I really think Taco Bell should consider splitting the two drive-thru lines — one dedicated to online pickup and the other for regular drive-thru orders. It would make the whole process so much smoother and quicker for everyone. The way the parking lot is set up now feels poorly designed and can be frustrating to deal with. Hopefully, the owner takes this into consideration because the food and service are decent, but the layout definitely needs some common-sense improvements.

Foods good but morning staff get mad if they mess up your order, night staff rush so much they mess up a lot of orders and that causes traffic.

Worst place ever. I went there and got the party nachos. I asked my order without jalapeños but they still put jalapeños on. I had to go back to exchange my food. Which was never done. All they did was take the jalapeños out my food. When I went to complain because my food was cold they looked at me like if I had 3 heads. They didn’t even make an effort to even make it look like the jalapeños weren’t there. Never going back.

Love the food. They never have both drive thru lanes open. The line is always in the street. What was the purpose of reconstructing this place if you’re not going to utilize the 2nd lane.

I came to pick up my delivery order. The waiting time was unreasonably long, and the staff couldn't confirm whether my order was ready. I waited for 50 minutes. Customers who came after me to pick up their delivery orders or placed orders on the spot were served and left, while my order was still not ready. I request that measures be taken to address the excessive waiting times and improve order processing.

Brought home an order with one adult male German cockroach! This is the kind of restaurant that gets all food delivered on one truck, not from numerous suppliers, so having roaches should be rare. We ate everything before the roach climbed out of the bag :(

went around 2am to get some food and that only was the drive thru person rude but the food was old the chicken was stiff and not edible same with the fries nd bowl

Had an order scheduled for 8:30pm and here I am still waiting for my order at 9:10pm. Customers are walking in and getting their food in a few minutes. Update: It turns out that my food was ready at 8:41 and was put off to the side. My food is cold and they wouldn’t do a thing to assist me. When I would ask about my food, the woman on the counter just held her hand to my face in a “stop” motion. This is by far the worst run Taco Bell I have ever visited. Avoid this location at all costs.

I forgot my AirPods last Friday inside Taco Bell. When I went back the next day, I asked an employee named Bryan to check, but the manager said nothing was found. My AirPods’ GPS showed they were still there, so I kept tracking them. The signal later showed up in Mineola, where I saw the same blue car I had noticed at Taco Bell that morning. Today, the GPS showed them back at Taco Bell again with the same blue car. I demanded to speak with the manager and explained everything. Only then did she hand me my AirPods they had been in her car the whole time. This is unacceptable and dishonest. Customers should be very careful when visiting this location.

If you want your order to take 30-60 minutes and still be missing items and ingredients, this is the Taco Bell for you. Out of the local locations, this one is the worst. Better off at any other location or bang bang across the street.

Honestly this location is the worst...always something missing or wrong, soda drinks with no syrup just seltzer, tacos NO CHEESE, no sauces, no forks...just name it. Out of 10 trips 8 will be wrong.Unfortunately its the closest one. One plus, the guy who manages the drive through some nights is GREAT. I have written to corporate NO ONE CARES!
