Today, I found out this store offers hamburgers with no added salt! Great since I'm on a low sodium diet. This was my cheat meal for the week. I took my visiting grandson for a Happy Meal. Along with the lightly salted fries, this was the best Mc Donald's meal I've ever had!

Excellent atmosphere to enjoy a breakfast w/hot cakes, and a coffee. Ladies at the front desk are very friendly and courteous. I saw the effort to keep cleaning the floor and tables. The lady and charge walk around, probably like 10 or 15 minutes, to make sure everything is in place.

This is a great place. Unfortunately, there is a sign that says 'Time Limit 30 Mins' but I spoke with the nice people there and they let me stay for hours. It's a good thing to because it rained most of the night.

Well, it’s McDonalds lol. Everything was correct and came out quickly.

Easy to access, easy pick up. However, I prefer to have interaction with places I eat. The food was as expected. The alienation of human contact is a little cold.

Shrinkage control experts Very busy mcds Despite other reviews complaining of the service time, I indeed received my order shortly after I filled my beverage cup. Food was warm as expected. My only complaint was that they didn’t fill the fry box in an allergy effort to control shrinkage. I mentioned it and the manager on duty corrected the issue. It’s clearly a process they are performing as nearly every staged fry box was filled in the same manner.

Couple of reasons I'm not rating them 5 Stars. They're located inside a Travel Center. Truckers obviously can't use the drive thru, calling or ordering outside is very inconvenient. I ordered a large Smoothie and not only was it barely frozen but the cup wasn't full it was just over halfway. Employee that took our order was very nice, she's the reason I'm only taking 1 star off instead of 4.

In and out! Was really fast they only had two kiosks open so we waiting for about 5 min then decided to get in line because they were moving so slow. Line went fast and we actually got our order nice and hot. Kiosks people were still there. Maybe a suggestion would be have people on the floor to assist them.

Well what can I say....they took my order i payed and 10mins later I was on my way. Quick service friendly cashier. Thank you.

It's a shame that when I transport trucks and can only get 25 gallons it doesn't add up here! That's why I go to pilots, and flying J. They always give me a shower by .5 gallons and 2 times. 5 equal to one shower! I wish Lo es could Do This! The only reason I stop here is that they do have a better Parking lot! This place was once one of my favorite places to stop for breakfast but here lately they have gotten a little stingy about their coffees and smoothie levels, think the outta fill their drinks to the brim if they wanna keep my business.

Food was cold young teens run-n crazy in the back play-n throw the fries at each other. I could not even eat it was so strange. Vibe was childish so i threw my food away and got outta there. 2 thumbs down dont care if its the last place in town.

Stopped by on our way to Abilene. Service was really fast, but both of our breakfast sandwiches were hard as rocks. I have to assume they'd been sitting at the ready for several hours, which is why the service was so fast. I'd rather wait a few extra minutes and get a fresh sandwich!

Place is generally not that clean. Funny, they have 7 wet floor (4 in pic) signs out despite not a drop of moisture and lots of trash on floor. Windows, counter and reception area all in need of cleaning. Parking area dirty and small, not well laid out. Food standard fare and fresh. No "personality" from anyone working. Didn't feel welcome except for the last lady who must have been a crew leader right before I left, she was very friendly.

Did a thirty minute break there. I didn't buy anything. Just went in to use the restroom. McDonald's is bad for your health.

The fries were great! I ordered from the kiosk and waited a while for my order. It was busy and staff seemed a little unenthusiastic about being there. Our cheeseburgers were ok. I probably wouldn’t visit this location again.

I've been going around 1:00 am and yeah it's not very good/ friendly no telling what they do to the food. What's up with being short. Staffed.. also went to the pilot one morning and officers trying to arrest someone who me for no good cause plus there's like ,4 of them to one of me.. ridiculous. Then have the nerve to invade someone's privacy stupid place. This was supposed to be that better place guess that'll never happen..

Ordered via kiosk and received no paper receipt. I was eating in and took a number as directed by the electronic kiosk. I sat in the dining room for over 10 minutes until I noticed the sign stating "pick up all orders here". I saw an order to go sitting there with a pick up # of 667 and my table order was 14. The #667 should have been on my paper receipt that I did not have (kiosk was out of paper), so my order sat there for an undetermined amount of time. There were no straws, I had to ask for a drink cup even though it was supposed to come with my combo order, there was no salt, fries were under cooked, a guest was sleeping or passed out in a booth, I wasn't sure which as he never woke up the entire time I was there.

