Visited the store this evening and the service was amazing and quick and the store was very well managed and clean. Would recommend this store to anyone.
Service today was excellent, while there was a queue, the lad on shift was polite and explained the menu to me and gave recommendations.
WOW simply the best subway iv eaten since the franchise came to the u.k and without any exaggeration I probably have about 50 subways a year, yeah that's right I said 50 a year which isn't to bad if you look at it as once a week. The service was simply on point and professional to say at the least super friendly and compassionate about their job it's not just a fast food chained restaurant but putting smiles on their customers faces If your in Bath and you want a healthy and enjoyful snack or lunch this is 100% the place to be!!!! There was no lettuce or spinach today but they still made my wrap taste as good as it normally does! RESPECT
I came bath for visit and i tried subway here but my decision was right . Food was too good and tasty, place was hygiene and tinashe was very polite and served well .
I visited this outlet recently for my lunch and was greated by the most charming and polite man, I wanted to try the new buffalo chicken but when I asked for it he told me they had ran out and was waiting for more sauce to arrive to make more and not being familiar with the menu I asked what he recommended and he pointed out that the plain chicken with bacon was much better than it's counterpart, so that's what I went for I had it toasted with American cheese, lettuce, red peppers and onions and I can 100% say I was impressed with the food and the service you provided thank you Michael I will definitely be back!
Payed a visit today during lunch time, the store was very clean with very welcoming staff, but most importantly, I got served pretty quickly. Just what I need on a lunch break.
I love this place. Ben is one the best maker of sandwiches all the time. He is very friendly, enthusiastic, always smile to customers. Shout out to him 😊😊😊. I would definitely recommend him

Staffs are efficient and the price of the subs are quite cheap—comparing to neighbouring cities like Bristol. The cheapest 6-inch sub costs only £1.99.
Guy with longer hair and bandana was great and friendly considering he was left running the shop solo! He should not be left solo at lunchtime when it's busy luckily we weren't in a rush for the train.
Subway never disappoints. Nothing else to say, amazing food, fast service when it’s quiet, and the atmosphere is alright, nothing special, but still clean.

It was great service but felt a bit slow,due to to the shortage of staff. The person who served us he was a man an under or around 20 years of age had a great customer service. It will be nice there's someone can support him or increases staff as we can see there was people waiting in the queue you on Tuesday day 29th of September 2020 in evening around 6.30. Ive only ever had one subway and it was in a service station back from Manchester when I was touring with my band the Graham snorton show it was yummy I had the vegan like meat thingy but with cheese the lady was nice and understood I didn't know how to order
The food was OK for Subway's standards: good quality-price. The service is awful, staff members don't even look at you while you're talking to them. A reason not to come back.
It could be more hygenic because there are flies which land in the serving area and there is no attempt to control them. It is difficult to see beyond this and comment on the quality of the subs.
Placed a £70 order online through Uber Eats at around 2:40, with estimated delivery for 3:00-3:20. It is currently 4:10 when writing this review, after calling the Subway, and being told that it has left and will be with me shortly. More than one hour, and still no food. It's not raining, nor snowing, and I doubt the apocalypse is taking place. Simply unprofessional, and the fact that the person on the phone, can't even get a name right after having it spelled out for him, or provide the simplest details regarding the order is completely ignorant. Will be looking to get a full refund, what an awful waste of time. Edit: I've edited this review at around 4:34, as the order arrived around 4:23. Sole reason for updating the review is I've felt badly for the delivery guy, who seemed like a genuine guy. Although I've felt bad, this wasn't a good experience overall, especially with this wait and limited details. However, hopefully this review drives future improvement. I've tipped the driver regardless.
Stale bread every time! I ordered today and it was inedible. Bread as hard as a rock
Had to leave early as the staff took 10 mins to even serve me despite being only 1 person in queue then seemed unable to make the sandwich and ran off for 10 mins into the back to the fridges without letting me know. Had to leave the shop to get a train otherwise I'd have missed it. Would not recommend
Put very less vegetables. In advertisement they show lots of quantity but in reality person put only 10% of those. Really disappointed ☹️
Food is good as Subway ever is but they don’t seem to have cleaned the place. Wasn’t very impressed with the prep-area. Normally subway is spotless but they had sauce stains on their counter and muddled up salads. Floor was very dirty, difficult to find a table that had been cleared and don’t go near the toilet! I’m avoiding this outlet

