Semplicemente fantastico, accogliente, pulito, cucina ottima! Ci si sente a casa, la proprietaria Marianna è gentile, pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Se si decide di staccare dal caos della città è il posto giusto.

Pranzo squisito! Forse il prezzo un po' alto rispetto alla norma, ma la qualità e la bontà sono garantite! Qui si percepisce la Sardegna autentica, dove tradizione e innovazione si fondono. Se volete provare la vera cucina sarda vi consiglio vivamente di visitare questo agriturismo. Non ve ne pentirete! Torneremo per provare il loro maialetto!

Sono stato con tre amici per un tour in moto in questa terra bellissima e abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni allHotel Edera. Ho trovato un’ospitalità e una disponibilità meravigliosa, sempre gentilissimi a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Ottima la cucina e a nome anche dei miei amici Bruno, Renzo e Pietro voglio ringraziare Marianna il marito e la figlia Francesca. Un abbraccio fortissimo.

Se passate per Belvì prendetevi una pausa per pranzare da Marianna, merita la sosta. Il locale è molto accogliente, il servizio impeccabile e la cucina incredibile, tutti prodotti locali serviti con passione e in abbondanza e, cosa che non guasta mai, accolti con straordinaria gentilezza e con affetto sincero. Grazie di tutto Marianna e Sebastiano.

Albergo e ristorante a conduzione famigliare che non lascia nulla al caso. La cena e la colazione sono stati veramente invitanti, di qualità con porzioni abbondanti. Si possono gustare tante specialità, la marmellata alle more è la fine del mondo, per non parlare dei loro antipasti, salumi e primi. Molto gustosa anche la capra in umido. La stanza è accogliente, silenziosa e offre tutti i servizi, molto fresca durante il periodo estivo. La ciliegina sulla torta è la proprietaria Marianna con la sua simpatica figlia, persone genuine e accoglienti che ti fanno sentire a casa. È stato un piacere poter soggiornare nella loro struttura in un periodo dell'anno affollato che poteva presentare qualche criticità ed invece loro sono state all'altezza del difficile lavoro che svolgono, impeccabili. Consiglio l'Hotel Edera a chiunque voglia visitare la Barbagia di Belvì, scoprirete prelibatezze e cordialità.

Soggiornato per lavoro, ho trovato una struttura confortevole e ben curata, ben posizionata per raggiungere tutte le zone della Barbagia. Ciò che però ha reso il soggiorno perfetto è stata la disponibilità e l'ospitalità dei titolari ...oltre che l'ottima cucina tipica del ristorante.

I stayed at the Edera farmhouse in the first few days of the year and was pleasantly surprised by the location, the kindness of the owners, and the hospitality! We ate wonderfully. A fantastic selection of appetizers, two first courses, and superb meat-based second courses capped off a truly relaxing day. A delightful lunch enjoyed in front of a crackling fireplace! We will definitely be back! It was truly delightful to chat amiably with the owner's daughter! Thank you for everything!

My husband and I went yesterday, November 1st, for lunch. The restaurant is family-run, Sardinian-style, and very welcoming. The owner, a young, very kind and courteous woman, immediately puts you at ease. In the kitchen, the mother who cooks, a great cook, serves good and plentiful dishes. You will find the table already set with appetizers... an infinite number, each better than the last. 2 first courses, malloreddus with sausage and mushrooms, and ravioli... 3 second courses, wild boar stew with chestnuts and potatoes, stewed kid, and pork loin with a delicious pistachio sauce. Not to mention the typical Sardinian desserts and a hazelnut liqueur at the end of the meal... oh my, how good😋 plus coffee and coffee drinker. I highly recommend it... everything is delicious.

I only discovered Edera this year, and I think I won't be able to live without it. It's my favorite restaurant. Not only is it in a beautiful location, immersed in the unique tranquility of Belvì, but the food is so good I can't even begin to describe it. Marianna's exceptional dishes—always unique, refined, and varied, handmade and made with locally sourced ingredients, in generous portions to say the least—are accompanied by exquisite wines and desserts (especially Sebastiano's nougat), and served with such kindness by her daughter Francesca. It's a family-friendly atmosphere where you feel at home. A little gem that is the product of the kind hearts of the people mentioned above. When I think of a restaurant to recommend, I immediately think of Edera!

