Good like evryother jamaba juice but the service was. Super fast even with a big crowd. Thumbs up to baristas
What can I say? I love Jamba Juice! It has helped me get rid of my old bad eating habits. Whenever I have a drink, I feel energized for the whole day, my mood is better, and I don't crave sugary foods nor do I crash during the day. I come here for my morning smoothie everyday before work and it really helps keep me going everyday. And, it's fresh and delicious!
I went to jamba a few days ago and this jamba is so dope, they got great music playing, they were fast and friendly. Kevin R was really helpful me choose the best drink. And the Isaac they guy that made and poured my drink props to you, he made it in under a minute and it tasted better than ever. I love this jamba so much you guys are great.
Today was a very hot day.... However this jamba ONLY ran out of fro-yo. Good job Serramonte jamba for being more prepared than Westlake. The only thing is Serramonte jamba needs to know how to answer their phone that's all ....Serramonte jamba was prepared for this heat wave.... Sooo, that's a GOOD THING .... So the 5 stars go to Serramonte jamba..... UNLIKE Westlake jamba who ran out of product, such as frozen pineapple, peaches, fro-yo, milk, soy milk, oat milk, and lime sherbert and that's that I went there around 4:30pm/4:45pm. Westlake jamba was so unprepared for this heat wave. There is such things as the weather channel or news they could of checked to be more prepared in order for them to be able to order properly, which they were not. Ordering enough products for a hot day or any day is a MUST.... Another bad thing is they also did not answer their phone, so customers would be able to check what products they were out of.... Therefore I wasted a lot of my gas to find out when I got there that they were out of a lot of things. HEY! Westlake jamba you need answer your phone, know how to be prepared for heat waves and order product as needed to have a more smooth establishment and satisfied customers. Learn from Serramonte jamba.
Awesome workers very patient with older people you don't see that too much with young kids these days now seems like the new generation of kids now are getting raised by wild wolves I have no respect or morals only care about themselves and not other people I'm not sure what's happening to this world I hope it gets better sooner or later down the line

Consistent, clean, and tasty. Downside are prices have gone up. Honestly 9 or 11 dollars for a juice? Come on! But still, it is fun to go once in awhile!

I have a lot of time to go to this place but these past months apparently they have gotten something in the ingredients that no longer have the same flavor and the consistency is like water and it is not the first time it happened and I have ordered different flavors but it's the same does not have the same flavor as before ☹
I ordered my smoothie through the app 10 min prior, but when I got to the shop, it wasn't even open yet even though they were supposed to be open 30 min before. I had to wait even longer for my smoothie

Sticker shock to say the least!!! $11.50 for a Orange dream (it wasn’t even good either!!) I could have left but I felt bad for the young kids working there. To put this in perspective, I was at DEN airport yesterday and the same drink was $9.49 and was expected because it was the airport. Crazy.
The place was not kept clean. No customers, and there were three store guys, and the place looked like street side trash. Disappointed, almost didn’t want to order and walk out!!!! Not coming back.

Snotty cashier kept rolling his eyes at me and being rude and dismissive. He was wearing a girls headband too.
November 2, 2020. At 4:40pm. Server: Kevin R, Check: #155. I went with a friend and had him order first since I was paying for 6 different drinks. After assisting my friend she obviously sees me waiting for her to have my order but choose to look away until a few minutes later I told her if I can order. As she was making the drinks, mind you, they are mostly similar color drinks. It has no label nor did she mention which is drink is this. And one of the drinks is for my diabetic friend so we have to make sure she get the right drink thats less sweet! Instead the employee didn’t say which were which drinks, it would been helpful to know because again most the drinks were similar in color. But instead she was emotionless, wasn’t professional or helpful so we had to come back twice to ask which is which. Some of the drinks tasted off as well. The boss, i believe at the moment was not helpful either but just standing in the back. The cashier id was named under “Kevin R” but it was an asian female lady.
tried to get a protein berry workout claimed theres no protein, on top of that its been a month since they havent had whey protein . and to top it off their mango smoothis isnt no smoothie, its more like water
Went here today, cashier (tall Filipino dude) not very welcoming. As I ordered, this guy looked like he didn't want to work at Jamba Juice. Had a disrespectful tone. The stores vibe seemed negative like the Daly City weather. Rather go to the one in Westlake.
My go to is a chunky strawberry bowl. Almost all of the time the chunky strawberry bowl is watered down and they put day olds precut strawberries on my bowl. At least cut fresh strawberries or if you are going to pre cut your strawberries at least change them by the end of the day. My chunky strawberry bowl tasted like a water down smoothie. The bowl is not suppose to taste so watered down. I paid almost $11 dollars for a chunky strawberry bowl , at least make my bowl right and fresh. Don’t put more than a day out precut strawberries on my bowl, it doesn’t taste good.
Took 30 minutes to order (my entire break time) because I was having trouble ordering with my coupon so instead of helping out and ringing us up, they told me to try again on the self-order kiosk and walked away. When they began to ring up other guests at the register, I caved and went up to order which was fine but I tried to order a smoothie bowl and refused to let me order one. I asked for a reason and the girl refused to answer the question (this was at 6pm, TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSING). I didn't want to cause them trouble but it's so frustrating to receive poor service when you're already so exhausted. Just unhelpful and unwilling to let me order what I want and then the smoothie was so watered down when I got it :(
Service sucks!! High school kids working there laced any and all basic customer service skills. Doesn't hurt to smile or be polite. We placed our order before five or six customers, and we received ours LAST. Insult to injury, our cups had much smaller portions than everyone else. SAVE your MONEY and spend it elsewhere.
