They move fast, they talk to u , they heat up the right ingredients. keep the stuff cold thats supposed to be cold, its like gordon ramsy came down and fixed the place . The only healthy option in baypoint , and it finally became good to go to . this place is going to be packed as people find out ! my photo of what’s left , only part i don’t like it’s gone… strawberry cookies …
Updating: so again the young man now known to me as Fav, short for Favian, was the sole person running the show. I mentioned to him how I left a review, and in doing so noticed a ton of others had also done the same leaving all positive thoughts. He is so sweet and personable, and quite humble to his mention... But I was more moved by what he shared and how he viewed life after making some personal choices to take a more ambitious path towards his future. Though only a 5 or 7 mins of conv, it's just one I won't forget. I wish him the best in his trajectory to an amazing life... It just takes one step at a time, and seems he's one not willing to settle or sit on any that cause a step down. Good for him, someone in the company should recognize this kid... Or someone whom needs a star player willing to work hard and appreciates the opportunity should go seek him out. He's kinda one of those ones you find every so often, and are lucky to have on ur team for a long time. I commend this one... He's got a good aura and presence for himself, so Bravo to him!

Service is fine but the neighborhood is not the best. Watch your wallet while around. Enough parking spots available.
Love me a good old meatball sub, hadn't had that in ages and it was so good. I also like their subway club regularly and like getting many of their sandwiches with the sweet onion sauce on it.

I go here often just because it's convenient, but there's nothing special about it. If you like Subway the only reason you wouldn't come here is if it's late at night since it's not necessarily the safest area.

Ive had some kids make me some of the best subway has to offer (never see them more than once usually i imagine turn around is high) and ive had grown adults (ownership) give me the chnisiest sandwich with no customer service amd treat me as if I am a burden and that I'm troubling them by ordering food. They do not honor advertised deals, not that they are obliged to, just know that before you order a sandwich on mobile or drive down. Its subway.
Would not recommend staff unfriendly walked out without ordering.
I moved to bay point about 8 months ago. I never had gone to the subway here and was really craving it yesterday, so I went. The guy making my sandwich and I started small talk, just a normal "hey how's it going?" kind of conversation.. After a couple minutes he starts asking me weird questions like "Do you drink alcohol?", "What neighborhood do you live in?", and "Do you like to party".... I showed no sort of attraction towards him, or even interest in this conversation from the start, but he asked for my phone number.... I kindly declined, which I would've done either way because I have a boyfriend.... But this made me feel SO uncomfortable. He made everything awkward after that. The entire time I was there I could FEEL his eyes on me... This is so unbelievebly inappropriate, ESPECIALLY in the work place.... Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but I hope Subway gets rid of this nasty man... I will not be coming back to this Subway.... Sucks that this had to be my first experience here. Thank you for listening.

The food was wrapped horribly and the service was not too good because I walked in the store and there were workers in the back but none of them would help me and I was the only person in line. I waited until a worker came from outside after he took out the trash and just put on gloves, HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS AT ALL ALSO HE HAD VERY BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND SOCIAL SKILLS BECAUSE HE WAS NOT ATTENTIVE AND HE IS ALSO A VERY VERY SLOPPY COOK I AM NEVER GOING TO COME BACK HERE AGAIN. I THOUGHT SUBWAY WAS BETTER THAN TOGO’S, I THINK I WAS WRONG.

I stood there for a moment to see if he was going to service me but he continued talking on his phone as if he did not even want to serve me. So I walked out of the store.
