no tomato, no pickles. What nonsense. £23 wasted, it was impossible to eat. I will never go back to Burger King.

We were visiting Bath on the 24/6/2025. We decided to have plant based burgers at Burger king which we purchased and went back to our hotel a few minutes down the road. On opening the burger we found it cold, burnt and rock hard..It was inedible. I rang Burger King. I was told to bring it back and we could have a fresh one or a refund. We had a refund and the manager said it had been microwaved to long. In my opinion it didn't look like it had seen a microwave.It looked old and been sitting there all day. It was stone cold.. We won't buy in Burger King again.Really put us off.

What you see is not what you get. We ordered two Angus burgers, and it's totally wrong. Stick to ordinary whopper, don't pay for the premium. Clean toilets (access with PIN) for paying customers. It's the reason for 1 star.

I ordered on the stand alone kiosks. I then waited for my order near the service kiosk. Whilst waiting I observed 1 manager and 2 staff just chatting with another off duty manager. I was waiting quite a while for my food. After about 5 minutes. I asked where my food was only to be ignored due to their conversation. 1 staff member then asked the lady in the kitchen where my chicken rotator was. It was at this point she put the chicken patty in to cook and I was told it would be a few minutes for my food. When I received my food the whopper and the fries were cold as they were prepared prior to the whole meal being ready. The restaurant was not busy I was the only one with an order in store they had 2 app orders. At 18:45 a lady was told she was not allowed to sit on the furniture outside as they were packing it away.