The burger and drink whether it be a soft drink, coffee, or ice cream is always great. No matter how or when we order the French fries, they are always old with no salt. Always ask if we can have fresh fries with extra salt and never seems to happen!

Rude employees. This morning I stopped by for breakfast on my way to Howard College to take a test. When I was paying I said good morning, and paid to gentlemen in the window, when he handed back my card and the receipt I said Thank you. I received no response either time I spoke to him. I'm not sure when proper manners left the building.

If I wanted to use an app to place my order I would have used my phone and pickedi it up at the wondow. It'll be a long time before I go back.

I've come here multiple times since moving to town a year ago and it's been hit or miss here for food and how long it takes. Tonight though was horrible came here at 2 am when it was empty sat in the drive thru ready to order and 10 minutes went by nothing! Drove around and went inside nothing was said to me or greeted went right to the kiosk to order and it's taken 10 minutes for my food to be done. There's time you can come and it's a minutes total in and out but the last hand full off times no. I've also asked for certain things like no mustard extra pickle and I get it like a normal sandwhich however I never have time to come back in and get it changed because I have to be some where else. So don't get your hopes up when coming here because as I'm writing in this I'm still waiting on my food almost 15 minutes later... Very upset

Stopped by for a quick breakfast and the 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits I got were cold. Got two strawberry and cheese pies and they were disgusting looking and cold in the middle. Waste of time and money, and I’m kind blown how they even make it cold .

The food at the Judge Ely McDonald's was terrible. Our food was cold the burgers were disgusting. And, the chicken sandwich was cold and messy. I get it, this is McDonalds. My expectations aren’t high and I’ve already reached a low just going here but this has to be the worst McDonald’s in the chain. The employees are rude, and they will pass you up for the next person in line if they see a friend in line behind you. This is now the second time in a row that they have proceeded to charge me but not make my order. The first time I figured maybe a was a fluke. Things happen right? So today After waiting 25 minutes I found out, once again, they did not make my order. At this point I didn’t have time to wait around to cross my fingers and hope they figure it out on another try so I was forced to leave. Didn’t even get a refund because I received my drink cup so I guess they felt that was enough. $10 for a flat Dr Pepper.

Got here around 1100pm ordered around 1110pm didn't get my food until 1140pm they put my order into the now serving section 25 mins before my meal was actually ready. My coworker still hasn't gotten his food it's been 10 mins later now and his order went through before mine did. Slowest service ever. If I didn't think my refund would take the rest of my evening to achieve I would definitely get it. Skip this McDonald's get the pizza.

The only thing good at McDonald's is the breakfast. When a customer requests and is charged for additional condiments such as pancake syrup, please ensure you provide these condiments at the time of purchase. The only reason why anyone would request additional condiments is because your sauce packages are extremely conservative and do not balance well with the orders. For those looking for fast decent food while traveling, I would find another location to get food.

Went to McDonald's in big spring and got four mcdoubles. They were all dry. They were horrible don't waste your money. It was 11 in the morning and got old fries. Not to mention the Sprite that I paid for had no syrup. I was told it was the machine and not the syrup. Ridiculous!!!!

I understand that some places have peak hours and surges in customers. This place is absolutely the worst establishment. The entire store is full of people waiting for their food. I have already been here 20 minutes and my order number is still in the in progress screen, nearly the bottom of the screen. Their customer service is less than desirable. This McDonald's is going down hill very quickly. The last three times we have gone through for burgers our fries are cold and/or stall. Mornings are getting slower and slower. This time I waited 20 minutes for my order and then asked for a refund. We live out in the country so it's not convenient to have to go all the way back to town for your mistakes. We shouldn't have to check bag every time to make sure the order is correct.

Not a great experience. We drove for 12 hours and stopped to grab dinner. Ordered our double cheese burger meals. 1 was no onion no salt on burger and no salt on fries. The other was everything as normal. Both were with hot mustard for the 4 chicken nuggets for each meal. I Repeated order 3 times at drive thru. Pulled forward to pay. Had him repeat the order back. He said 2 meals 1 extra onions and only cheese. Other normal. I said no and repeated my order again 2 more times. He said I got it. I paid and he handed me a receipt I pulled forward but read the receipt and the order was still wrong. I told the pickup window person and he said he would go tell them. He came back and said cheese and extra onions right?? I said no!! My husband is allergic to onions and he can't have salt at all. Well after waiting at the window for another 15 minutes we got our food jumped back on hwy. Opened bags to eat and he got a cheeseburger with cheese only. And no chicken nuggets!! Hot mustard was in the bag But no nuggets. We didn't turn around because we already wasted over 30 minutes ordering and waiting. Ugh Very very disappointed. McDonald's is our go to place for a quick hot reasonable meal.

