Got a 11 pm burrito and it was massive too, Petaluma burritos got nothing on what I had, 12.50 gets you the best breakfast burrito I had in years vato loco

Great spot for a quick burrito. The staff is very friendly. It would be great if they had a salsa option on their DoorDash menu. They review before me, I don’t think you can blame them I’ve heard of this happening before with earthy food like rice and beans. Sometimes tiny pebbles can be packed in with dried rice and beans; my guess is the beans as it would fit right in. It’s unfortunate, but something like that is a part of life. It a supply issue not a restaurant issue.

Rude staff. One time I paid the rest with some coins and got the burnt scraps of Al pastor. Charged $5 for a side of rice, when I went to return it the lady who has been working there for at least two years said she doesn’t know how to return cash transactions. If you go, check your take out containers before you leave the drive through.

Ordered a super burrito with al pastor, one regular pastor burrito, and 3 quesatacos with Carne asada, which all cost about $43 (a little more expensive than i expected). I did drive thru which was difficult because their speaker system wasn't working so u had to order at the window. Being that I had never been there, I didn't have a menu to look at to order and I decide before I drove to the window (so probably my fault). I would've liked to be able to see the menu while ordering. I liked my quesatacos, although slightly on the skimpy side with the meat especially if they cost $5 each. My pastor burrito was ok. I don't like lettuce in my burritos, so I wish I had a menu to reference so I'd have known. The flavor of the pastor was pretty good. Willing to give this place another try, but I want too impressed with my first visit.

Good luck getting extra salsa. Even with the offer to pay more for an extra side of salsa nope.

I have been to many chain style Mexican restaurants. This place, I give it a 2 stars. Food was very salty, greasy and over kill on the cheese. Coming from Los Angeles and eating at the famous King Taco. Nothing compares to it. Still yet to find a good Mexican food place in the Bay.

They put burnt fries in both my burritos . The burritos itself were so hard I couldn’t even bite into them. so I had to drive back and reorder . Spent $45 here just to be disappointed early in the morning !

The customer service here is so helpful and fast, but my burrito was the most disappointing thing I've ordered in a long time. I've always had decent food experiences in the Bay Area, if not great, but this isn't it. The meat was very poor quality, the sour cream was extra sour, the cheddar cheese (weird choice of cheese, but okay) was laid right next to a ton of lettuce, so it didn't melt. It reminded me of eating cold Taco Bell soft tacos. I couldn't taste any seasoning on my meat except salt. The churro and horchata saved my day, otherwise I would have had to give 1 star. Maybe it's a personal issue, but I also found it super awkward that they ask you how much you want to tip at the window. Drive thru's should have a standard surcharge in lieu of tips at the window or no tips at all.

We too have tried and tried and tried to like this place. We have visited this place 5 times and like others I read something is wrong missing or plain off. Then there is the wait. I think the menu is too big it takes 20 plus minuets to get your order and it’s only decent. The Torta omg... the worst! They should be ashamed to cook and server something like that. To be fair there fast food, taco, burrito is okay. I should have stuck to them. Because it’s when you order a plate from the menu you will be disappointed! We wanted to like them but like others we are not going back!

Freezing cold inside, non friendly counter person, no hello or welcome. Burrito was nasty full of grizzle and shredded lettuce. I'll never go back...

I asked for guacamole in a separate container so the chips would not be soggy, and got this for $8. What a rip off. Not going back!

2nd time going there in the morning trying to get to a breakfast burrito. They “open at 7am” doors locked, drive thru closed. Why advertise to the public if you’re gonna be open and not open for service.

Went there last night. Food is disgusting and customer service sucks. Next day I was throwing up and on the toilet having diarrhea. Definitely got a stomach bug or food poisoning from there

Rude, disrespectful staff. Ordered rolled tacos from them via UberEats and driver dropped of the wrong order (someone else's DoorDash order, oh well mistakes happen, respect the hustle). Called the driver, came back super apologetic saying he'd go back to make it right. Driver calls me back while at the restaurant and hands the phone off to the lady working there. She starts explaining condescendingly that it wasn't their problem anymore that it was all the drivers fault, etc. I then hear her begin to berate the driver saying he shouldn't be working on 2 different delivery apps. Seriously? This is my first time ordering from y'all and first impressions are not great. I contemplated re-ordering but ultimately chose not to because I was worried they'd mess with my food. I understand platform delivery drivers can be annoying, but berating them for trying to make a living and then telling me that I'm SOL is not a good look for your business.

i try to give business a third try but now i can't. The food i got Beef burrito was terrible. It was grissly and fat plus the meat tasted rancid (spoiled). I hesitated to finish and tossed it out. Last thing I need is the runs! food is fresher at taco bell. before I tried the quesadilla -1 star also tried the chile relleno -1 rating 12 bucks for a burrito kids size really?!
