Wir kommen schon seit Jahren immer wieder gern ins Restaurant Hotel Bendinat. Der Platz direkt am Meer beim Sonnenuntergang ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Dazu gibt es wunderbares Essen, von Fisch, Fleisch bis Desert ist alles auf hohem Niveau. Besonders herzlich ist der Service. Auch bei vollem Restaurant ist immer ein nettes Plausch drin. Danke sagen wir besonders an Marcus und Karina (Спасибо и всего наилучшего!), aber auch an alle anderen im Team. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch und sagen danke, für wunderschöne Abende im Restaurant Hotel Bendinat. Thomas und Karina.
Wir waren heute am Oster Sonntag mit sechs Personen hier Essen. Ich kenne dieses Restaurant seit 30 Jahren, bin oft Gast gewesen. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Wunderbarer Blick. Eine Film Kulisse. Die Qualität zum Preis hat nach gelassen. Leider, nicht mehr wie wir es gewohnt waren. Schade.

Hemos comido en su restaurante fenomenal, el arroz negro estaba riquísimo. La terraza muy tranquila y una pasada De vistas. Volveremos!

Superbe endroit où l’on peut manger avec une très belle vue. Service de voiturier inclus sachant qu’il y a un parking, et qu’il est aussi facile de se garer dans les rues à proximité. Très bon accueil, j’avais demandé une table en première ligne pour un repas d’anniversaire, et les instructions ont été respectées. Très bon niveau au niveau culinaire. Les plats sont autour de 30 à 40€ mais le contenu de l’assiette, le service, le cadre, le mérite. Excellents desserts. Bref je vous recommande cet endroit qui est assez magique.
Super lieu, réservation et demandes qui ont été suivis à la lettre pour un anniversaire dans un cadre idyllique. Il faut prévoir un budget d’environ 130€ pour 2. Mais la cuisine est fabuleuse ! Cela vaut le prix. Le restaurant est attenant à l’hôtel qui est tout aussi magnifique. Si vous aller à Majorque il faut obligatoirement passer par ce restaurant et le quartier huppé de Bendinat.
We had a lovely lunch hear, celebrating the birthday of our kids. Lovely experience, great food, wonderful view. We hope to come back and stay in the hotel.
everything is perfect kitchen atmosphere ! but the waiters stole the gifts of the birthday boy who we forgot at the table for ten minutes, during which the manager said that there was nothing! bill 2500€ tip 250€ and finally they stole our gifts too !!!!

Comemos allí hace muchos años y aunque hay muchos extranjeros, como siempre, han sabido dejar a cargo del restaurante a Marcos para cuidarnos a los locales. También nos gusta mucho seguir viendo camareros como Benja, que nos cuida con con su coctelería y amabilidad. Esperemos que no cambien.
Excelente comida. Excelente terraza, con sombra, como toca. Buen servicio. He ido a otros restaurantes de hoteles al borde del mar, más o menos cercanos a éste, y han sido pésimos pese a las buenas críticas de Google Maps (en comida, servicio, cuidado del local...). Incluso en uno no se podía estar en la terraza por no tener sombra suficiente. Todo esto para decir que me alegro de que haya uno tan bueno como lo merece el paisaje.
Lugar con vistas muy lindas, la comida bien. Algunos camareros excelentes en trato y cordialidad otros no tanto muy acelerados o indiferentes. El ambiente ha sido grato sin ruido y bellas vistas nuevamente lo indico, lugar muy limpio además.
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend, super nettes Personal und ein Ambiente was seines gleichen sucht. Kleiner Tipp, packt euch eine Jacke oder ein Pullover ein, da es dort windig sein kann. 1 Stern Abzug weil zwei Weine sowie ein Essen auf der Speisekarte nicht zur Verfügung standen.
Beautiful place located in front of the ocean with well prepared food and a super friendly staff. We ordered the octopus gratin and the squid brioche for starters and they were both excellent. The grilled fish we ordered as the main course was good, but the way it was written on the menu made us believe that it would already come with a side, which was not the case. Apart from that, everything was excellent.
Great foods, vibe is even better. Worth every penny!! All staffs here are amazing and friendly too. However, if you sitting under the trees, be careful the birds there are a bit naughty.
Destaque para as entradas: polvo e brioche de lulas, maravilhosos. O prato principal estava bem feito mas faltou estar claro no cardápio que o peixe não tinha acompanhamento, que deveríamos pedir à parte. O ambiente com vista para o mar é perfeito.
Hemos estado muy a gusto, el entorno precioso, la comida muy rica y el servicio inmejorable. Lo mejor de todo los cocktails de Benjamin (sobretodo el de chupachup)!!!!
Excelente restaurante con unas vistas maravillosas y junto al mar en una zona muy tranquila. He estado en varias ocasiones y nunca defrauda. El servicio es rápido y de calidad. La carta tiene una selección fantástica de platos muy sabrosos. Por la noche es perfecto para una cena romántica. Su terraza es un 10.
La comida espectacular, probamos Tartar de salmón con guacamole.., pulpo gratinado con queso mahonés y sobrasada y para terminar arroz ciego de rape y gambón que no podía estar más bueno. Lugar tranquilo y muy bien atendido con acceso directo a piscinas naturales. Una experiencia única

