Hana was the first person who approached me and offered assistance. She stood there and helped me figure out what was best for my children and my pocket book. She checked on us a couple of times as well. She was kind and patient. She deserves a raise. We didn't eat there. We had ate before we came.

We came in on a Thursday. Dylan (not sure how to spell his name I’m sorry) was amazing! He was very informative, welcoming and helpful. It was short staffed~ they still did an incredible job making us feel welcomed. We had a BLAST this is now my date night place for sure!!

I had an amazing time here! The staff is so nice and accommodating. Robert and Micheal, specifically, were so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend! Great claw machines that are actually not rigged! Will definitely be back!!

My kids and I love main event!! I want to especially brag on Robbie! He is always so helpful and friendly! All the staff was friendly and attentive from the restaurant to the people working the floor. It’s also always clean when we go! We go often and will continue to go! Great job, main event!

This was our first time at this Main Event and we had an amazing time!! Our first stop was the Family Kitchen and I’m so glad we ate here!! Our waitress was Courtney and she was phenomenal!! Made it feel like we were in a 5 star restaurant!!! Her Customer Service is top tier and we are just so very grateful!! We will be back and we will always ask for Courtney!! Stephanie the manager is amazing also and Donald was great a well!! You guys go visit this main event and their Family Kitchen!! It’s great!! Food was also very good!! Thank you Courtney you are amazing and provided excellent service!! We appreciate you!!!!

I read the reviews on the way here and was a bit nervous about eating .. but let me tell you .. it's pizza, wings and flat bread we order .. and it was FANTASTIC .. big juicy flavorful wings ( korean spicy ) ( garlic parmesan ) ( honey sirracha ) Italian Supreme which I ordered incorrectly from not reading the menu, and the waitress was bending over backwards trying to help me correctly mistake .. I assured her it was ok not to worry ( I thought I ordered a round supreme pizza but it was a personal flatbread ) but was a wonderful mistake ... it was absolutely yummy as you can tell from the pictures .. yes it's a tuesday night, not crowded .. food ordered and to the table in 15 minutes .. maybe if it's a busy weekend day/night, it may take longer .. but to be expected ! so for the folks with bad experiences, I hope yall try again ! we will be back because the games are FUN and the food is YUM !

About my nephew here to play arcade games. Half of the games were broken malfunctioning or just didn’t work altogether. I had to go to the main desk about 15 times to get credits reloaded onto my card because it would charge me and the game wouldn’t work. I had to wait on an employee 20+ minutes just to Get my card reloaded each time. Other than that, my nephew had a great time. They really need to work on keeping their machines repaired and functioning correctly.

We traveled 3.5 hours to meet family at this location, and the experience was extremely disappointing—especially considering how expensive it is to be there. Several game machines repeatedly malfunctioned, and attendants were either nowhere to be found or standing nearby on their phones instead of assisting customers. One told us we had to find a manager for assistance because that wasn’t their job. It was very clear that customer service is not a priority. The restaurant service was also poor. Part of our order never arrived, yet we were still charged for everything and left a cash tip. What truly upset me was receiving a credit card notification later showing that an additional 32% tip had been added without my authorization. I contacted the manager, who looked into it and corrected the issue; however, this should have never happened. Overall, the lack of professionalism from floor employees and disregard for customers was unacceptable. Families should be able to enjoy their time without having to escalate problems to managers.

I don't know what is wrong with the winners choice employees,me and my wife where waiting in line for nearlyb15 minutes while a employee named tori was talking with another employee who had a purple shirt then a nice gentleman walked in and walked behind the counter he asked if we have been helped yet and I said no sir,we helped us redeem our ticket rings and check out I won't be coming back the lady say there and stared directly at me and continued tonhave her conversation while standing by the gate,I thought employees where supposed to help us i guess not.

I’m from out town here on business, My partner and I decided to have a little fun for the night, so we bowled and had food, The bowling we picked was $80.00 for 2 hrs. Our food we ordered was Appetizer, 2 Entrées, 2 sodas and 1 cocktail drink was over $80.00 These prices where ridiculous!!

Service was horrible, and only 3 tables had people. All the staff was jammed up goofing off in the waitress station. Bartender was awesome and got our fountain drinks. As a family of 5, it's always tough going out without breaking the bank. For the price and quality, save your self the hassle of sipping on melting ice cause drinks won't get filled, no plates or silverware for a $70 appetizer...no thank you! This place has grown down hill, no more birthdays or party's.

Went to main event Friday December 19th , me and my fiance were having a good time until, 4 games messed up on us, so when we went to ask for help they said they will send a worker down shortly ( that was the first time ) noone ever showed up to help ,so we gave up on that. ( never got my credits back either ) . Well we Decided to go eat at the restaurant since the games were a bust, got sat within 5 minutes of waiting which is awesome but took 11 minutes for our drinks to come out ( they were dead slow at the time ) we let that slide . We ordered beef nachos and the smash burger tacos, the waitress had to come back to our table 3 times because " she forgot our order " like 20 minutes go by and they come out with beef queso and chips and 2 raw beef smash burger tacos. ( you can see it in the picture ) the manager of the establishment had 0 since of urgency or sympathy of our experience nor did he even offer to try and make it right. All he gave us was " wow yepp that sure is raw, I will let the kitchen know and have then remake your food " didnt even acknowledge that they brought us chips and dip instead of nachos too. Overall experience is literally a negative 10. I will never be returning to this franchise. I will be contacting USDA Meat and Poultry hotline and the local health department solely because of the complete disregard i got from your guy's staff.

I came to Main Event in Beaumont on a Saturday afternoon with a party of seven (four adults and three kids), planning to sit down for a meal before enjoying the activities. When we arrived, there was no host at the stand, and we stood waiting for about 3-4 mintues before anyone came to seat us. Not the end of the world, but it already felt a little unorganized. After we were seated, our waitress took our drink orders. Once she brought them out, we ordered two appetizers and our entrees. It took about 25 mintues before anyone food came out, and the first thing to arrive wasn't the appetizers; it was just one chicken sandwich. About 10 minutes later, the rest of the food came trickling in, and the appetizers showed up with the entrees. I also had to flag someone down just to get utensils, which I assumed would've been on the table when we were seated. The staff memeber brought one set of utensils for a table of seven. I didn't ask for more because I figured it was common sense that everyone needed them. And then, right after our food finally arrived, the waitress asked if she could take plates away, this was within minutes of us being served, before we even had a chance to start eating. Overall, the service felt really disorganized and took away from the whole experience. This was disappointing because my previous visit was so much better. I'm hoping it was just an off day, but it definitely wasn't the experience we expected.