i went in on Monday for a bite, i asked for cheese and toasted it didn't happen , bread was dry no drink options and slow wait for food, woman looked like a pig she didn’t use gloves and sneezed in food highly recommend going to the other local subway near by
Ordered on Deliveroo. Food is over an hour late and still hasn’t arrived. I was told to cancel the order when I phoned them but was unable to on the app because they wouldn’t even offer a refund. I have phoned them again after over 10 times in an attempt to get a refund but have had no replies.
Poped in on Saturday evening around 5 PM. Noticed serious cleanliness issues in dining area, lobby - no tables were wiped & clean. Literally every table was dirty, had leftover breadcrumbs, lettuce, sauces!!! Upstairs seating area was unchecked, full of customer leftover Primarck/rubish bags. Food on the table, ground. Downstairs in front of the main food court and before employees eyes-the same thing + the floor dirty as well. No napkins as well. Seemed like the employees were Spanish which would explain the laziness and cleanliness issues. On days when the female employer (Inese?) is on shift I have noticed that everything is cleaned & in check.
Visited Southgate Subway after four of us eating in and spending a large amount of money we were told they don’t have toilets and no baby changing facilities…..
The place is good as we all know subway is a brand for sandwiches but the staff at this place is horrible talks to you in a rude way and never smiles back to customers we were 10 people but noone felt good to visit this place .. horrible experience
Understaffed, member behind on uber eat orders, suppose to have 3 staff members with him, but he's still on his own, management seems to have done nothing to help his situation, feel bad for the poor guy doing the best he can.......

Ordered off just eat. I’m allergic to tomatoes and they were out in my sandwich when I didn’t ask for them to. Called and the worker who picked up kept on telling me to request a refund through the app even after I told her that just eat didn’t supply that as an option, I wasn’t offered even a sorry.

Phoned the store and they straight up lied about "definitely toasting the sandwiches" and also said the definitely put everything in the bag. I think I know the difference between bread and toast especially when they hadn't even put the cheese In either.

It literally crumbled and fell apart in my hands, leaving me with a pile of toppings. I'm not even sure how it's possible to make bread that dry! Disappointed.

The food was terrible, bread off the sub was still frozen and crumbling. This is the second time the doors been locked when it specificity says it’s open. This subway needs Jesus. This place needs shutting down. I only went here cause it’s convenient near the bus station than it is walking to westgate buildings. Wish I could give a review with no stars, that’s how awful this place is/runs.

It took 15 mins for someone to serve use because one was too busy sorting out her pickup that she continued to talk about behind the line or was just too interested in her phone. The other girl there (septum piercing and black and red head) was doing what she could. A delivery driver had to get the crisps for the order he was picking up. The place looks grimy and just quite disgusting service from the first girl. The one with the piercing was fine.

this is the saddest subway in town barely any people go in and the staff are rude and unhelpful. i’ve tried to order food multiple times from here and it always arrives late or wrong and the staff refuse to help.

I asked for vegan garlic alioli after ordering a fully vegan sub, the employee proceeded to pour normal mayo over despite their colleague telling them it was the wrong sauce. I understand a miscommunication can happen but the employee didn’t offer to remove parts of sub that had been cross contaminated or just fully replace it. I had to ask them to remove some which they moved then ended up putting it back into the sub when they wrapped it so I got given an item that was not vegan & also no apologies or customer service in fact they just seemed unbothered about the cross contamination that happened. They also then didn’t finish my girlfriends subway and left her with just lettuce

It said delivery would be between 2:45pm and 3:05pm, which I was ok with. It got to 3:05pm and I had no updates so called the store and was advised my order was on its way and they are very busy. Half an hour later it’s still not here so I call again to be told the same thing. Food finally arrived at 4:15pm. I understand they are busy but when you pay £15 for a meal deal, you don’t expect to be waiting nearly 2 hours.
I ordered 12 cookies in a box as there was 1 box left on the cookie counter but they refused to give me a box because “there wouldn’t be enough for other customers”. As a customer myself I would be ok going without if there wasn’t a box on show like there's available cookies to buy. Absolutely shocking. Terrible service! The only good thing I experienced was the air conditioning.
We ordered total 3 foot long sub and some more things And from r the billing time one of the staff said this subway don't accept subway rewards application I ask staff why you can't accept it they just answer I'm just working here we can't accept it Totally unprofessional behaviour I didn't understand why they can't This is the worst subway entire in uk i ever visit in my life.

I actually can't remember the last time I encountered such a rude member of staff. No hello or goodbye or thank you when I paid. He slapped my sub together like it was a pile of dirty washing. If he was working in my store then he would be sacked on the spot. The lady was polite and makes a great sub. I won't return to this store.
