I like my fries done but completely dehydrated is not that good. They were crunchy to the extreme. I guess I could have sent them back but that a no no. That's when they mess with your food.

I was disappointed by this visit. The service was perfect, even though they were busy they got my order in quickly and I can't complain about the time it took to come out. I've been to much less congested places and received my order in record time at Sonic compared to the latter. However the corn dogs were over cooked and not fresh at all and the cheddar peppers seemed overcooked outside but inside the cheese wasn't melted...it still seemed a little textured if that makes sense. The waitress was a doll and did her job fine...it was the food prepared that failed this review.

Bought my food tonight the food ended up being cold had to heat it up in the microwave when I got home the drinks are great wish they had a little more Reese's inside our ice cream did have friendly service and were pretty nice pricing wasn't too bad but still disappointed on the food.

This location is ok sometimes, other times not so much. I like the Frito burrito's (no Frito), sometimes they're great, other times I get a tortilla with a teaspoon of chilli, for $3.50...not even worthy of being called a burrito. The Blasts are always good though.

I strongly do not suggest suggest anyone to go to the Belle Meade Sonic they are rude they cannot get their mobile apps to work correctly and the manager is a rudest one there I ordered off the app it didn't get my full order didn't get my reward done then they say I have to order again because it didn't get them whenever it went through it didn't go through with my reward did they argue with me and was rude to me we reordered and paid for the item that was supposed to be free 30 minutes I am furious I mean furious the manager is named Trey I do not know his last name Charlie do not suggest going to this location 😕 😡💢

Ordered #3 cheeseburger meal with mustard, NO ketchup,No mayo, no pickles. It not only had NO mustard but did have mayo, ketchup & pickles. The ticket read correct. The tator tots tasted as if they sat for over an hour in old grease. Awful. The only decent thing was the drink. Extremely dissatisfied with this meal. Sonic was always my go to for cheeseburger. Never again. Waste of money.

We constantly get ice and drinks from here and usually don't have issues. This was found in my r44 ice. A baby roach I'm so disgusted. I'd already eaten a good portion of ice from the cup. I'm 9 months pregnant and am praying I don't get sick.
