Wendy's

They let you wait at the counter until your ready to leave. Then on your way out they rudely ask if your needing service. What a horrible place to have lunch or dinner. The food is ok.

Food is always great, if you happen to get what was ordered or don't starve to death before you get your food. Nice having a burger place on this side of Auburn but they NEVER have gotten our order right at the drive thru. Constantly getting the wrong items or missing things that we paid for. Tonight we ordered 4 meals and got 4 bags but when we checked missing a chicken nugget , a fry and the extra patty on one of the burgers. Previous visits have similar results on top of sitting there in the drive thru for up to 30 minutes.

Veterans Day !!!! Asked employee if Veteran's got discounts and she said yes. Then she charged me for 2 meals. I will never go back to any Wendy's!!!!!!!!

August 6th 2025 usually Wendy's is actually awesome especially in the mornings through the afternoons but today was absolutely the opposite Coke was flat food was cold and he had some dude that couldn't say hello at the window that just smirked like he's spit in someone's food and was laughing with some white kid checking the orders probably won't be going there anytime soon

They rip the bacon in half and call it two slices, not to mention the absolutely pathetic size of the patty - Maybe they're cutting larger ones into quarters, since they think they can pull that nonsense with the bacon.

I don't know what's going on with that Wendy's but the soda has been flat the coke regular Coke has been flat for 3 days now I don't think they're trying to save a buck cut back on the sweetener or the flavor also I asked something I didn't get something other than what I got as a side to a number one and a smart ass dude at the window smirking not responding hello Hi how are you or anything just had a stupid looking grin on his face like he got out of a white four-door little Toyota I'm not going to Wendy's for quite some time now because of this thank you this was approximately at 2:15 p.m. on August 6th 2025

They claim quality but it tastes bad. Upsets my stomach and makes me ill. I won't eat at McDonald's and I classify McDonald's higher than Wendy's nowadays.

They don’t know how to prepare an order with the stuff you actually ask for. They gave me what I didn’t order. It’s not that hard to read a receipt and actually fulfill it.

Wow, this new Wendy's has failed. You would think that as a new location the food would be properly cooked. But now my second time at this location and the fries were extremely undercooked and soggy. The fried chicken patties were extremely thin (not juicy or tender) and the service wasn't friendly. Waste of money. Auburn Wendy's has much better quality.

I just ate about 1/4 of my LARGE CHILI w/onions & cheese which tasted “off” (similar to a teflon pan on fire). I added sour cream thinking it would help, but something tells me my night will be spent over the porcelain queen… tried calling to let someone know but keep getting disconnected automatically bcuz NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE! Pray for me. GROSS!

Managers arent managing and supervisors arent supervising. Stood in the lobby for over 5 minutes to order. Never did, walked out. Terrible service.

I honestly wish I could give this place negative stars, specifically, there is a older blonde haired woman that I assume is the manager. She has a terrible attitude/ absolutely zero customer service skills. She came at us with sarcasm and a terrible tone straight from the start of taking our order to giving us our food. Worst fast food experience I've ever personally had and that includes the year I worked at a taco bell. If you can't tell, I'm absolutely disgusted by the service here and will never be going back to this location. P.S- They made us wait for a new batch of chicken nuggets that weren't fresh when they got to us.