Terraza muy bonita junto al mar y servicio impecable. Por desgracia la cocina ha ido empeorando con los años y se ha convertido en bastante mediocre, con raciones a veces muy pequeñas. Precios muy elevados, sólo justificados por su ubicación.
Las Terrazas de Bendinat offers a stunning, almost cinematic setting – absolutely perfect for a date or special occasion. The food was decent: the seafood paella tasted more like a tomato risotto, but came with generous, high-quality seafood. Service was a bit of a downside, with staff seeming rather unfriendly. Prices are steep for what you get food-wise, but the view and atmosphere make it worth it.
Un atardecer precioso y una comida fabulosa. La terraza ofrece unas vistas tremendas. La calidad del producto es buena, y el ambiente es excelente. La única pega sería la lentitud a la hora de servir. Si quieres impresionar a alguien, reservaría en torno a las 20:45 para disfrutar de la puesta de sol.

Restaurante de hotel de lujo con unas vistas de ensueño. Buen producto y perfecta elaboración. Todo casa, no hay estridencias ni apenas moderneces circunstancia que para mi es un punto a favor. Carta de vinos con buenas referencias. Servicio normalmente desacompasado. Buen jefe de sala y runners más despistadillos, algo que merma experiencia gourmet, máxime en un lugar chic y de factura salada.

If you look for your neo chic Mediterranean style restaurant, you are at the right place ! The terasse has an amazing view on the sea, is very stylishly integrated in the nature, offers a lot of shadow and, of course, the overall design of the place is on spot... When it comes to the food...I would be however slightly less enthusiastic... Starting with the typical bread and aioli one could have expected a better homemade bread in such a place rather than the one served that was most likely a frozen piece re heated for the occasion. The aioli instead was good and clearly fresh homemade. To follow we took the fried Calamari to share. The execution of the dish was rather disappointing for such a place, to the point we even had to ask to bring it back to refry the calamari. Even there the dish was still lacking the crispiness and seasoning you'd expect for such a simple classical dish... The seafood monkfish and tiger prawns paella we took to follow was however very well done, tastefull and saved this slow start lunch. The dessert were in line with expectations, nothing sensational nor disappointing there except a bit of waiting for the chocolate cake but expected as clearly baked on the spot... Overall the place is very nice but a bit of effort on the food execution would not harm at this price point...

