Food was good. Ddi not have a few things as they were very busy, and my wife found out one of her favorite entrees is being discontinued. Pop machine was not working at all, so it was whatvlittle bottled pop they had or nothing.

We went to this Panda express location on Friday, December 12, 2025. Parking is very convenient with a short distance to walk from your car to the building especially on super cold days. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by an employee working behind the service she was extremely pleasant and always had a smile on her face throughout the entire time we were at the restaurant. I tried to look name at her name tag to give her a complement, but I was unable to read it. Which is a shame because she was a cut above the rest when it came to treatment of customers. We were promptly served, the food was absolutely delicious. we usually purchase the two entrée plate and split it between two people. It is always more than enough food for us. I’m really unsure how people eat all that in one sitting for lunch. The restaurant is very clean and organized. The menu is very well laid out. I have one big negative with my experience at Panda Express. After ordering our food, we sat in the restaurant to eat. Literally at each end of the row of tables there was a person sitting in each corner. I knew exactly what this was when I saw it and it really irritates me. About halfway through our lunch a person wearing a panda express hat and jacket came in and was interviewing a gentleman. After finishing the interview with the male, the employee went to the opposite end of the restaurant and interviewed a female there. I have a huge problem with this. First of all, they always sit in the best seats in the restaurant. Secondly I don’t want to listen to someone’s interview during my lunch. Thirdly, I think this is a very disrespectful for the person who was being interviewed to sit in a public forum during an interview and spew personal information for the restaurant to hear. I think this is very disrespectful to not only the customers but the interviewee. Maybe this has become a common and acceptable practice. I don’t honestly know, but I feel that employees using guests areas for breaks, etc. is very unprofessional.

I usually go to the Maplewood Mall location, but I was at the MOA location and decided to get a little something. I was glad I did! Great food and great service. Fun location of course being at the MOA. I recommend for sure and I will be back when I hit the Big Mall again! Thank you!

The curved layout is kind of confusing if you don't know what you want to order yet. Since I usually go during lunch there is usually someone in front of me so I cant really look to see what is available in each of the trays. Plus after making your selection the servers put your orders still in front of the menu hotlamp serving trays. Then your stuff is still behind of larger orders and you can still get lost paying next. I wish you had knifes by your utensils area too. I really like the 🍤, but they are too big to eat in one bite. Sure I can still eat half the 🍤 and then go back again, but it would be easier to cut it up first. The white rice is too dry and is hard to eat. Im not sure there is much to improve this, but I'm not sure if others have noticed too.

Panda express has been one of my go to fast food restaurants, but the amount of food has definitely reduced in the last couple of years. I am fairly certain that the size of the Styrofoam plate they use is smaller. Today I brought home a plate of broccoli beef and orange chicken with fried rice. As you can see in the photo, there is literally one piece of beef. Very disappointing :(

Don't bother going if it’s anywhere near closing time, they’ll have next to nothing, and won’t make any more. Drive 30 minutes, as a paying customer, why say you’re open till 11 if you won’t even have food prepared?

Ordered online and then sat for 25 minutes after the quoted time waiting for them to have the order ready. Would have been much faster ordering in person. Edit: tried ordering here on a quiet afternoon and had the exact same experience. It’s pretty awful

Sad to see that my Asian Heritage just today I walked in a Panda Express well the area has been infiltrated by westerners. Who brought up the most imitated feeling about I walked in All Eyez on me cuz I'm Asian walking all Panda Express no say hello no say nothing other customer walk ls in behind me gets the hello welcome in lol westerners. All I got to say is that I've never been felt so disgrace walking in supposedly Asian atmosphere and what was little of it my cultural ancestor set the boundaries portions hearts and souls and now it's being infiltrated by wannabes

A literal half hour for to-go the last three times. The wife's favorite location until recently. Get it together. If its because if online orders, figure out the staffing and a second make line for online orders like Chipotle. Until then, were done.

They had me wait for white rice since they were out. When I finally got my order and went home I noticed the white rice i was eating was completely raw. Who messes up white rice?

It is a complete no star bad customer service I was trying to get some food they had somebody on the phone wanting the food that was in front of me and they would not serve me Worst place ever

Was hoping to grab a meal after work and 20 minutes after they're supposed to be open, the doors are still locked with employees visibly working inside. (Was waiting outside since "open") As I waited, 5 other people tried to go into the restaurant but left after discovering the door was still locked. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I also left. Being a bit late to open is understandable but over 20 minutes late is a bit much and really shows a lack of care and preparedness.

Every time I come here they’re out of steak or other items. They ask if I would like to wait and when I say yes the crew are then told to make the steak. Why not just keep an eye on things and if they are going low make a new batch i don’t understand. They always say it’ll be 5 minutes but it takes them much longer.

I ordered a bigger plate, which supposedly comes with three entrées. But after putting two on, they shoved me down the line and we’re going to check me out until I asked about the third entrée. Then the price seemed unusually high. When I asked why they said I ordered shrimp which is $1.50 up-charge. Really not a big deal but I feel they should make it clear when there’s an additional charge. You shouldn’t have to read the fine print at the bottom. But even if you do, it’s not clear that shrimp is a premium entrée. Sleazy.
