I have had Pacifica a few times in Benicia, and almost every pie I've had there has been pretty good. We recently got one of their new Detroit style pizzas, which are really good and surprisingly affordable as well. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Makes sure you check online to get the online special, otherwise it's a bit pricey. The women and young lady that work there are really nice and friendly, very pleasant. The tall guy (maybe a manager or owner), not so much. 🤷‍♀️ Maybe it was an off day. No tables inside for dine-in, but there's 2 tables outside. We ate outside. For our 2 topping medium pizza, chocolate-chip cookie pizza, and 2-litter bottle of Pepsi: $35. Not bad! But only because we got the online special. Pizza was good. 🍕

I recently gave this pizza place a try for the first time. Wow! I was impressed! The quality of the pizza is very high! The consistency of the pizza is just right. Not too soft and not too crispy. The toppings are fresh and very flavorful. The pizza is not the same as Round Table as someone had mentioned on here. More fresh than Round Table. Its more of a takeout place as there is only one table inside and just a few outside. The outside of the building is very eye catching and easy to see as you drive by the main drag of this town. Could be the best pizza joint in town! Highly recommend it!

I recently gave this pizza place a try for the first time. Wow! I was impressed! The quality of the pizza is very high! The consistency of the pizza is just right. Not too soft and not too crispy. The toppings are fresh and very flavorful. The pizza is not the same as Round Table as someone had mentioned on here. More fresh than Round Table. Been going to pacific pizza for at least 10+ years now and we are usually getting pizza at least once a week and today is the most disappointing ever. Arrived today to pick up our order of pizza and salad and was very amazed to be charge $8 for a box of lettuce and some croutons. This is not the first time we have experienced salad issues but this is horrible and probably the last time. We get better salad from the other pizza places in town. I would be better to say we are out of salad than serve a box a lettuce for $8.00

Great thick crust pizza. Ask for the large Managers special 2 item pie...great deal. The review above was made probably 10 years ago when they were the best pizza in town. Have to say they have dropped a few stars since. These days they want $40 for a large vegetarian combo. Two item large manager special has gone up to 27 dollars. And half the time the pizzas have been overcooked. Employees do not listen while taking orders over the phone, I had to repeat my order three times tonight, and they did not even give my total until I asked for it.. Thank God or I would have come in to a surprise $40 large veggie pizza. Hey Pacifica Pizza. Please reduce your vegetarian pizza to something affordable, or I'll be forced to order two item manager specials with your most expensive meat ingredients.... Which will no doubt cost You more to make than the same size pie with cheap vegetables.

Stopped in for lunch and my pizza is burned. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. For $40 for a medium burned pizza isn't right. Should of went to lil Caesars. Would've been a better pizza.

The food was good but the service was below standard. The staff are unprofessional borderline rude. The staff treated family and I with the outmost rudeness. When another patron smashed my hand while geting my drink from THEIR sliding door refrigerator, they apologized to the guy to smashed my hand and didn't even acknowledged that it was my hand that was hurt. This place needs to asses the safety hazard to the customer and the staff should be the only one getting drinks out of the fridge. Since, apparently I was not the first one who got hurt here before. I only know this because one of staff members told the patron who smashed my hand" oh don't worry it's happens all the time." After our pizza was done they never brought it out to us like they did with everyone and instead made us come in pick it up ourselves which was fine but everytime we asked for anything they treated us with the outmost rudeness. As if it were an inconvenience to serve us. I hope this review gets the attention of management so that they can address the hazard of their refrigerator door so that one else gets hurt, as well as the unprofessionalism of the staff when treating diverse public.

Stayed in town during the farmers market, pizza place ran out... still wanting pizza, found this place on Google. Probably the worst pizza I've ever had... I'd prefer Little Ceasars over this... no flavor, pretty sure there was no pizza sauce on the pizza and really sure I didn't order crispy fly... yes, just before I finished my first slice, my girlfriend pointed out a dead fly on my pizza... not only dead... it was crispy as it went through the oven process... waste of friggin money and frozen pizza from the store would have been a better choice Zero stars!
