I discovered this place while looking for a place for an aperitivo. The location is very modern and welcoming, and the staff are friendly. I asked for a tin and tonic, and they let me choose from about 20 different gins. The service was quick and the food paired well. The menu is worth exploring further.

Friday night, something delicious. The place looks nice. A few customers, kind young people at the table, ask us what we're ordering. I ask for a menu, but it doesn't exist. Do they do platters? Yes, cold cuts, cheese? No, just pieces of focaccia, standard chips, olives. After 5 minutes, we decide on a Campari Orange, but with freshly squeezed orange juice, not juice, and a non-alcoholic aperitif, but not sweet, and without fruit juices. The girl comes back and tells us they absolutely have to add juice (?), but to keep it sweet, she suggests elderflower. We reiterate that it shouldn't be sweet, and trust the bartender. Result: a Campari Orange that's completely flawed and undrinkable (30 years of Campari Orange in hundreds of establishments, I understand something). The non-alcoholic drink that was supposed to be non-sweet is full of a nauseatingly sweet elderflower syrup. We leave everything, I have the two plain toasts put in a bag, he asks us if everything was okay since we'd left everything on the table. I calmly express my dissatisfaction, as if nothing had happened, he charges us 26 euros and then tells me he can refill the non-alcoholic drink. Given the total irresponsibility and incompetence, I'd say no thanks. Perhaps a few years ago I would have protested more forcefully, but faced with such incompetence and incompetence, it's honestly not worth it. The pictures are completely misleading; it's a place for a quick coffee, nothing more, hoping it changes management and someone who knows the ropes.

Today, August 11th, 10:15 a.m. Two of us ordered two coffees and two croissants!!! Answer: Croissants are out of stock. I'll start by saying that the pastry shop is closed, and the bakery is partly full of croissants. Since I pass by often, I'll make sure to always go to the pastry shop. Even if you buy 20 more croissants, you won't go broke.

One star is because there aren't zeros. This morning, my friends and I visited the restaurant for breakfast, ordering four croissants: two pistachio croissants, one cream croissant, and one jam croissant. Unfortunately, the pistachio croissants turned out to be of poor quality, with a bitter-tasting cream that lacked sweetness. One of us politely reported the problem to the waiter, specifying that we would still pay, but wanted a replacement. The cream croissant, however, had an overly pronounced eggy taste, suggesting a possible product alteration. What further disappointed us was the lack of attention from the staff: no one approached the table to investigate the issue or offer a solution. Furthermore, not only were we charged for the uneaten croissant, but we also discovered an error on the bill, with the addition of an infusion that neither of us ordered. The total of €36 seems unjustified for a poor-quality experience, compounded by unprofessional service. For these reasons, we cannot recommend the place and we do not intend to return.