Waited 15-20 minutes for 2 quarter pounder meals that were ordered in advance on the app. When I asked for the employee at the drive Thur (Edward) to please make sure we got hot fresh made fries he answered sarcastically “well I can’t touch them” 🤦🏽‍♀️ obviously we didn’t want him to touch them but just relay to the staff to make sure the fries are fresh. Then had to waste gas to return and get it remade because the burger looked like it was just thrown in the box and was in pieces. The manager did help out asap once I ended up getting out of the car as well, cause when my boyfriend went in they weren’t doing much to help.. Absolutely ridiculous customer experience. They didn't great just stated only kiosk orders today. Losing all interaction with people has caused this location to deteriorate. I believe the only reason they are still running g is because they are inside a pilot. It ised to be one of our favorite stops to make on a 7 hour trek home but today made a real impact.

Placed a mobile order at 10:49 pm and the doors and the gate were locked. Employees had Uber drivers and people with orders already accepted turned away claiming they closed at 11. I watched the employees serve drive thru orders placed after my mobile order and was told rudely from a employee who identified herself as Samantha that my order would refund withing 24 hours and she slammed the window shut. Store shows 24 hours to be open 7 days a week. Meanwhile employees are sitting around on the clock having a great time.

I ordered online at 10:15 and the lady told me she couldn’t process my order because it was close to 10:30. It wouldn’t cancel cause he app said they marked it down as for pickup. She refunded me all rude and didn’t even give me back what was charged. I lost out on money and customer service was terrible. I’ll never stop here again

There is a group of teenagers running this restaurant. It took 30 mins to get my food, they kept shouting at each other. Complaining about work. Easily the worst mcdonalds I've ever been too. Don't stop here if all possible, it's not worth it. The employees started arguing with customers. Very rude.

All I ordered was 3 frappes and I waited for 20 minutes and watched as all the employees were goofing around, stopping what they were doing to pay attention to their conversations and handed out orders to two different customers that walked in and ordered after I had.

Poor customer service. My husband and I are travelers and we stop by almost everywhere. Mcdonalds is one of the biggest franchises out there and I haven’t really had an issue until now. This particular Mcdonalds has an older woman that works the front counter Her name isn’t relevant. But her attitude speaks for itself. There was an issue we had with our order in their kiosk and this employee immediately told my husband it was his fault. That he made the mistake and he needs to go to the other side for help. She also continued to make rude and sly comments where everyone can hear her. I then asked to speak to a manager who seemed to be understanding and I look to my right and she’s staring me down, so I look back and she immediately says she doesn’t know what happened, and began arguing with me about how she doesn’t see what she did wrong. So I explained to her that it’s a customer service job, and she’s supposed to help customers when they ask for it, and if she couldn’t provide the help then she should get someone else who can. Her manager apologized for her. I told her don’t apologize to me, she’s the one who needs to be sorry, and she should apologize to my husband for the way she treated him. We work hard driving through 48 states all we ask is for a little respect. The rude lady then approached our table because she sees me doing the survey. And gives us a wack apology. “You guys can do whatever you want, I’m just here to say sorry, but idk what happened or what I did, I just wanted to come here and get that out the way”. We said thank you. But no ma’am unacceptable. Watch out for her. Like she said if you need help. Go to someone else.

OMG, some of the slowest service ever. I placed my mobile order at about 6:28pm and I didn't receive it until 7:04pm.i could see my ticket and it was being ignored and when I asked on status, their excuse was they were waiting on one of my burgers even though I'm the end they were waiting on fries. By the time I got to my room about 5 minutes away, my burgers were cold and and fries warm. Plus I ordered the Grinch fries which were supposed to come with dill pickle seasoning but no seasoning what so ever. Never again..

This McDonald's is terrible and has been this way for years!! Employees cussing and complaining, throwing out food around, them get an attitude when you ask for condiments. I would rather eat in the truck stop it's connected to. Same quality and taste as well as service. The truck stop might have better service as well as customer service also.! Place was dirty, we ordered in the Kiosk since all employees make sure they ignore you and make no eye contact and our order was given to us wrong. Payed for extra pickles onions and other condiments which they did not put or give us the items, we were on road so we did not go back.