Que lástima, las terrazas del hotel bendinat siempre han sido un lugar emblemático, al cual las familias de poder adquisitivo alto iban a disfrutar de una experiencia exquisita.. Ahora, el lugar sigue siendo precioso, el servicio, bien, decir que la comida es mediocre sería tirar por lo alto.. las croquetas pastosas, una ensalada de gambas con cuatro hojas mal puestas y salsa rosa, una burrata sin sal de escamas ni aceite de calidad, pesto básico y mozarella dura,.. Claramente ahora se ha convertido en un restaurante al que se va por las vistas, no por la comida.
Mediocre, expensive food in a sublime setting with good service. Go for a drink on the terrace instead or even just a desert. They were the best bit.
I don’t really write a review really fast but this really was a disappointment. Let’s start with the good points. The location is amazing and the views could be better I think. But from the moment I sat down it was super rushed and I had the feeling that they had to serve me as soon as possible. The lady serving me was okay, didn’t feel like she was very excited to be at work, but maybe it was already a long shift, but she was very responsive for when something went wrong which was nice. When I ordered the first course it was there in 5 minutes, so the idea of really fresh food wasn’t really there. But besides that I had to wait another 15 minutes for my drinks to arrive. Seems like a weird order to me. When I finished my first course (already asked twice if I was done), the main course was also there within 10 minutes. So taking your time wasn’t really the case. I ordered the steak, I kid you not I think over 25% was just pure fat. So at the end of the day that’s also what you are paying for. Fries weren’t really warm as well. I ordered another drink in the meantime, arrived with the wrong order after my dessert. So overall, maybe just go for a drink to enjoy the view, but wouldn’t recommend to come back for dinner with the prices being asked.
Beautiful view but the food is not worth its money, we got chicken that was dry and had hair... The coffee is plain from the machine and feels like diluted water, the aperol spritz was also very watery. We waited about 45 minutes for our food and were disappointed at the end. By the way, I was here a year ago and it was better, maybe this time the kitchen staff has changed or the cook was not inspired to cook I do not know. Maybe there are also good places nearby with a nice view?
Заказали стейки (medium), принесли сырое мясо которое полежало 3 секунды на сковородке (rare blue), карбонара из детского - не карбонара. Дальше по официантам: сначала полностью забыли про заказ одного из нас (нас это 3 человека), потом спустя минут 50+ мы дождались всех блюд, решили попробовать десерт. Сначала мы поднимали руки и пытались выйти на контакт с официантом (голосом🤔), после того как нас игнорировали минуты 4, я начал громко щелкать пальцами, все еще игнор, и тут я начинаю оглушающе хлопать каждому проходящиму официанту, о дааа ШЕСТОЙ прошедший это заметил, и сказал что скоро придет, какие-то 5 минут и он тут, мы заказали какой-то кондан и ждем его уже минут 20...
Nous avions réservé une table vue mer par téléphone en précisant bien que nous souhaitions la vue mer… Arrivés sur place table troisième rang avec vue sur table de devant et un grand monsieur avec son chapeau Aucune explication de la serveuse qui semblait saoulée de s occuper de nous Demandons alors au chef de rang qui nous dit que c’est normal car réservation du jour! Nous décidons de partir passer notre soirée dans endroit plus accueillant et avec une vue plus sympa !!!
El pasado jueves tuvimos una comida familiar ,reservada con mucha ilusión . El servicio fue nefasto.teniendo que reclamar varias veces la comida y luego una paella muy mediocre Una gran decepción. Por la tarde me enteré que había cambiado la dirección del restaurante claramente para mal. Que lástima.
Where to start with this review… Phone reservation experience When calling to reserve a table on the terrace, I was told there was no availability for 10 days. This was misleading, as every evening there were multiple empty tables on the terrace. No alternative solutions or waiting list options were offered, and the phone manner felt dismissive and almost rude. Check-in process Upon arrival for our dinner reservation, the scene was chaotic. The hostess appeared overwhelmed, rushing back and forth alongside the waiters, struggling to manage three consecutive reservations. The atmosphere felt more like a fast-food restaurant than a 5-star establishment—there was no sense of calm, control, or organization. When I asked about a sea-view table, I was told immediately it was impossible, without even a polite commitment to check later. A simple “I’ll see what I can do” would have left a better impression, especially since several tables became free within 30–45 minutes. Atmosphere on the floor Waiters were running in all directions, speaking loudly, and even shouting to each other across the terrace, creating a hectic, unrefined atmosphere—again, far from what you expect from a luxury venue. Lack of personalized service There was no personal touch from the waiter—no introduction such as, “Hello, I’m Tony, and I’ll be serving you tonight.” We waited 10–15 minutes for water and snacks. When we ordered a bottle of champagne, we were brought wine instead, 20 minutes later. When I pointed out the error, two waiters openly argued about it in Spanish in front of us, instead of handling it discreetly. Smoking area Even though we were on the terrace, the smoking area was located outside the restaurant and was not prepared with ashtrays—we had to request one. Overall quality vs. price For 5-star prices and a 5-star view, the service was closer to 2 stars, and the organization 1 star. There seemed to be little communication between floor staff and kitchen/bar teams—an updated operating system is badly needed. Many of the older staff appear disengaged, lacking interest in service or understanding of modern hospitality standards. Spending €350 for dinner for two felt like a €35 experience. Missed opportunities for hospitality Even at the end of the night, when my girlfriend wanted a photo, staff stood by watching as we took pictures for another couple, without offering to help us capture our own moment. Final thoughts I strongly recommend this review be read aloud at the next Hotel/Restaurant Manager meeting. For the upcoming season, a complete review and change of the service team is needed. This is not the standard of a 5-star restaurant in 2025. Too much money and too many opportunities are being left on the table.
I never write reviews…. But here I am, literally writing this as we wait for the bill, because the service was just that offensively bad. Let me set the scene: I eat out a lot. I’m based in Sydney Australia (we are spoiled for choice), and I’ve just come off a 4-week trip where every single meal was at eaten out. So it’s safe to say I know my way around what is and isn’t good service, or bare minimum. This place, allegedly “high end,” served us service so embarrassingly poor, I was embarrassed and extremely disappointed. Let’s break it down: - We waited 30-ish minutes before anyone even bothered to ask for our first drinks, having to literally wave someone down to look at us. At this point, we decided we’d better just give them our full order (minus dessert) because who knew when we’d see someone again. - Entrees came eventually, fine. But once we finished? They sat there. And sat. And SAT. For 35 + minutes. Just empty lobster shells and mussels cluttering the table like a seafood graveyard. Again, no one checked in. We waved (again) just to get them cleared and to order another round of drinks. - Mains? Took ages. And when they arrived, the steak, ordered medium, came out blue. I’m talking still mooing. We didn’t even bother sending it back. - Then came dessert… It came out quickly - but it was the wrong dessert. Took another 10 minutes just to get someone’s attention. When we finally told them, they rolled their eyes. No apology. Just swapped it for a cheesecake that was WARM. Another thing to note is that I mentioned in the booking notes that it was my partner’s birthday. I dont expect fireworks, but again comparing to other restaurants and what they do for special occasions, sadly we were met with nothing but poor service at this experience. It was such a disappointing way to end our trip and celebrate my partner’s birthday. A completely avoidable letdown that just left a sour taste in our mouths - and not just from the warm cheesecake