I can't comment on the rooms, we only ate at the restaurant, but I'm so glad we made the stop. What a gem! If you're driving through the area and hungry you must stop. The food was absolutely delicious. The waitress was super nice and service was impeccable. My only complaint is that pasta was overcooked. For an Italian restaurant that's a bit unheard of in Italy, but we didn't go here for the pasta. We wanted traditional regional food. Stick to the cold cuts and cheese platter service which includes many other accompaniments, and don't miss the goat stew and cinghiale stew. Both were incredible. We also had the baked cheese which was so good. They offer cookies at the end which was a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely still tasting this meal. Enjoy!!!

Perfect place for those traveling by motorcycle, as it's located almost in the center of Sardinia and offers overnight parking in the garage. The staff is friendly and always available. The food is truly excellent and the typical local cuisine is delicious. The prices are fair, the rooms are clean and in excellent condition. It's now a regular stop when we come to Sardinia!

We were a group of six friends and had an excellent lunch of Sardinian dishes: Several apetizers (different types of cheese, ham, several types of cooked veggies), two first courses (maloreddus with goat meat, pane frattau), three main courses (wildboar stew, beaf with potatoes, porc with veggies). All served with local red wine. Coffee with home made biscuits to finish. Excellent ratio price/quality. We will definitely go back, thank you Marianna and her partner !

Arrived late after having made an inquiry online for a room. Despite not having confirmed the reservation (an oversight on my part) Francesca kindly showed me to their last room while her mother Marianna whipped up a delicious multi-course dinner. The food is lovingly prepared with local seasonal ingredients, the wine was delicious, and the hospitality so genuine and warm. I stayed two nights during their Autonno festival of chestnuts and it was one of the most memorable experiences of my whole month in Italy, Sicily, Pantelleria, and Sardegna. The value for the comfortable stay, the generous breakfast and the dinner is amazing. This region of Barbagia is very special and this hotel was perfectly positioned to enjoy it. Not speaking much Italian and no Sarde, it was nice to have Francesca’s tips on where to experience events or park during my stay there. Hope to return again!

Wonderful staff and outstanding food. We rode through and stopped for lunch on our way from Villisimius to Allghero. The friendly daughter, ran the front of the house while mom cooked up all the deliciousness in the kitchen. The raviolis and boar could not have been better. Would love to make this stop again.

Un luogo molto carino ospitale e confortevole, le camere molto pulite! Abbiamo usufruito di un offerta speciale per 70€ con trattamento mezza pensione (una promozione che hanno offerto per un breve periodo) e devo dire proprio un'ottima offerta! La cena davvero super abbondante impossibile mangiare tutto ma la qualità di ogni cosa era senz'altro alta, colazione buona con ampia scelta sia dolce che salato! Personale molto accogliente e familiare, sicuramente lo consiglierei!! Bravi

Siamo stati a pranzo Cipolle caramellate dolci quanto una marmellata "pessime" Antipasti in generale medio bassi . Primo : fregola salata immangiabile. Ravioli di patate abbastanza stopposi ripieno asciutto...eppure le patate con un minimo di qualità costano poco. Chiedo un piccolo assaggio di castrato mi viene conteggiato come se avessi mangiato tutti i secondi Ma la cosa che più mi lascia senza parole è il fatto che avendo bevuto solo acqua per di più filtrata e non in bottiglia ad es. smeraldiba quindi con un costo quasi nullo mi abbiano fatto pagare 45 euro a persona come se avessimo consumato anche il vino ed i secondi " cioè un menù completo invece di scorporarlo dal conto . Mi dispiace ma non avrò più il piacere di essere vostro ospite . 45 euro per un paio di verdure come antipasto il formaggio come se fosse caviale e 2 primi tra cui uno immangiabile ritornato indietro mi sembra un po troppo . Prendere il cliente come bancomat non giova al locale. Scrivo a malincuore perché il personale è molto cordiale. Ma ci vuole attenzione a far pagare ciò che si consuma .
