Ayer fuimos 4 amigos para comer decir que fue un acierto . Comimos el menú del día todo estuvo estupendo buen producto y muy buena elaboración la persona que nos aconsejo en los platos un profesional de los que no queda. Gracias por la velada. Repartiremos.

The food, both risotto and bacalao, is very tasty and typical; you can find a good variety of regional plates, with different soups and seafood. Really good also the desserts. The staff is very kind. We will come again, surely!

Amidst one of the most lively area near Plaza Biribila and behind Radisson Collection Hotel Gran Vía, Nicolás jatetxea prepares a lot of delicious pintxos. I was recommended this place by a hotel staff who know a lot about the restaurants and bars in Bilbao. All of foods and dishes made from local ingredients are typically Basque style. Good atmosphere inside with local people and tourists. You will never be disappointed in the taste of the food here.

What a great place to have lunch (in our case). The guys helping us behind the bar were really doing their best to help us and everybody around us. It was very busy at 13:00h. But no problem for the personnel. And the pinchos were from another level! So good!!! Of course the coffee was great too!!!

I like this place very much. It's true that the master of this bar doesn't smile or talk to you in a friendly way, and he tries to clear the table quickly, which made me a bit nervous. But he serves the right things. I enjoyed my tapas and wine perfectly. I would recommend it if you are looking for a simple way to enjoy the food and wine.

Probably the best steak I've ever eaten (may not be the best steak ever, but it is to me). Whether tapas or eating a main course, the food it delicious. Staff are friendly and pretty accommodating to my piss poor spanish. The lack of spoons is concerning though. Must look into that.

Buscando LA GILDA perfecta. Esta del Colon”s está rica, ingredientes de buena calidad. Un trozo de pepinillo como punto original, el pan estaba rico he echado de -menos un chorrito de aceite. Pero bien, rica. Por Bilbao dicen que se come muy bien aquí, estoy deseando, cuando coma daré mi opinión

Local limpio, agradable y bien situado. Servicio muy bueno,muy agradable. Se come muy bien. Hoy he desayunado y el café estaba buenísimo, así como la tortilla de patatas que tenía por encima, cebolla caramelizada y pimiento verde y rojo. Había gran variedad de pintxos, sandwichs y bollería. También zumo de naranja natural.

Bar agradable para tomar un buen desayuno junto a los juzgados. Relación calidad-precio insuperable para la zona en la que está. Tiene una barra muy variada de pintxos y el cafe está bueno

I had the chance to spend half a day in Bilbao. Along the way we came across launch time and chose to sit outside considering it was a nice sunny day. The waiters were helpful and polite. I had a delicious steak that could be presented in a better way, however I have never eaten a large steak from the whole. We also had a bottle of red wine and a gin and tonic that were perfect to complete our launch and overall affordable. I would stay there again if I get the chance.

Comida; Desayunamos en este local y pedimos un café con leche y un café americano, estaban bien. Luego pedimos un pincho de pechuga y cebolla caramelizada que estaba bien, y un pincho de tortilla de chorizo con pan de maíz. Luego mi acompañante pidió un sándwich de bonito con lechuga pero lo que no gustó nada fue el guacamole (estaba feo). Servicio: Los camareros se ven que llevan muchos años en este lugar y se les veía un poco aburridos, sería mejor que atendieran con mejor cara. Establecimiento: Es algo viejo y descuidado. Lo mejor es que es bastante espacioso. En conclusión, no volvería a este lugar, no tiene algo que te haga volver.

A tourist trap. We stopped there for dinner as it was the first place that we liked with available tables. The service was ok but not outstanding but what I really disliked was their food, specially if you take into account the price. It was bland, tasteless and expensive. It looked and tasted like it was cooked the day before. We finished our drinks and what we ordered and we just tried a different place which, by the way, was far better.
